Villainess Want's To Ignore Them! -
Chapter 133: Longingness...
Chapter 133: Longingness...
Acantha saw the looks on the people who were there. It looks like they were surprised to see her father alive, and some look scared.
"D-dukkee, y-you’re not dead?" Lord Orkal asked as his eyes looked around.
Acantha was just still observing the other noble, who was speechless.
"Arthur, how?" she heard the emperor ask her father, who just looked at him.
Her father walked to the empty seat, which she knew was his, as there was some crest of Solaris on the chair.
"Let’s just say it’s still not my time, Your Majesty." Her father answered and his face darkened when he looked at the other members of the council, who were now looking at each other.
"But why did you bring your daughter here, Duke?" one of the members asked as he was looking at her like he was disgusted to see her there.
"Is my daughter’s presence bothering you, Lord Nuchir?" Her father asked as he glared at the man, who just looked down.
She saw that the other council gritted their teeth and formed their hands into fists.
Acantha was just observing what was going on inside the room, not minding all the eyes that were looking at her with disgust.
It seems like these people were the ones who hated her father, and now they were hating her for some things.
"Now, why do we have some meeting in here?" Her father asked as he looked at the council, who didn’t say any words, but instead they just looked at the duke with anger in their eyes.
"Your Majesty, I think there is no need for the duke to interfere with us, since he already left and declared his territories to be separate from the empire," Lord said as he looked at the duke, and Acantha even saw him smirk.
"I think Lord Joran here is right, Your Majesty," Lord Dorkinya said as he looked at her like he was going to strangle her neck.
"Haven’t you heard? It was not us who wanted to be separated from this empire; it was the empress who strongly showed her disgust for my daughter," her father said, which made them stop what they were saying.
Everyone who was in the room except for the emperor, Lady Evangeline Roys’s father, and Lady Constrin’s father was looking at them with anger in their eyes.
The emperor just looked away when her father said those words.
The emperor and her father, despite the duke declaring to be separated from the empire, had been conspiring and helping each other.
But the moment the empress lashed out at them, the friendship that the two had cherished since they were young was strained.
She knew her father felt betrayed by his friend, who couldn’t even stand up for him against his wife, who was accusing him of some nonsense even though he knew the truth.
"But-"
"Enough!" The emperor said as he glared at count Abellarde who for the first time since they came in, was about to say something.
"Now, let’s proceed with the thing you wanted to talk to me about." The emperor continued as he looked at the counsels angrily.
"Your Majesty, it came to us that the crown prince had used his power and struck a nobleman’s son without reason," Baron Abellarde said as he looked at her as he grimaced.
"What do you mean the crown prince struck someone?" The emperor asked as he looked confused at what the baron said.
"He attacked Count Di Santris’s son; that’s why he was not here to see the current state of his son and to stop his highness, the crown prince, from killing his son," Lor Nuchir said as he looked at the baron.
Acantha saw the secret messages between the two as they were looking at each other.
She closes her eyes to-
"Why is the count still not here?" Acantha heard the baron ask Lord Nuchir as he looked at him while frowning.
"I don’t know; he should be here right now," Lord Nuchir said as he looked at the door behind her.
"This better work to oust the prince, and if that happens, we will seize the throne and we will take it," Baron Abellarde said as he looked at the other baron, who just nodded at him to agree.
"If he just married my daughter, he wouldn’t be having this problem..." The baron continued as he chuckled inside his head.
Acantha looked at the two men who still continued chatting using their minds; it seemed like they had some mana stones with them to make them talk to each other in their minds.
She can feel its energy. Even though it was small, she can feel the dark magic from it.
"Irritum facere," Acantha whispered as she looked at the black light that she could see within their crest.
She saw the two get confused when they seemed to try to talk to each other using their minds, but it didn’t work.
Acantha saw the baron adjust his crest on his clothes as he looked at Lord Nuchir, who did the same with his ring that bears his own family’s crest.
"What’s wrong with you, Lord Abellarde?" She looked at him and saw that her father seemed to notice that the two barons got uneasy while they were talking about the problem that Helion caused, according to them.
Acantha couldn’t help but smirk as she saw the two sweating and confused, as they were not paying attention to what the emperor was saying.
They were even looking for the count in their minds; little did they know that Helion had already put them in the prison along with the other noblemen who went with him.
Now she understands what she saw awhile ago.
The baron was about to speak when the other flung open and Helion entered the room.
Acantha stopped breathing for a while as she could feel her heart beating very fast.
It seems like the world stopped from moving and there just the two of them-
Okay, stop. That was such an exaggerating thing to say.
No, she really felt her heart beat faster than normal.
She could see the longing in his eyes, which made her break the contract as she couldn’t breathe.
The more she looked at him with her memories, and even before she regained her memories from the past and knew that he could be Dromonos, Helion always made her heart flutter.
But she won’t admit it.
"That’s good that you are here, Helion," the emperor said to him, which made his eyes look away from her for a moment.
Helion bowed to his father as he looked at her again.
The emperor and her father seem to notice it and the emperor coughed to get his son’s attention.
"You may sit here, Helion," his father said as he pointed to the empty chair next to his right side.
She saw him sigh before he walked away from where she was sitting next to her father.
"Now, you need to answer my question: why did you strike the count’s son?" The emperor asked him, and it seems like he already expected this thing to happen.
Helion lifted his eyes and he looked at everyone who looked scared the way he looked at them.
"Is that what he said to you?" Helion said as he looked at his father, and Acantha could feel goosebumps when she heard some danger in his voice.
He looked at the council and gave them his coldest stare.
"And why did it even reach this fast?" Acantha looked at the member of the council who seemed involved with this issue. They looked like they were all sweating, and their eyes were panicking.
They must not expect him to be here this fast, when he just sent those things two hours ago or more.
"Lord Nuchir, the crown prince was asking you some questions." The emperor said as he looked at Lord Nuchir, who was looking at Lord Abellarde as his eyes were panicking on how to answer Helion without the baron talking to him in his mind.
"I-I" he stuttered as he looked around him, asking for help, or more begging for help.
"The issue here, Your Majesty, is that he struck a nobleman’s son without—" Lord Abellarde was cut off by Helion, who slammed his fist on the table.
"I struck him as he was disrespecting someone who was just helping those who were injured in the capital," Helion said as he looked at her.
How did he learn about that?
She looked at him as she was frowning.
It must be that someone had told him about what happened with her and the man this morning.

Abanoon was gritting her teeth as she felt the pain in her body again; it felt like her soul was getting out of her body.
That woman was trying to ruin everything; it seems like she did something with this body to make her feel weak.
She looked at Paul who was looking at her too,
