Chapter 1941: Section 1942: Avengers
After realizing that the Peach Heart Theater might embody the same level of will as the Thief of Time, Shura roughly guessed some information about the Peach Heart Theater.
He consciously avoided further questioning on this matter and instead changed the subject to share the prophecy fragment he had seen.
"What I saw has some connection with the Beemad Witch." Shura turned his head to look at a blonde witch wearing a backless gown inside the hall.
The Beemad Witch hails from the Blissful Pure Land and became a Prophet Wizard two years ago. This observance of the Starry Night is her third since her advancement, as she rarely sees useful future fragments in the Mystery of the Stars. Therefore, she has never participated in discussions during the observance and usually remains on the periphery.
The Beemad Witch had originally come this time with the intent to learn... and to attend the gathering, but unexpectedly, she was singled out by the Observer.
Without being bashful, the Beemad Witch stood up, gracefully curtsied to Shura, and smiled: "I didn’t expect the reader to find prophecy fragments related to me, I feel honored."
Shura gave a deep look at the exceedingly beautiful Beemad Witch and chuckled softly: "I fear you might not feel honored after hearing it."
Under the suspicious look of the Beemad Witch, Shura said indifferently: "To be precise, the prophecy I saw this time is related to the Blissful Pure Land where Beemad Witch resides."
"The Blissful Pure Land seems to be on the verge of a monumental upheaval in the near future."
As Shura’s words fell, the corners of the Beemad Witch’s lips, although still smiling, began to flicker in her eyes: "Please enlighten us, Reader."
"A returnee from a thousand years ago, motivated by hatred, plans to trouble the Blissful Pure Land." Shura paused, shrugged: "Specifically who this is, I don’t know. But from the future fragment, it appears that most of the Blissful Pure Land is stained with blood, becoming a wasteland; the hatred for your Blissful Pure Land runs bone-deep, perhaps due to... resentment stemming from love?"
As Shura spoke to this point, a smile rich with deep meaning appeared at the corner of his mouth, his tone suggestively.
Although Shura didn’t state it outright, everyone present understood his implication.
The Blissful Pure Land is operated behind the scenes by the Elysium Pavillion, which is a place providing unique entertainment services for both men and women. These so-called services are actually rarely related to "sex", mostly offering channels for more terrifying and hideous cravings to be vented.
Even without viewing it through a prism of lust, such a place often breeds the evil flowers of hatred.
Evidently, Shura is saying that someone from the Blissful Pure Land probably played with others’ hearts and desires and has now hit an iron plate, as someone returns for revenge.
The face of Beemad Witch gradually turned somber, and she too understood Shura’s hint: "The first rule of the Elysium Pavillion: Whatever happens in the Elysium Pavillion stays forever inside. Any groundless emotions, once outside the Elysium Pavillion, will vanish into thin air."
Shura nodded indifferently: "That is useless to tell me, I understand the rules of the Elysium Pavillion well. But no rules can constrain everyone; there are always some who can break these rules, and as per the prophecy fragment I saw, this returnee is a rule-breaker and might even become a rule-maker."
Beemad Witch: "Is his strength strong?"
Shura: "Strong or not, I don’t know, but in the vision I saw, she is much stronger than Vino Lady."
When Shura said this, the Beemad Witch’s face suddenly went pale.
Vino Lady is the currently strongest person of the Blissful Pure Land, outsiders all assume she is at the Second Level True Knowledge peak, but only people in the Blissful Pure Land know, after returning from the Abyss decades ago, she quietly broke through to the Third Level True Knowledge realm.
Third Level True Knowledge stands at the pinnacle of the pyramid in the entire Southern Domain Wizards’ Realm. Yet in Shura’s words, Vino Lady completely pales in comparison to that unknown "returnee"?
If it really is so, the opponent is very likely at the peak of Third Level True Knowledge existence, enough to be compared with powerhouses like Rhein, Florenza, and even possibly a Half-step Legend!
Such a peak powerhouse being hostile toward the Blissful Pure Land absolutely cannot be trivialized. Moreover, Shura’s implication seems to suggest the opponent directly attacks, possibly meaning they disregard any complex rules, perhaps even being an unrestrained wandering Wizard?
Because if backed by a Witcher Organization, even Monty would consider various aspects before deciding to attack the Blissful Pure Land. After all, a Witcher Organization doesn’t only have a couple of strong figures; it involves numerous considerations from top to bottom.
Only unconstrained free-spirited Wizards would attack the core region of the Blissful Pure Land without qualms.
Such an unhindered wandering Wizard might cause more harm to the Blissful Pure Land than the damage possibly caused in conflicts with other Witcher Organizations.
This is precisely where Beemad Witch finds the situation troublesome and thorny.
A Half-step Legend effortlessly crushing low-level Wizards like them. If he reaches the Blissful Pure Land, it might lead to endless troubles.
"The Blissful Pure Land will remember the insights provided by the esteemed Reader." The words of the Beemad Witch actually signify that the Blissful Pure Land owes Shura a favor.
No matter the ultimate outcome of this disaster, Shura won’t lose out.
This is also why Shura chose to reveal this prophecy.
Although this prophecy seems only related to the Blissful Pure Land, its significance is enough to implicate much of the Wizards’ Realm. After all, there will be deeper meanings behind this event because the Blissful Pure Land, being a Witcher Organization, will certainly try to avert this disaster; if truly unavoidable, they will opt to confront it. Whether it is ’avoiding the battle’ or ’facing the battle’, these choices will trigger immense interest chains, possibly affecting many Witcher Organizations.
Therefore, analyzing benefits and losses from behind this event, the weight of Shura’s prophecy is absolutely substantial. Even compared to the news about the Peach Heart Theater, those present cannot immediately determine which is more crucial.
After all, the actual interests concerning the Peach Heart Theater are as yet unseen, one is an unknown gain, the other an established interest chain, naturally making it hard to differentiate at present.
"Actually, besides this, I also saw another prophecy. However, this prophecy holds great significance, so I will refrain from revealing it for now; later I shall discuss with the Crowned Star One and decide whether to speak it at tomorrow’s gathering." After finishing, Shura glanced at Lapuye, who nodded gently at him.
Shura understood inwardly, said no more, and returned to his seat.
Though everyone present is curious about the other prophecy in Shura’s words, since he refrains from revealing it, there is nothing they can do. They can only turn their gaze to Lapuye, waiting for the next prophecy to be spoken.
