"What did you just say?" she said as she glared at me.

"I said it was mine from the beginning," I said as I leveled my eyes at her without showing any fear of her presence.

"How dare you!" she yelled as she took a step forward to get closer to me and I just waited for her, not that I would adjust for her.

"And so what if I dare?" I said as I looked at her and smirked.

"The Klartis was my birthright that you and your father were trying to snitch from me," I said as I looked at her coldly.

I really could feel her presence.

"Abanoon, if you were there, come out," I said as I tried connecting in Noraya’s mind and I saw her surprised when she heard me speak.

I tried doing it but still nothing answers me.

I saw her stop again and it seems like she was calculating what to do.

"Your Highness..." Ernie and Jarnus looked at me as they greeted me and looked at Lady Evangeline and Lady Dreanna, who were bowing their heads to Helion.

Helion made a gesture for the others to lift their heads, and they did.

"Lady Evangeline..." she heard Ernie greet the other lady, and I frowned when Lady Evangeline didn’t acknowledge him.

"What do you mean us? There was no us,’" Helion said and I heard Ernie burst out laughing.

"Sorry, your highness, I had never been to the theater anymore to watch some play, and I didn’t know to see one here and worse, you are part of it," Ernie said and Helion and Noraya glared at him

"You—it’s you and you again, Hely. These are the people who stopped me from talking to you last time when I went to mother’s palace," Noraya said as she seemed to get lost in her own script when she recognized Ernie and Jarnus.

"Hely?" I said as I raised my brows at her. "I didn’t know you had a pet name for my husband," I continued as I looked at her, and she glared at me again.

"Lady Noraya, it seems like I have been tolerating you this time to disrespect me in front of my wife," Helion said as his jaw clenched and he seemed pissed at what Noraya called him.

"Wh-why are you taking her side? It’s me... I am supposed to be your wife. I am the one who you really loved," Noraya said as she took a step and went to Helion and caressed him on his shoulder as she smirked at me.

I looked at her and smirked back as I stopped her hands.

"What do you think you’re doing?" I said as I removed her hands from Helion’s shoulder, who stiffened at what Noraya did as his jaw was clenching.

I tapped his shoulder where Noraya touches him and made it look like I was removing some dirt from it.

"You, did you use some witchcraft on him?" she asked as her eyes were looking at my hand that was now on Helion’s shoulder.

"If only witchcraft worked on him, then maybe His Highness would be with a different lady right now," Jarnus said as he looked at Noraya, who was now glaring at him.

"Did I ask for your opinion?" Noraya said as she was glaring at Jarnus, who looked at her without any fear in his eyes towards her.

"I was just saying that whatever you were trying to say is false. His highness has been in love with Her highness ." Jarnu said.

I saw how Noraya gritted her teeth, but still it seemed like something was really stopping her from bursting and letting her power out.

I can sense that she already lost the blessings she received being a descendant of the house of Klartis.

But I don’t think she knows that or she even noticed it.
