Chapter 632: Chapter 606: Having a Name is Enough

Once the big task is done, everything else feels like a small matter, with no pressure at all.

The helicopter arrived in New York, and Joelson was already waiting at the airport.

Panetta wanted Joelson to help Gao Yi take over the Dark Web, so he arranged for Joelson to wait here early. However, according to Gao Yi’s idea, Joelson should not get involved in this murky water.

Joelson prepared six cars, all different models, every type imaginable. But Gao Yi decided to follow Yuri’s advice, so these cars were unlikely to be used.

First came a big hug, then a nostalgic conversation, just as after pulling Joelson a few steps aside, Gao Yi lowered his voice and said, "Is it convenient?"

"Convenient, definitely convenient."

Gao Yi stopped walking and whispered to Joelson, "Your boss wants you to manage the Dark Web, which I refused, because I think once you get involved with the Dark Web it’s very hard to get rid of it. It’s not appropriate to go back and do this kind of work after finally moving up, but I still want to hear your thoughts."

Joelson showed gratitude and whispered back, "Yes, if I manage the Dark Web, I could potentially earn a lot of money, but it would basically cut off a normal path for promotion."

"Good, then your thoughts align with mine. I will resolutely refuse the suggestion for you to take over the Dark Web and let them choose someone else."

Having reached consensus, everything else was easier. Gao Yi took a deep breath and smiled, "We’ll split into two teams, one overt and one covert, Xinfeng."

Xinfeng came over, Gao Yi pointed to Joelson, and whispered, "You two work together and follow normal channels to find someone. You are all insiders, surely you know what to do. I have just one request: make a big splash, attract as much attention as possible."

Xinfeng nodded, "Understood."

Gao Yi then looked at Joelson and said, "You guys go have a meal, rest up, take care of things slowly, no rush. You don’t need to worry about me here. Stay in touch, and regarding the airport requests they have, you just arrange for them to go where they want."

After a few simple words, leaving Xinfeng with Joelson, the team was scattered, and Gao Yi was essentially fully prepared.

"All these cars have been checked, and I directly rented two cars, so rest assured, there are absolutely no bugs or trackers, although we might be under surveillance, so splitting up is better."

Joelson pulled out a car key and said, "You drive this one out first, then switch cars outside."

Gao Yi took the car key and casually tossed it to Xinfeng; without further ado, they drove away.

Once the car was moving, Gao Yi called Martin again.

"I’m in New York. Have the local friends been contacted?"

"Yes, his name is Buck, an FBI agent, and also a member of the Red and Blue Group. He’s familiar with the local area, has many contacts, knows New York’s Underworld well, just call him directly. He’ll arrange everything for you. Need manpower? Let him connect you. Don’t worry, he’s absolutely reliable."

Martin’s arrangements were pretty reliable; just listening to his recommendation, Gao Yi also felt it was quite fitting.

Well-versed in both white and black circles, especially familiar with the Underworld, it saves a lot of trouble indeed.

"Thanks, how much should I pay him?"

Martin responded without hesitation, "If you give him an opportunity to demonstrate, Buck will be grateful to you. No need to pay, and of course, if you feel paying keeps things simple and prefer less personal debt, then give him two hundred thousand dollars. Two hundred thousand is already a lot, tasks like this don’t require that much."

Pay if needed, but if the person is useful, Gao Yi didn’t mind establishing connections in New York.

More friends mean more options. Now, Gao Yi hardly has to do things himself. He relies on having many friends, many paths, and indeed, much money.

After hanging up, Gao Yi immediately called the recommended Buck.

"Hello, I’m Booth, a friend of Martin."

"Hello, hello."

Sounding very enthusiastic, Buck responded very politely, "Where should we meet?"

"Where are you located?"

"I’m in Manhattan, Broadway."

Gao Yi thought for a moment and said, "We will come to you, contact you in a bit."

"Okay, I’ll be waiting for your arrival here."

After hanging up the phone, Gao Yi said, "This person is very polite; Martin might have leaked some of my identity."

Yuri responded indifferently, "Of course, otherwise who would be willing to help you? You mentioned Martin was just an entry-level FBI agent before, and now he’s an area executive. Even an idiot would need to know he found a good backer, no problem, you need people eager to climb upwards for easy handling."

Since Yuri also thought it was fine, there was no need to think much.

Drive over to Broadway first, then it won’t be too late to contact again.

After arriving at Broadway, they contacted again, and then Gao Yi and Buck agreed to meet in a café.

Gao Yi brought Yuri and Lucy to meet Buck; bringing Yuri was for his expertise, while Lucy just wanted to enjoy some coffee.

Entering the place, they immediately saw Buck because he was seated at the table directly facing the entrance.

Upon seeing Gao Yi and the others enter, Buck immediately stood up.

Buck was very tall, slightly overweight but not quite fat, an overall tall and strong person.

Based on some subconscious actions, it could be seen that Buck was quite nervous. He wore a baseball cap, but upon seeing Gao Yi enter, he immediately took off his hat, placing it first on the table, then quickly picking it from the table to place on the seat.

Gao Yi walked straight over, Buck left his seat, standing next to the coffee table, promptly extending both hands, and once Gao Yi extended his hand, Buck grasped it with both of his, saying, "It’s an honor to meet you, Mr. Booth."

He called the name wrong, but Gao Yi didn’t correct it. He smiled and said, "Hello, Buck, please sit."

Yuri immediately sat down aside, and Lucy looked at the tables where Gao Yi and Yuri were seated, finally choosing Yuri’s.

Buck sat down somewhat uneasily and then quietly asked, "Sir, may I ask what you need me to do?"

"Help me find someone, uh, but it’s a bit tricky, I don’t know what this person looks like or their age."

Some things Gao Yi couldn’t say, but Buck, listening to this rather over-the-line request, didn’t show any difficulty. He just quietly replied, "Is there a name? A name would suffice."

"Well, when you hear this name, it might cause you some trouble."

"No problem, sir, I’m willing to bear the consequences."

"His name is Nelson Andic."

If Buck knew the Andic Group, then upon hearing this name, he should be aware of it, yet Buck’s expression didn’t change at all. He calmly said, "It’s easy with a name, sir, it’s easier with a name."
