Chapter 87: The War
Chapter 87: The War
Solaia looks at the place, which she fondly called Luxrisn. She cast a barrier to protect the place and her friend who was staying there; no one can see the place except for her loyal servants, where her reincarnation would be born in the future.
Nati
sunt gemini, filia lucis, altera tenebrarum filia.
Surgunt ut unus.
Lucem devorare studet tenebris, invidens alteri.
Gemini qui mixtus vivit natus est.
Sacrificium lucis et luctus dilecti filii caeli oriuntur tenebrae.
Mors non est finis. Initium est invenire responsionem his clues.
Sors et sors scripta sunt, iterum filia lucis et filius celi in tenebras ascendens.
Mulier, quae ex alio mundo venit, huic mundo perniciem attulit.
Anima signata libera erit, ubi pertinet;
[
A twin was born, a daughter of light, and the other is a daughter of darkness.
They are raised up as one.
The darkness will try to eat the light, jealous of what the other has.
twin that was born with entangled life.
The sacrifice of light and the mourning of unsaid love from the son of the sky shall defeat the darkness that will arise.
Death is not the end. It is the beginning to find the answer to these clues.
Fate and destiny have been written; together again, the daughter of light and son of the sky shall rise against the dark.
A woman who came from another world will bring destruction to this world.
A soul that has been sealed shall be back to where it belongs.]
That was the prophecy she saw in Flamear, which she puts on her book, as she knew in the future she would find him even though she doesn’t have any recollections of her past.
And she knew she wouldn’t be able to kill Abanoon in this battle, but it would take the people some time to become stronger.
Solaia disappeared in the air, and she was now in the kingdom where the chaos was evident.
"You’re here, my goddess." She heard the woman who was rushing to her say as soon as she reaches her.
Solaia nodded at the woman as she raised her hand and healed her wounds.
"Tell the other women to go and hide with your children," Solaia said as she looked at the woman again, who nodded at her.
Acantha saw that there were already many bodies that were scattered all over the place.
She can’t help but to silently mourn for them and for their family who lost them.
"You’re here." She looked at the person who said those words, and their she saw Dromonos, who was bathed in blood, and she could see that he looked tired.
"Are you alright?" She asked worriedly as she could see some wounds on him.
"I’m alright, Ahh, there’s something I want to tell-" Dromonos hadn’t finished his sentence when suddenly she felt something was coming their way.
Solaia pulled Dromonos as they docked the explosion; there was a very big explosion, and the land shook as a reaction.
"You’re finally here, my dearest sister!" Abanoon’s voice from the sky echoes around the place.
"And oh, that must be your lover?" she continued, and Solaia didn’t know, but she saw how her sister’s face changed and she looks more angry than usual.
"Why are you doing this, Abnoon?" Solaia asked as she looked at her sister, who just laughed at her question.
"Why am I doing this?" Abanoon asked her mockingly as she chuckled bitterly.
"You’re seriously asking me why?" She said as she lowered herself on the land, and now they were not too far from each other.
"You took everything from me!" Abanoon yelled and the ground shook as she did.
"I didn’t take anything from you!" Solaia yelled back as her eyes looked pleading as she was talking to her sister.
"Didn’t? Hahaha," Abanoon said as she laughed sarcastically.
"You were the reason why no one liked me—that no one sees me," Abanoon said as she was pointing at her.
"I was born first, but you were the one who was loved by everyone," she said as she glared at her.
"You were born stronger, and worse, you were born in light!" Abanoon said as she looked at her.
"While I was born in darkness, everyone stayed away from me; as we grew up, people were scared of even looking at me, while you were showered with everything I want!" Abanoon said as she raised her hand to send her something.
Solaia deflected the magic that Abanoon sent on her way.
She knew that Abanoon was like this because of how everyone treats her, but Solaia tried her best to fill everything, but Abanoon keeps on pushing her—not just her, but some people who try to talk to her, she pushes them away. That’s why she didn’t know what she was saying.
Abanoon wasn’t totally cast from their realm, but rather she just chose the wrong circle of goddesses who didn’t like her. Solaia tried warning her, but Abanoon only took it in the wrong way; she even said that she might just be doing that to make her feel alone.
"You know, that’s not true," Solaia said and she saw Abanoon floating in the air again, and she was ready to send a very dark whole to her.
Solaia uses her power to make her float in the air, as she was going to deflect the whole that Abanoon was going to send to them.
She looked on the ground and saw that Dromonos was fighting with Abanoon’s demon, who was very huge and powerful.
"Look, what am I going to do to your people" Abanoon said as she threw the hole and Soalia disappeared in the air to manage on catching it, which she did.
"You!" Abanoon angrily said, but Solaia got distracted when she saw that Dromonos was about to shift on his form, but he couldn’t because of the bracelet she gave him when he asked for a cure for his shifting.
Solaia didn’t notice Abanoon’s next move as she was still looking at Dromonos, who flew as the monster threw him, and he coughed blood.
She turned back to Abanoon, but she was faced with a hit on her body.
Solaia coughed blood as she saw that Abanoon sent her a poison, and she fell to the ground.
She saw Dromonos run towards her, and she saw her sister raise her hand to attack her again when Dromonos took the hit for her.
"S-Solaiaa," she heard him say as a tear fell on his eyes.
Solaia silently mourns for him, as she can see that with her state she couldn’t do anything to save him.
Solaia looked at her sister, who looked surprised at what happened only for a little time.
"W-well, I guess that’s what he gets for sacrificing his life for you," Abanoon said and Solaia didn’t know why her voice sounds like she was trying to stop herself from crying.
"You see, Solaia. Everyone you loved will die because of you," Abanoon said as she looked unstable, that she didn’t notice her next move.
Solaia, set up a barrier, leaving the three of them inside.
"What are you doing?" Abanoon said as she tried to use her power to open the barrier.
Solaia smiled at her twin as she chanted.
Dux deorum, audi causam meam. Audi preces filiae tuae.
[ Blood of my blood,
Twin of Darkness and Light punished the one who broke the nature law, took my life as yours, cut the ties between our souls, and sealed the darkness for a long time until I came back and did what was right.
Hear my plea, chief of gods, take my offer, and do what is right.
Wash this land that was filled with blood; protect the people from any harm.
Chief of gods, hear my plea. Hear your daughter’s plea.]
As soon as Solaia said those words, there was a bright light that surrounded the place where they were.
Solaia coughed blood as the poison was taking all over her body, and suddenly
"Ahhhh."
She looked at where Abanoon is and saw that she was struck with lightning, and as the shackled went out and went to her neck, her feet, and her hands.
"Y-you.. What did you do?" Abanoon said as her voice faintly disappeared as well as her body.
Solaia fell on the ground and coughed more blood.
"S-Solaia." She heard Dromonos; she tried to turn her head and saw him reaching her hand, and she also did the same thing, but she was pulled by death, and so was he.

Acantha wiped the tears that fell on her cheeks as she closed the book; she finished reading their story, and she could feel the pain in her heart.
She looked around and saw that Flamear was sleeping.
She still can’t believe that she was Solaia and she was her, even though she already read it the last time.
She looks out her window and looks at the sky.
