Apocalypse: After Being Reborn, I Stocked Up on All Supplies
Chapter 446 - 442: Pervert? Castrate!

Chapter 446: Chapter 442: Pervert? Castrate!

Jiang Yan’s icy gaze swept over Qin Lei, her face indifferent, but inside, she chuckled darkly:

Talk about a pillow when you’re dying for sleep.

She lifted her leg, pretending to walk past him, but unexpectedly, he raised a finger, sneering, and the group trailing behind him immediately surrounded Jiang Yan.

Several passersby stood nearby.

But upon realizing it was Qin Lei, they all shrank like startled rats, lowering their heads and fleeing quickly.

Qin Lei’s squinted eyes locked onto Jiang Yan, as if she were a helpless rabbit trapped in a cage. He clicked his tongue, "Lady Jiang, long time no see, you’ve grown even more beautiful!

Look at this flawless skin, this captivating figure, and this—" His fingers traced the curves in the air, swallowing hard as his eyes undressed her with a twisted hunger.

"Mom, let me rip his filthy mouth apart!" Hua Bao fumed, vines ready to lash out, but Jiang Yan stopped him.

Jiang Yan’s gaze remained utterly emotionless as she spoke flatly, "Hua Bao, not here."

The base was a tangled web of power, and this one, she would deal with eventually.

But not now, not here.

Hua Bao reluctantly withdrew his vines.

"Ever since our last meeting, you’ve haunted my dreams. Today, I swear, I won’t let you escape from my grasp again."

He glanced sideways, laughing wickedly, "This time, that little bitch Mo Shiyao won’t be around to rescue you either."

Under his vile gaze, Jiang Yan suddenly felt her hand itch.

The urge to kill surged to its peak.

She had hoped that after Qin Zepeng became the base leader, his half-brother might rein himself in. But apparently, just as the rumors whispered, he had become even more arrogant and cruel.

Word was, during her time away from the base, Qin Zepeng had tormented and imprisoned many young women.

Some of them were shockingly young.

The girl who had been by his side, Su Mianmian, had been twisted and broken by his perversions before becoming canine feed for a pack of mutant wild dogs.

The tales of his acts were endless.

Most victims came from the lower ranks; in the apocalypse, people cared only about clinging to life and self-preservation.

Some survivors from dire environments like Flame Base and other smaller camps had even grown numb to such horrors.

With the base deeply stratified in its hierarchy, the voices of the lower levels hardly ever reached the top.

Thus, until now, his atrocities remained unknown to those in power.

Still, they were close to the edge of the base’s core area, surrounded by surveillance cameras. Jiang Yan schemed silently for a moment.

Seeing her remain silent and motionless, Qin Lei mistook her quiet for fear, and grew even bolder:

"Ah, I almost forgot. I once mistook you for Mo Jingsheng’s woman. But—" His tone shifted sharply, "his grandfather and brother were traitors. Even if he returns, the higher-ups wouldn’t dare to trust him again.

How about it, Lady Jiang? How does a life of luxury with me sound?"

Jiang Yan raised an eyebrow and eyed him, "Alright then, how does Mr. Qin plan to show me this life of luxury?"

Qin Lei froze, momentarily stunned, then erupted into gleeful laughter, "A wise person knows when to give in! Lady Jiang is truly clever!"

"Well, shall we go together?" Qin Lei said, reaching forward to wrap his arm around Jiang Yan’s waist. But just as his hand extended halfway, Jiang Yan nimbly sidestepped out of reach.

Qin Lei, mistaking her move for coy resistance, tried again to grab her. Jiang Yan unexpectedly produced a dagger from somewhere, narrow and gleaming. "It’s dinner time," she remarked. "First, show me the luxury—no rush."

Qin Lei eyed the blade before pondering her words, his delight swelling, "Splendid, splendid. After all, you can’t work on an empty stomach."

"Heh! I do love a feisty little pepper—it tastes best with a kick." He chuckled lustfully, steering Jiang Yan toward a shadowy pathway.

It led to an area Jiang Yan had never ventured through before.

She had passed by it before, but from outside, it appeared like an impassable Hive zone.

Inside the tunnel lay countless doors, each fitted with secured locks.

She followed Qin Lei for a while until they stumbled upon a stone-covered passage underground.

Walking further, a massive door emerged, one built distinctly different from the base’s usual design.

Qin Lei’s excitement practically burst through his skin as one of his guards rushed forward to scan a fingerprint and retinal match to open the door.

A tangy stench of blood intermingled with a bizarre aroma assaulted Jiang Yan’s nose.

Her brows furrowed sharply. Faint whimpers of pain punctuated by canine growls reached her ears.

Qin Lei, ahead, flexed and released his fingers repeatedly in anticipation.

Finally, they reached the end of the room.

Another door opened, unleashing an overpowering mix of blood and disinfectant.

"Pop!" The room lights brightened.

Jiang Yan inhaled sharply.

Before her stood a large chaise draped in animal hide, fitted with five sets of restraints.

Blood splatter covered the chair and floor, ranging from deep red stains to faded marks.

Adjacent to the seat was a panel adorned with an unsettling array of implements.

Barbed whips. Candles. Balls—varying in size. And... unspeakable toys.

Above them, intersecting metallic beams hung an assortment of ropes and apparatuses.

Hua Bao snarled furiously, "Mom, he’s a monster! Just like Xue Miaomiao, another damned freak!"

Jiang Yan’s gaze swept across the room, her expression steady as she quipped with a smile, "Mr. Qin, weren’t we here for luxury and indulgence? Are we lost?"

Her eyes paused on a particular corner of the room.

There stood a heavily secured door.

"What’s in there?" she asked.

"That? When we’ve had our indulgence together, you’ll find out for yourself."

Qin Lei had been observing her reactions since they entered the room. Hearing her question, he smirked and instinctively brushed his hand over the buckle on his belt, his smile twisted:

"Lady Jiang still has the presence of mind to look around. I thought you’d faint from fright and stay kneeling in submission the moment you stepped inside."

As he spoke, he approached the panel and picked up a barbed whip. "To be served by a former celebrity like you would be bliss beyond heaven itself.

No wonder Young Master Xue couldn’t stop mentioning you around me."

Jiang Yan raised an eyebrow, "Young Master Xue? You mean Xue Miaomiao?"

So it was Xue Miaomiao. Aside from Mo Zhongcheng and Mo Shuaifeng, it seemed the base still harbored residual threats.

This remnant happened to be Qin Lei.

"Of course! Aren’t you both locals?" Qin Lei cackled, "Hahahahaha! Looks like I’m getting the first taste today!"

"Boom!" The door slammed shut.

The guards behind Qin Lei drew their guns, aiming them at Jiang Yan.

"Miss Jiang, as long as you obey, these weapons are just for show—got it?" Qin Lei sneered as he reached out to pat her cheek.

Mid-reach, a loud *click* sounded—Qin Lei suddenly felt all his limbs snapping at once.

A blade flashed. Half an ear went flying, blood spewing everywhere.

A nerve-shredding wail exploded from his throat as the pain invaded his every fiber.

"AAARRGGH!!!" Amid the shrieking chaos, the guard aiming at Jiang Yan lost his head—severed cleanly from his body.

Blood sprayed across the room.

Qin Lei turned pale as a ghost, staring at the dagger dripping crimson in Jiang Yan’s hand as she sneered coldly, standing motionless.

"Y-you—you—"

"You really are... a witch!!!"
