The MC and his group are sent into a cultivation world, and they all have some talent except for him. He and his friend have to fight these cultivators as martial artists for some reason. The story immediately throws in all these confusing realms and terms with bizarre names. There’s no real story progression. Things happen offscreen, hundreds of years pass, and nothing really changes or matters. It's like an incomprehensible series of events were put together by a machine rather than a human. The MC gets some powerful martial arts, reaches a new realm, dies, and resets every few chapters. It’s so dull and tedious to read. The quality, style and first person viewpoint are not good.

If you are looking for a story where regression concept is the ultimate cheat, this is for you. Protagonist isn't a genius who just get things through sheer talent and pull off unprecedented feats.NO! He works hard for it to the point it's kinda frustrating for even me as a reader in the few early chapters. But you see that's the beauty of this story. MC learns everything by making little by little progress in every regression. Which makes him ultimately the winner in the end. But it's not flowers. NOT AT ALL! He will constantly struggle throughout the story. He will fail, get back up, fail again and get back up again. That my freinds is the essence of this story.

d*mn, I think I ranted a lot. In the end just : READ it!

holy peak. this is truly, an enlightening story about a man's hardships in the face of a near impossible task. One of the best infinite regression stories i've seen. starts off pretty slow, crazy timeskips occur, but the GOAT just keeps on going..

I honestly don't know what to say, hopefully some chance encounter for the mc in the future. I'm still in chapter 19 and so far it is good. I recommend it

Lazy asf rn.

Not in the mood to write a review.

Since you all may already know the pros, I will list the flaws.

1- Romance is s*it, ignore it, there is barely one chapter of romance out of 100 chapters if we average it out.

2- (?) Righteous mc, true righteous, nor hypocrite. He can kill and does kill but he doesn't take shortcuts for his powers if it means him doing immoral things e.g: eating pills made by human mortals. It may be a flaw depending on what u like. I like both evil and righteous mc but I still loved Seo(our mc) because of his determination and his resolve to hold on to his humanity.

3-(?) Again depends on what u like. The mc doesn't treat his regressions as regressions, he doesn't exploit his cheat. He treats each regression as a seperate life and cherishes every one of them, he doesn't do things like killing himself and starting again because it is more efficient, he keeps going. I liked that aspect as well.

That were all the flaws imo.

The regression get longer the more you go, in the starting each regression is like 4 chapters but it progressively increases and each regression takes like 20 to 30 chapters minimum. Chapters are very long as well so don't forget to factor that.

For me, the only flaw in this novel is Romance, other than that is perfect.

RToC>>>RI and LoTM

Edit:

So much for being lazy

Ah also Seo(our mc) is retarded

This is actually peak fiction.

The start is a bit slow and the early chapters are a bit repetitive, but the later chapter shows how much foreshadowing this novel. This one of my favourite cultivation novel

Tho the start is a little bad do not drop this novel

This novel is honestly one of the best novels I've read id put it at the level of orv ss lotm

The novel starts off as kinda a basic martial arts novel in a way but the story puts in so many plot points that will only be resolved in the future that it makes the world building massive.

Something you should know our MC is not talented at 1st he isnt even like a super genius or anything he really is just an average guy in a way besides for one key aspect that really saves his charcter in the beginning he has the most will power out of like any character I've read before.

The early cycles are all pretty repetitive in a formatting way but each are written in a way so it feels fresh like we have try hard get stuck then when on verge of death make a breakthrough.

The chapters are long so even tho its only 650 chapters right now it will take you longer to read then some 1500 length cultivation novel.

All that I've really talking about was the beginning of the novel which I think still really good but is the weakest part of the novel. When he starts cultivation the world building opens up and the world truly becomes massive in a way.

For the MC somethings you should know he isn't your evil MC who is going to do anything to get to the top he is someone who truly cares about people a lot of times in cultivation novel the "good" guy is hypothetical but I never felt that way about our MC he truly feels like he takes a realistic approach to all his relationships and his actions make sense with how his charcter is portrayed.

Some basic things just with stereotypes of the genre a lot of the philosophy talked about it Buddhist in nature with some others sprinkled around, he doesnt power up by eating some pill and getting the next rank, every time he ranks up its trough his own hard work and because he is so talentless he works hard. It's a Korean novel not a Chinese and it definitely feels like more of that there's not face slapping or anything like that if someone wrong him its because they truly did something despicable.

That's my non-spoiler review read it you will enjoy it even if your not a cultivation fan its still really good 👍

Do you see it, oh heavens?

This lowly being.

Has witnessed pure peak…

Okay so fr tho, this novel is just unbelievably well crafted. The tragedy of the time loop and at the same time, the MC utilizing this unlimited time to try over and over to accomplish his goals even with his poor talent is just amazing to read. For the record, some people are turned off because the MC is VERY good - as in he will not do anything he considers evil no matter what, which compared to some other cultivation novels (cough cough RI) is jarring to readers. But I think the story is powerful either way, and if you don't read it just because of that, you're lame.

It's just peak, Seo is the goat, side characters are fleshed out really well, the emotional scenes hit like a d*mn truck, this is one of the best webnovels out there, and I really need to get back to it soon.
