He did not want a scenario where he relies too much on the system and then suddenly the system goes away.

There is no certainty that this system would always be with him.

The system also did not hint that it would always stays with him.

And even if the system said that it would stay with him forever, how could Aeryon trust those words?

Aeryon and James, these two souls even though separated by worlds and dimension and who knows what else, they at least shares one trait that is similar.

And that is they don’t trust easily.

Those they trust, they trust them unreservedly.

But before that trust could be forged, they would not trust anyone that they don’t know easily.

Especially not some entity that they have no knowledge about.

He shakes his head and thought to himself that he is rushing too much

Aeryon then did not immediately returns to the camp. Instead, he practise again until evening.

The sound of the sword cutting through air reverberates around the area.

Aeryon had never felt so energetic nor so relaxing when swinging his sword.

There is a difference now between then and now.

The way he holds the sword is a bit loose but the force is increased.

There is subtleties and wisdom in his sword. There is this kind of artistic conception in every sword move.

And Aeryon began to feel something. And he uses this force that he felt to unleash it each time he stabs, each time he slashes, each time he swings the sword

"Is this Kusa? Qi? Internal energy? Mana" he thought to himself. But the more he thinks, the more this energy did not come out.

Instead, the more relaxed he is, the ,more natural he swings his sword the faster this force accumulate.

Not inside him but around his sword. Spiralling and coalescing with the sword, when it is unleashed and released, this energy disperse, creating blast and creating gust of wind.

Cutting stones like hot knife cutting butter, cutting the air, like a sharp sword cutting a branch of a tree.

He was enchanted in this kind of training. He did no even realizes that time passes incredibly fast.

Then when evening came, Aeryon notices that he is sweating from head to toe.

There is something about doing your best and having exhausted all of his strength that give him some kind of feeling of being refreshed.

His horse is also bored as it rides around the area. Aeryon then whistle and his horse run toward him.

Like in the morning, Aeryon rides his horse to the settlement.

When he returns his servants already prepared him his bathing tub.

Aeryon introduces bathing tub. It is slightly warm and it is not something that the Marynku culture is used to.

Some Roma people did brought some of it when they mingled with the tribes of the Great Steppe but it did not catch on. Most chief of the large tribe is either Marynku, Eresian or Ashran

The Roma people is a minority among the three largest races in the Great Steppe. But Aeryon very much like the bath that the Roma people brought

And he got an opportunity to have a bit of civility in bathing when he met a Roma

One of the many people that seek refuge in his tribe are a descendant of the Roma and even though this person did not know how to read and write, he could draw and he inherited some of his fathers ability to create baths.

But such ability ahs no use in the Great Steppe. Not only there is no strong government and central authority, the climate and the environment is also hard to tame

But simple bath like what Aeryon had done for himself which is simply a wooded bath with a few more Roma design, is something that is catching on among the Elders of his tribe.

It is a pity that the area is not exactly conducive in creating such large Bath for his people nor would it assimilate with the culture of the Steppe.

Creating such a thing would be a waste. Not to mention this is not an age of peace. He could not mobilize so many people to do a work that would not benefit them

Not to mention the water is not enough.

"The Central of Great Steppe might be possible because of the large lake basin in the middle of that area but for the other part of the Steppe, it is very hard to do a bath like the Roma"

Culture is shaped not only by the people it is also shaped by the places they live.

A place that has a lot of water would have many cultures that have something to do with water and those with a lot of horses would have a lot of cultures that have something to do with horses

That is just how it is.

As for the bath, he did want to create a more permanent structure of bathing center. But he would not be forceful to introduce a big bath

There is too many things that he need to set up just to create a complex bath so he would not be planning to do it in the current state of his tribe.

If he did, he would do it only for himself and only after his tribe finished building the city.

As for the bath that he crafted for himself, the wooden bath with warm water, only a few could manage and afford such treatment.

And Aeryon could afford it. He sent his horse back to the stable and he soak himself in warm water inside a tent.

The cold wind would sometimes enter the tent which only made it even better when he soak himself back into the warm water.

Refreshed and clear, Aeryon donned a more casual wear for his position wearing robe and then goes to the banquet tent

This banquet tent that he is preparing for his guest is an open-air banquet tent. The tent itself is designed to expose and express a sense of grandeur.

One of the Yan people he caught has some ideas and designs and Aeryon rewarded this man when he proposed this design to him.

That man and his family has never been rewarded or treated like that in Yan before and he seems overjoyed.

Aeryon also understand that he seems to misunderstand something.

Even though Yan claimed to rule all over the borders that they called Yan, some people is not that loyal or as nationalistic as he thought.

Most people in Yan still only knows the people around them

It is only governments that would diminish the individual rights and replace it with the collective rights

Collective responsibility is not always a bad thing. Nor is individual right are a bad thing. But when of this is brought to the extreme, then there is cruelty in it

And the idea of nationalism is not yet prevalent.

To them who ever gives them survival, is a good lord. He seems to forget that this is not his world. In his world, there is a nation just like Yan.

Uses nationalism as a weapon and anything foreign should be banned or look upon as evil

But this is not the case in this world.

And Aeryon realize that he should rectify some of his thoughts and opinions about the people in Yan and in other nations and empires around the Great Steppe

As for the tent, it is an open-air banquet tent, set against the expansive backdrop of the steppe, it is practical yet have that sense of grandeur.

The tent is crafted from sturdy yet flexible materials.

Aeryon does not know much about it but from what little he learned that the craftsman of this tent, would make the wood elastic by moving it around a fire like when you use fire to make the bamboo more elastic and flexible.

The wool of the sheep and Tayak is used on the tent to repel the cold and the elements. Framework of wooden poles make it sturdy.

And because Aeryon also wanted to impress his guest tonight, he also make sure that the size of this tent is also generous and could accommodate a sizable gathering of people

The tent itself, even though it is open air, a few contraptions here and there could quickly turns this tent into a large tent that could be used as a meeting spot.

Usually, Aeryon would entertain his guest in a separate tent.

But since more and more warriors come to join his tribe, Aeryon decide that he needs to build a tent specifically to impress the warriors that come into his tribe.

The entrance, adorned with hanging fabrics and intricately embroidered patterns, flapped gently in the breeze.

Inside the tent there is a central hearth dominated the space, its flames flickering and casting a warm glow

And before Burchu came, Aeryon already prepared the food and drinks.
