Li Feng parked his car on the roadside, got out, and walked to a nearby convenience store to buy a pack of cigarettes. After lighting one up and taking a couple of puffs, he leisurely made his way toward a coffeehouse not far from the convenience store.

The coffeehouse was called "The Old Place."

Upon reaching the entrance, having just finished his cigarette, he tossed the butt into a nearby trash bin and entered the secluded coffeehouse.

The coffeehouse had a deck at the back. There were no customers inside at the moment, so Li Feng walked over to the only occupied table and sat down, raising his eyes to look at Chu Wei, who was sipping coffee across from him.

"What, news came that quickly?"

"Yes."

Chu Wei nodded and set down his coffee cup, "Do you know about the Sea City Circle’s ’Grand Feast’?"

Li Feng was surprised, "I know. Isn’t it just a bunch of rich people throwing a party with a bunch of models and pretty girls?"

"Don’t put it so bluntly. The event is an upscale and luxurious lifestyle exhibition – a social gathering for the elite."

Chu Wei corrected him.

Li Feng hummed in acknowledgment, "But isn’t the Grand Feast held on H Island, just once a year? What does that have to do with the Kang Family?"

Chu Wei handed over a dossier to Li Feng.

"This is some information I’ve collected. In the Sea City Circle, there has also been a version of the Grand Feast that’s very popular over the past four or five years. It’s by invitation-only, and only those who are invited qualify to attend."

"And the location of this Grand Feast, you’ll never guess."

"Hmm, not in Yan Country?"

Chu Wei blinked, "Alright, you guessed it. The event is held on an island called Paradise Island, and it’s situated in N Country, which boasts a multitude of islands. Many of Yan Country’s islands are uninhabited."

"N Country allows private investment in purchasing islands. Coupled with its tropical setting and pleasant scenery, there has been a recent trend of Yan Country’s business tycoons investing in islands to develop luxury resorts."

"Paradise Island is one of these, but it’s not open to the public, and there’s very little information available."

"According to the intelligence I’ve gathered, the Kang Family owns Paradise Island, and they’re planning to host a significant trade event on the island involving many of their illicit dealings. If you want to strike at the Kang Family, this is a good opportunity."

"Oh."

"Furthermore, the trade event will be hosted by the Kang Family Head. Whether you attend is up to you."

"The Grand Feast, huh? Heh, sounds interesting. I’ll check it out."

"I knew you would. Here are some credentials I’ve prepared for you. Take your time reviewing the material; I’m going to leave first."

Chu Wei stood and left first. Li Feng opened the dossier, pouring out its contents. In addition to several documents, there was a small packet containing fake IDs.

Chu Wei’s plan was also written on paper. Li Feng’s cover identity was to be a distant relative of the manager of a nightclub, which happened to be the property of Kang Yu, the second of the Kang Family’s Five Tigers, and a frequent haunt for him.

Li Feng’s task was to catch Kang Yu’s eye and become one of his subordinates, as Kang Yu was the organizer of the Grand Feast in Yan Country.

Once connected to Kang Yu, Li Feng would be able to accompany him on board the ship to Paradise Island.

After memorizing all the information, Li Feng promptly took out his lighter and burned the documents. With the fake credentials in hand, he left the coffeehouse.

Driving back home, Li Feng took a taxi to the nightclub listed in the documents, the Jile Nightclub.

"Stop right there."

"I’m talking to you."

Hardly having reached the door, Li Feng was stopped by the bulky bouncers.

"What’s going on, big brothers?"

"Do we have some business here?"

Eyeing Li Feng’s nonchalant demeanor, which screamed troublemaker, one bouncer grumbled, "Who are you rolling with, and did you bring any heat with you? You’re not here to cause trouble in Jile, are you?"

"Do I need to report to you who I roll with? I’m here to have fun. Right now, I’m your God. What’s the meaning of stopping me, looking down on me?"

Li Feng wouldn’t back down and retorted sharply.

"Damn it, why waste words? Beat him up, and he’ll quiet down."

A muscular bouncer cracked his knuckles menacingly and gave Li Feng a malicious look, reaching out to grab his collar.

Li Feng snorted coldly, swiftly grasping the bouncer’s finger and breaking it, bringing the burly man to his knees in a flash.

"Heh, thought you could fight me? Call me daddy."

"Hiss."

Naturally, the bouncer wouldn’t submit, "Damn it, let go of me, or I’ll kill you."

"Oh, still talking tough?"

Li Feng bent the finger further, and the bouncer experienced a pain so fierce it was almost pleasurable, yet despite his towering height, he couldn’t break free.

"Fuck!"

Seeing the commotion, another bouncer swung a punch at Li Feng. Li Feng, glimpsing it from the corner of his eye, raised his hand to intercept the punch, stepping back half a pace and giving a tug, causing the attacker to fall forward.

The other bouncer tripped and face-planted on the ground.

"Damn it, kid, you’re asking for it."

The fallen bouncer got up, looking at Li Feng with a cold, vengeful stare, and pounced like a hungry tiger, but Li Feng easily dodged and grabbed his ear.

"Ow, let go."

"Call me daddy, and I’ll let you go." Li Feng walked the bouncer around in circles like walking a dog, drawing a crowd at the entrance with the commotion.

"Out of the way, out of the way."

Just then, the onlookers were pushed aside as several men in black suits made way for a young man, flanked by even more black suits, to enter the lobby. He was accompanied by two stunning twin beauties on either side, virtually indistinguishable from one another.

He was joking with the two beauties, but upon glancing up and seeing the scene, Kang Yu’s expression instantly darkened.

"What the hell are you waiting for? Take him down. Daring to make trouble in Jile, he must be tired of living."

ps: Just three updates for today. This Chapter was difficult to write; perhaps it’s time for a scene change. Two hours of writing; whew. I’m going to have dinner now; my dinner’s practically turned into a late-night snack.
