Accidental Marriage With Mr Billioniare
Chapter 179: HER MELTDOWN

Chapter 179: HER MELTDOWN

Astrid burst out of the car the moment Julian pulled up, her heels clicking on the pavement as she stormed towards her apartment.

Julian quickly followed with concern etched on his face. "Astrid, what’s wrong?" he called out, his voice laced with worry.

Astrid spun around, her eyes blazing with anger. She smacked Julian across the face, the sound echoing through the night air. "You bastard!" she spat, her voice trembling with rage.

Julian stood there, his face stinging from the slap, but he didn’t react. Astrid smacked him again, her hands shaking with fury. "You fucking asshole! You slept with her, even when we were married!" she screamed, her eyes welling up with tears.

Julian’s face contorted in pain, but he didn’t defend himself. Instead, he gently grabbed Astrid’s hands, trying to calm her down.

"Astrid, please listen..." But she pushed him away, her eyes flashing with anger.

"Don’t touch me!" she hissed, her voice venomous. "You are disgusting!" Julian took a step back, his eyes filled with regret.

"I never cheated on you, Astrid," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Yes, I might have kissed her several times, but I never had sex with her for the past year." Astrid’s anger faltered, replaced by confusion.

"What?" she whispered, her eyes searching Julian’s face.

Julian took a deep breath. "I was stupid for kissing her, but it was out of guilt. I am sorry, Astrid." Astrid’s eyes narrowed, memories flooding back.

She recalled Stephan’s words, and suddenly, the truth clicked into place.

"So, you knew about the baby not being yours?" she spat, her anger reigniting.

"You knew she was cheating on you the whole time, and you made me feel guilty, you bastard!"

Astrid’s anger boiled over, and she kicked Julian in the groin. He doubled over, releasing her hands as he fell to the ground. Astrid stood over him, her chest heaving with rage.

"Fuck!" he writhes in pain on the ground trying to catch his breath, but that didn’t stop her.

"You deserve a lot more beating!" she cried out venting all her anger at him, hitting him on the back but he never complained, he deserved it anyway.

"I am sorry... I was only feeling guilty.." Astrid scuffed as she shifted back, staring at the man her silly heart had taken interest in.

He looked up at her holding on to the pain, "I have been with her for a long time, I didn’t want to break her heart." he mumbled.

Julian’s eyes filled with regret as he spoke. "She didn’t receive much love from home, not even from her brother. That’s why..."

Astrid’s face contorted in anguish as she cut him off, her voice cracking. "How about me?" she whispered, her hands clutching her chest.

Julian’s eyes widened in alarm as Astrid’s words spilled out in a rush. "I have lived with a father who abused me all my life. At a young age, I needed to drop out because of my weight. I was fucking bullied everywhere I went."

Astrid’s voice trembled, her eyes welling up with tears. Julian’s face fell, his eyes filled with disappointment and shame.

Astrid’s words poured out like a dam breaking. "My mom was going through hell because of her illness, and at a young age, I needed to fetch money to save her... still, she fucking left me!"

Astrid’s scream pierced the air, her hands clutching her heart. Julian’s eyes went wide with fear as he quickly grabbed her, holding her upright.

"Let me go! Don’t touch me, you bastard!" Astrid thrashed about, her eyes blazing with anger and pain.

"Breathe..." Julian whispered urgently, his arms wrapped tightly around her.

"I was sold to a man older than my age. I was supposed to get married to him, Julian."

Julian’s face paled, his eyes filled with horror. "I get it... please, Astrid, breathe... you are forcing yourself..." He tried to calm her down.

Astrid’s words tumbled out, her breathing harsh. "Your best friend forced himself on me several times, Julian."

Julian’s eyes went wide with shock and disgust. "I am sorry, I am a jerk, I am an asshole! Please relax... I’ll go crazy if anything happens to you."

Astrid’s cry echoed through the air as she pushed Julian away, shifting back. Her eyes filled with pain, her chest heaving with ragged breaths.

"I am sorry.." he kept muttering as he crawled toward her, "I..." but the next minute a kick sent him back, making him kiss the ground.

"Stay away from her, you motherfucker! She can’t breathe with you by her side." Rowan yelled as he appeared to pull her up.

"You have caused her nothing but pain," Rowan rated, "Stay away from her and go to the one you love."

Astrid’s face crumpled as she pointed at Julian. "He... he still wants to marry her!" she cried out, her voice cracking with pain.

Rowan’s expression twisted in distress as he watched Astrid break down. She had always masked her pain to the extent that she had finally busted.

"The baby isn’t his!" Astrid screamed, stomping her leg. Julian took a step back, fear etched on his face.

"Astrid... I..." Julian tried to speak, but Maren’s voice cut him off.

"She said you should stay away from her, don’t you fucking get it!" Maren’s voice rang out from behind, her eyes flashing with anger as she stormed toward them.

"Let go inside Astrid," Rowan announced, trying to to approach Astrid, but Maren kicked him to the side, pulling Astrid away from him.

"You should also get the fuck out! I won’t let you take advantage of her pain!" Maren yelled.

Miles had called Maren to check up on Astrid, and she had rushed down immediately, only to see Astrid break down. She felt a pang of guilt for not being there for her friend sooner.

"Maren!" Astrid cried out, embracing her tightly.

"I said you should get lost," Maren snarled at Rowan, her voice firm as still embracing her.

"She’s crashing out right now, and the last thing she needs is you two making it worse."

Julian looked defeated, his eyes filled with regret. "Maren..." he tried to speak, but Maren cut him off.

"Get out, Julian. Now."

Astrid’s hands quivered as she clung to Maren. "He wants to get married to her," she whispered, her voice cracking.

Maren’s expression softened as she looked at Astrid. "He wouldn’t dare marry her. Forget about him and let’s go inside," she affirmed now glancing at Julian.

With Maren’s support, Astrid walked into her house, her heart heavy with pain.

Maren helped her onto the couch and went back to the door, her eyes flashing with anger at Julian and Rowan.

Seeing both men standing then so lost in their world, "Rowan... get lost, and you Julian, you will stay out until she finally thinks it’s right to see you."

Julian whipped his head up in shock, "Are you afraid of the cold or surprised you haven’t been treated like a thrash before?" Maren fired and he gulped down.

"This is little compared to what your so-called friend and fiance had done to her. So do it to prove you care and wouldn’t make any stupid decisions again." Julian could stare at Maren’s loss of words.

"If you leave I promise I will make sure she never gets back to you," she added.

"Maren,"

"You know how sly I can be Julian, you can try me if you think I wouldn’t." With this, she stormed inside the house slamming the door against them.
