Qin Ruan looked coldly at the disheveled female vampire who had collapsed onto the dusty ground. She watched as her flesh burned in the harsh sun, her clothes corroded away, and her not-so-pretty face became a bloody blur.

The other vampires in the storage room saw this and cursed in anger, shouting the name of the female vampire who was about to be burnt to ashes by the sunlight.

Seizing the moment, Qin Ruan used Nether Power to blast open the church’s main door and coldly commanded the Hidden Guard of the Huo Family, "Go tell Cai Chu that the murderer has been caught. Have them come to capture her themselves!"

Her brows tightly knit, her cool eyes scanned the place where she had just disappeared; there stood five vampires with faces full of hatred.

The sunlight outside was now overshadowed by dark clouds, and the vampires, like beasts released from their cages, had their powers restored to their peak.

Though her expression remained unchanged, Qin Ruan felt extremely irritable inside.

Today’s battle was inevitable.

Her hand, hanging by her side, quietly gathered Nether Power, preparing to commence the fight.

The vampire named James, his eyes fiercely red, glared at Qin Ruan and boasted, "I will drain your blood, devour your flesh!"

Qin Ruan slightly raised her chin, a cold smile playing on her lips as she proudly said, "I doubt you’re capable of that!"

James cursed as he teleported in front of Qin Ruan, reaching out to strangle her.

The other vampires revealed astonished red eyes, staring in disbelief at the scene.

When Cai Yongliang rushed in with his men, Qin Ruan withdrew the golden dome emanating from her body, appearing completely harmless and exceedingly docile.
