Chapter 434: Chapter 434: Intriguing and Confusing

Chen Muyang.

Li Feng frowned as he listened to the conversation inside the cabin. If it really was Chen Muyang, Han Xue’s situation was most dire.

Who knew to what twisted extent the mind of a man who’d turned eunuch could go.

"Going to take a piss."

"Scram."

Wu Daya lifted his foot and kicked the man who was jeering at him, belched with the smell of alcohol, and staggered out.

"Come on, don’t mind him, continue."

The remaining people picked up their beer glasses and drank again.

Wu Daya, in his drunken stupor, left the cabin and made his way to the side of the boat, about to unbutton his pants, when Li Fengtu suddenly grabbed Wu Daya’s throat from behind.

"If you don’t want to die, keep it down."

Wu Daya’s throat was seized, his face turned an ashen hue, and he felt as though he was suffocating. He patted Li Feng’s arm.

Li Feng loosened his grip slightly, allowing Wu Daya to catch a bit of breath.

"I’ll ask and you answer. If you don’t cooperate, you know the consequences."

"Alright, alright, what do you want to know?"

Wu Daya seemed to be scared out of his wits and immediately gave in.

"Are you from the Zero Organization?"

Li Feng asked.

Wu Daya was stunned for a moment: "Zero Organization? What’s that?"

Without a second word, Li Feng tightened his hold again, and Wu Daya instantly felt breathless, as though he was walking through the gates of hell. Just when Wu Daya’s eyes were about to roll back, Li Feng loosened his grip slightly.

"You only have one chance. If you answer wrong again, death!"

"I really don’t know what you’re talking about with the Zero. If I’m lying, may the heavens strike me with thunder and feed me to the fish in the river."

"You don’t know Zero?"

"Really don’t know," Wu Daya said, while his hand moved towards his pocket. In the next second, Wu Daya pressed the spring of his switchblade, and a sharp blade popped out.

"Go to hell."

Wu Daya stabbed fiercely behind him, but it felt like he stabbed into thin air. Before he could realize what happened, a snapping sound came from his neck.

Wu Daya’s head turned a complete one hundred and eighty degrees, his bulging, dead fish eyes saw the person who killed him, but he was already unconscious.

Li Feng gave a disdainful snort, didn’t take another glance at the limp body of Wu Daya, and turned to walk back into the cabin.

Since Wu Daya didn’t know, then it was time to inquire among the other people in the cabin.

"Old Wu, how come it took you so long to take a piss? You didn’t actually go for a wank, did you?"

"Hmm, you’re not Old Wu."

The atmosphere inside the cabin was murky with smoke, and a man with a drink in hand looked up at the person entering the cabin, realizing it wasn’t the Old Wu who had gone out earlier.

The next second, everyone in the cabin turned their heads.

Old Ghost also turned to look, and upon seeing Li Feng, nearly popped his eyes out.

"Isn’t he one of the two who were supposed to be bagged and sunk in the river?"

Someone shouted.

"Huh?"

Old Ghost took a deep breath, clearly not expecting Li Feng to be alive; not only alive but having tracked them down to their hideout. People around looked towards Old Ghost, who watched Li Feng with an icy cold gaze.

"Heh, lucked out with his life and still dares to come knocking on the door. If I were you, I’d have hidden far, far away."

Li Feng glanced at the old ghost with an indifferent expression, "I have a few questions I want to ask you."

"Got a problem with me?"

"Where did you send Han Xue?"

Looking at Li Feng, the old ghost burst into laughter, "You’re talking about that woman, huh? She should be in her son’s bed right about now. As for what they’re doing, you’re a man, you should understand."

The people around them laughed lewdly, none of them taking Li Feng seriously. After all, they had almost sent him to the bottom of the river before.

They just didn’t expect this brat to have the guts not only to survive but also to have the audacity to track them down.

He was asking for death.

"Second question, are you from Zero Organization?"

"Zero?"

Li Feng observed the old ghost’s surprised face, not seeming like an act. It looked like these people were just some goons paid off with Zero’s money, hardly knowing anything at all. Li Feng felt a bit disappointed; he had wanted to follow the trail, but this "Zero" seemed to be more difficult to deal with than he thought.

"It seems you don’t know, in that case, I’m afraid I have to invite you to die."

Seeing the extremely arrogant Li Feng, the old ghost just laughed out loud, "You want us to die, just by yourself?"

"This kid seems not to know where he’s gotten himself, daring to be so insolent. Kid, you’re asking for death."

Li Feng didn’t wait for the old ghost to finish his sentence. He crossed two meters in a single step and appeared right in front of the old ghost, kicking him squarely in the chest. The old ghost was sent flying, crashing down onto the wine table behind him.

"Cut him."

The old ghost was flipped over, but the others were not frightened into inaction. They were desperadoes, not easily cowed. Li Feng did not hold back and quickly had the ruffians who threw themselves at him lying scattered on the ground.

Li Feng moved forward, looking at the old ghost who had fallen to the ground and was clutching his chest as he tried to crawl up, then he kicked him down again.

"I’m asking you one more time, where was Han Xue sent?"

"Didn’t I tell you, she was sent to Chen Muyang," the old ghost said, now with a hint of fear. His seven or eight men hadn’t lasted a few breaths before they were all taken out by Li Feng. What the hell was this guy’s background?

Li Feng’s lips curled, he twisted and stomped viciously on the old ghost’s arm. With a crack, the bone shattered, piercing through the skin, revealing a ghastly white aspect. The old ghost’s eyes bulged in pain as he let out a terrible scream.

"What I asked was where she was sent, not who she was sent to."

"I’m giving you another chance. If your answer still doesn’t satisfy me, I’ll stuff you in a sack just like you and throw you into the river."

Enduring the severe pain in his arm, the old ghost looked at Li Feng, "I really don’t know where she was sent."

"Oh!"

"I’m not lying to you, we were just following orders. We took Han Xue from the hotel, but after we left the Century Hotel, she was taken away by another car midway."

Li Feng uttered an ’Oh’, "Did you see the license plate?"

"It was an unlicensed Audi."

"Then how do you know she was sent to Chen Muyang?"

"I overheard it. At the time, the other side answered a call, calling the person on the line ’Young Master Yang’. With all the chaos surrounding the Century Group these past few days, we’ve heard things too. Putting it together, this ’Young Master Yang’ is very likely Chen Muyang."

"You don’t know about Zero?"

The old ghost shook his head quickly, "I really don’t know."

"Then how did you get your orders?"

"There’s a website. Once you log in, there are various hiring tasks. Complete them, and you get a hefty payment."

"A website?"

"What’s the URL?"

The old ghost quickly provided Li Feng with a web address, "I’ve told you everything you want to know, you...!"

Li Feng kicked the old ghost directly in the temple, and the man went still. Li Feng walked out of the cabin and onto the deck where Zhang Wannian appeared from the shadows.

"It looks like there are no others around."

"Did you find out anything?"
