The 9 servants sighed in relief with the thoughts that they’ll do everything in their power not to be sent back. "As i said already Feng would handle the boys. Yue would handle the two of you, and Lin it is already decided that you’ll handle your juniors" Yanzhi instructed, Yue was still unhappy but she always listen to her mater’s instructions. "For now Lin take them all to where the house is being built for now, their training begins the next day....." Yanzhi instructed, Lin saluted and the 9 servants bowed before following Lin out. "Yue see them later and find someone in the village to make new set of clothes for them" "Yue will do as master orders" Yue saluted respectfully. After settling all the servants Yabzhi glanced at Baihu and Chang who looked wronged, seemingly their brothers were given jobs and they were left out, Yanzhi felt it was funny. "Why don’t you two along with little wife train with me. Chang master wants to see how your training is going and Baihu i have a technique i want to teach you" Yanzhi informed.

Liu and Yue snickered seeing Chang stiffened and sweating profoundly. "...m...master...i.... Chang....i want to help the foremen with building today" Chang stuttered, Yue broke out laughing, Yanzhi glared at them both and they all kept mute standing stiff. "Chang take your stance, I’ll check your progress" Yanzhi stood up said and walked to the sweating Chang. Chang gulped down nervously and did as he was instructed. All of Yabzhi’s disciples had different martial arts techniques there were practicing, some practice sword techniques and others with their bare hands. YanZhi gave them all techniques which suited their body structures, Chang practiced the Crane Claw technique along with other familiar techniques.

He took his stance as he was instructed with his hands made to imitate claws of the crane. "Attack" Yanzhi instructed, Chang nodded and ran forward to attack. Chang went straight for Yabzhi’s neck with his claw looking hand with his first attack, YanZhi turned slightly as Chang’s hand missed it’s mark by half an inch. Yanzhi pried away Chang’s hand with the back of his hand easily. He suddenly moved into Chang who got flustered and jumped back to avoid Yanzhi, Chang felt change in the gravity as he was turned and fell on the ground groaning. Yanzhi stripped his leg when he was about to land on the floor when he jumped back. Chang quickly got on his knees honestly not daring to look at Yanzhi who looked pissed. "What do you think happened just now" he asked Chang in cold tone sending shivers to everyone there, even Xiao Ling felt shivers ran down his spine, Xiao Ling couldn’t help but think that Yanzhi when in Master mode was scary. "Master....my stance was wrong, and I left myself open when i got flustered and jumped back" Chang answered seriously and honest.

"From now on no slacking and train your stance well, for now go back to the mountain and do horse stance until i tell you to stop. Go now, I’ll come there to check in a while" Chang stood up with an aggrieved look, saluted and walk out of the house with Yue and Liu snickering, they already knew that he would be punished since Chang was fond of playing around than training. When Yanzhi turned back around he saw Xiao Ling looking at him with eyes sparkling like stars, infact he already felt Xiao Ling’s burning gaze knowing why he was being stared at. "Since little wife is bent on learning techniques, i thought of one suitable for you" Yanzhi resigned. He had already decided to teach Xiao Ling techniques since Xiao Ling continuously showed his strong interest in learning techniques, Yanzhi would’ve preferred he just focused on cultivation and absorb qi, but since learning techniques is what Xiao Ling desired he would comply. "Xiong gong really?!! What technique? Teach me" Xiao Ling stood up excitedly raining down questions on him, YanZhi chuckled seeing him act childish. Yue who was used to it just smiled but the rest seeing it for the first time were shocked.

"You have work to do now right? Why don’t you finish with that first, i want to teach Baihu a technique first. I’ll teach yours later when you’re done, and besides we’re still waiting for Dr. Shi and Qing, we’ll take them to the mountain" Yanzhi calmly informed. Xiao Ling was shocked by his words "are you okay with taking them to the mountain...what if they?" he asked in doubt. "I trust no one but you, but i know they wouldn’t, because i can tell. They both are good people who have accumulated lots of merits from their past lives, i can’t intervene in their destinies but i can do something small for them." Yanzhi said looking like a wise man speaking, Xiao Ling nodded. "Then I’ll go and bake the deserts for tomorrow’s sale, Xiong gong don’t go back on your words later" Xiao Ling said sternly, Yanzhi didn’t know whether to laugh or cry listening to his words. "I won’t little wife, so hurry up with your work. Let the children assist you so you work fast" Xiao Ling nodded and left with the servants along with Fen, Yue and Liu to help. Yanzhi turned to Baihu who was anxiously waiting with anticipations and excitements, Yanzhi walked to him inspecting Baihu from head to toe.

Baihu’s tiger form was big but his human form was neither big nor slender, and the technique Yanzhi decided to teach him was suitable for Baihu’s body structure. "Hm, this technique will be suitable for you. Master will demonstrate for you first" Yanzhi stated and Baihu saluted and stood aside with his attention focused attentively on Yanzhi. Yanzhi took a stance "the technique Master is going to teach you is called Wudang Longhua Quan ’Moving like a flying dragon’. Watch master’s actions carefully" Yanzhi started to display the technique. "Pounce" he said the first step he took and displayed then continued on "Catch. Kick. Lock. Remain still like a fish...and shift quickly into motion. Keep dodging and moving like a flying dragon" after displaying the actions he stood still and breathed out with his hands guiding down. "Did you get it" he turned and asked Baihu who watched him with admiration. "Master yes, Biahu got it" Baihu answered with enthusiasm. "Okay come and display it for master to see"

Baihu cupped and stepped forward, he took his stance and started to move displaying the actions YanZhi did. After he was done he turned to YanZhi with anticipation. "Master, Baihu is done" he reported excitedly to YanZhi, Yanzhi nodded. He walk to take a stance beside Baihu "follow Master" he instructed, although Baihu did well for his first time, there was still much to desire in Baihu’s actions. Baihu nodded and took his stance too, they both did the actions over and over again, from beginning to end. It was only when a knock sounded on the door bringing them out of their concerntrated practice. It was already dark and Xiao Ling was seating watching them with interest. "You’re done?" he asked when Yanzhi stopped and looked towards the door. "It’s already dark.....why didn’t you call me when you were done with work?" Yanzhi asked turning to Xiao Ling who stood up and walked to him with a wet clean cloth. "Baihu was practicing seriously so i didn’t want to disturb you both....and beside i was watching too." he said embarrassedly as Yanzhi wiped his face and neck with the wet cloth given to him. "en" Yanzhi said in his nasal.

"Master, Dr. Shi and young master Qing are hear to see you" Yue came back to inform after seeing who was at the door. "Feng take uncle Feng and Aunt Feng and Xile to where they’ll be sleeping...and call Lin over to meet us in my sanctuary." Feng saluted and walked out with the servants to carry out Yanzhi’s orders. "Little wife let’s go" they all walked out of the house to see doctor Shi and Jinhua waiting for them outside, Xiao Ling locked the door. "Brother Yan! Little brother Ling!" doctor Shi greeted with enthusiasm, Jinhua felt as if his heart would leap out of his chest with how doctor was addressing such a big person like YanZhi. Yanzhi nodded to the both of them. "Brother Yan we’re sorry to bother you" Jinhua said apologetically, if he knew Yanzhi was rather a cultivator before he asked for his help in teaching them how to manifest internal force, he wouldn’t have asked, but now it was too late so they came since Yanzhi had already given his approval. "Ah don’t say that brother Jinhua it’s no bother...by the way didn’t you come with a carriage?" Xiao Ling ask not seeing a carriage as they walked towards the mountain.

"Ah, we let it go for now... it’ll come back go pick us up later" Jinhua informed Xiao Ling, he had no problem in talking to Xiao Ling normal..it was YanZhi who Jinhua had problem conversing to, be it before they knew he was a cultivator and now. Yanzhi, Xiao Ling, Yue and Liu felt a slight tremor on the ground as soon as they climbed the foot of the mountain. Yanzhi glanced upwards straight to the direction of his sanctuary feeling the fluctuations in the air. "Master?" Yue called out anxiously "let’s go" Yanzhi ordered and they started to walk fast and in hurry. "Brother Yan what happened" doctor Shi and Jinhua who didn’t feel the tremor not knowing what was wrong followed running to catch up with them as doctor Shi asked, but his question was ignored. Because of the barrier array setup by Yanzhi one could see or hear if something was going on in Yanzhi’s sanctuary, the barrier shielded in the sounds and everything in his sanctuary from the eyes of people, one could only see and hear what’s in his sanctuary if only Yanzhi permitted the person entry.

A big green snake with bits of red colour on its scale flew over to fall with a loud thud at their feet, it seemed to be have been thrown with great strength. It struggled up and turned to look at them excitedly. In a blink of an eye the snake transformed to half human half snake, it gave Yanzhi an aggrieved look. "Master it’s that tigress, she attacked!" Chang complained looking wronged. "Ahhhh!" Doctor Shi and Jinhua who finally arrived behind Yanzhi and the others screamed and fell backwards in fright witnessing such scene. Everyone was dumbstruck and stood still not talking, even Yanzhi stood there speechless. Before anyone could think of what to say or do next the tigeress came running at them looking fierce with the mindset of attacking them. Chang fully transformed again and dash slithering to the tigress, Baihu transformed into his tiger form and sprinted behind Chang’s snake form. Baihu positioned himself between Chang and the tigeress blocking them from fighting. Dr. Shi fainted in shock and Jinhua had a look of horror watching petrified, Yanzhi turned cold and Xiao Ling and Yue and Liu were dumbstruck by the scene.
