Chapter 92: Chapter 104: I Don’t Know You Well (5)

Raymond raised his hand and touched his cheek that Isabel had just caressed. His earlobes turned slightly red, and he spoke innocently and clearly, "Sister Isabel, good morning."

Then he leaned towards Isabel’s side. But as Raymond’s body was about to touch Isabel, Percy suddenly stood up, took Raymond’s hand, and said to Isabel, "Breakfast is ready, let’s eat."

After finishing, Percy glanced at Raymond and said, "Go wash your hands."

"Sister Isabel, are you going to wash your hands?" Raymond turned his head, looking at Isabel like a little adult, eagerly attending to her, "I’ll take you there, we’ll wash together."

"Thank you, Raymond." Isabel smiled.

Raymond shyly lowered his head, then raised his hand, took Isabel’s hand, and led her to the bathroom.

When Isabel and Raymond came out after washing their hands, Percy had already taken out the food from the insulation box and placed it on the dining table.

Raymond took a step ahead of Isabel, walked to the table, and politely pulled out a dining chair for her. Then he pulled out another chair from the side, climbed onto it himself, and pointed to the first chair he had pulled out, saying to Isabel, "Sister Isabel, please sit."

Isabel felt that Raymond, a beautiful and sensible little boy, was rare. He could always do things that touch people’s hearts, filling them with warmth.

Percy picked up the last dish and put it on the table before pulling out a chair opposite Isabel and sitting down.

The food was a Chinese breakfast, a mix of meat and vegetables, nutritious and healthy. Each person was also given an egg and a bowl of seafood porridge.

Raymond sat on his chair, eating happily.

Isabel seemed infected by Raymond’s joy, her mood lifted as well.

Perhaps it was because she was in such a good mood that she became somewhat excited, and her chopsticks shook as she picked up some fish, dropping it on the table.

The fish was steamed and a bit soft.

Isabel was embarrassed to pick up a second piece, so she awkwardly changed the direction of her chopsticks and picked up a piece of lettuce instead.

As she lowered her head and slowly chewed her food, a pair of chopsticks suddenly reached into her bowl, placing a whole piece of fish belly in it.

Percy sat right across from Isabel. With a glance, she could see his enchanting face. He casually picked up other dishes, and quietly lowered his head to continue eating.

Even while eating, he exuded an aura of nobility, making Isabel feel as if the scene in front of her was more like a landscape.

In fact, she hadn’t shared a meal with someone at the table in many years. Although Percy didn’t say much, occasionally uttering a word or two mostly to Raymond, Isabel, seeing the scene before her, felt an inexplicable sense of stability welling up within her.

Isabel hesitated for a moment before lowering her head and eating the piece of fish Percy had picked for her, one small bite at a time.

The meal lasted longer than usual, as Raymond ate slowly and Isabel didn’t seem to want to stop, so Percy held his chopsticks, accompanying the two of them as they ate.

It took them an hour and a half to finish breakfast.

After breakfast, Isabel felt embarrassed and took the initiative to clean up the leftovers on the table.

Isabel dumped the leftover food into the trash bin, then put the plates and bowls into the sink to wash.
