In an instant Yanzhi’s appearance changed taking on his real appearance when the carriage after done being inspected and rode into the capital city. "You mean like this?" Yanzhi’s green pupil turned to that of a snake’s slit-like pupils. Xiao Ling was with astonishment as he nodded absent minded.

"Certainly!" Xiao Ling nodded as Yanzhi’s pupils turned to that of humans. Chang and Liu had their mouths opened agape still looking at their master shocked.

In a big luxury house with many courtyards, a man walked out of a study room in dispirit and gloomy mood. That man was none other than Jinhua. He frowned walking down the hall ways with a look that seemed like he was in deep thoughts. Unknown to him in his shadow underneath his feet, a figure cloaked in dark eerie cloud. Bloodlust filled up the hallway, chillness sipped into his bones. Jinhua jumped away and turned to his back. The hairs on his skin stood up as he was creeped out. He stood defensively.

"Who.... who’s there?" he asked with vigilance.

"I have a message from my master to you" the dark figure said. Jinhua felt his heart raced non-stop, he could feel the tremendous aura from the dark figure. The figure wasn’t trying to hide it’s aura and bloodlust, Jinhua knew that if that figure wants him dead he would be killed without even being able to fight back.

"This senior, may i know who your master is? I don’t think i know your master" Jinhua chose his words carefully as he asked. He couldn’t tell who the figure was as he couldn’t even see the face of the figure. In the first place was the thing in his presence human? Jinhua felt all hope lost for him.

"You do not need to fear me human, i wasn’t ordered to harm you. My master’s order was to protect you and doctor Shi as well as pass his messages." the dark figure informed. Even when it was trying to show that it was harmless to Jinhua, Jinhua still couldn’t be assured. And now that the dark figure even knew of doctor Shi, Jinhua felt more threatened.

"Then may i know who your master is?" he asked yet again.

"My master is Xiao Ling" the figure replied.

"...what? Your master is master Ling?" Jinhua asked stunned. He was skeptical to believe the figure. He has never heard of Xiao Ling owning such great masters, because telling from the aura of the figure. It could annihilate everyone in the residence and even half of the habitants of the capital city before it could even be taken down. To simply put it the capital city would suffer a big loss if they were to be in a fight with the figure. And what did it say? Xiao Ling was it’s master? Jinhua was dumbstruck. It was a different matter when they saw the demonic beasts Yanzhi owned, that was understandable. But since the figure said Xiao Ling was it’s master then meaning that Xiao Ling personally owned it. He knew that Xiao Ling was very strong but he didn’t know that it was to an extent of even commanding such beings. What was the identity of those couple? Jinhua feared and respected them more again.

"This senior what message do you have for me from your master?" he relaxed his vigilance knowing that Xiao Ling wouldn’t harm me.

"Master said to inform you of their arrival here in the capital city...." the figure said informing Jinhua of the inn no. 6 found for Xiao Ling and Yanzhi to rest in. Jinhua was excited to hear of their arrival. They already informed both him and doctor of their coming to attend their marriage ceremony, but the day of their departure wasn’t told to both him and doctor Shi.

"His excellency and and master Ling are already here in the capital city?" he asked overly excited.

"Yes! i have passed my master’s message to you, i will go back into your shadow now." the figure dispersed as soon as it’s words fell.

"Thank you senior!" Jinhua saluted respectfully. He quickly went back the way he came, running in the hallway.

"Father! His excellency and master Ling have arrived in the capital!" he rudely pushed opened the door of the study and ran in.

An elderly aged man with white clean beared raised up his head from behind the table, he put away the brush he was writing with.

"His excellency?" the man asked with a confused look.

"Father i informed you of my encounter with a great master and his wife, they both are masters in martial arts." Jinhua reminded him happily. When he came back both him and doctor Shi informed him. They only informed Jinhua’s father of some few things and left out other things.

"He is here now?" Jinhua’s father stood up from the chair abruptly as he asked. "Let’s go and welcome him!" the father instructed making his way past Jinhua in a hurry. Jinhua quickly went after him and stopped him.

"Father wait a minute, i didn’t mean he is here now. I meant he has arrived in the capital city and is taking rest in an inn now. I’ll go with Dafu now, i just came to inform you before leaving. Please have the servants clean up some courtyards." Jinhua informed.

"Yes! Yes! go now, don’t keep them waiting!" Jinhua felt it was funny seeing his father more anxious than he was, he saluted respectfully before walking away.

Xile pulled the reins stopping the horses in front of the inn which no. 6 found for them. Lixin came down from the couch seat and opened the carriage door. Chang was the first to get down from the carriage followed by Liu, Yue and Xiao Ling before Yanzhi.

People stopped when they saw YanZhi got down from the carriage, they gasped looking at him shamelessly without even hiding the fact that they were admiring his beautiful enchanting appearance. Men, women and ger alike all admired shamelessly.

"Bees and butterflies will always be attracted to flowers!" Yue sneered dissatisfied. Yanzhi never once looked to their way and Xiao Ling who they thought should be the most annoyed one, stood still and had a strange creepy smile. He inhaled and excited as if wanting to suck in all the air in the capital city into him.

"..mi-mistress?!" Yue called out. Xiao Ling turned to him with his eyes glittering.

"This capital city...it has strong smell of death and blood." he smiled brightly and said. His smile which should be considered beautiful and pure in normal times, looked serene and creepy now.

"En! The beheading ground should be included." Yanzhi nodded and said with a calm lazy tone.

"This place isn’t as peaceful as the peasants families thought, this place is besmeared with red blood."
