Chapter 30: Ch. 15 Part 2
Chapter 30: Ch. 15 Part 2
" Ughh!!!? this is so fucking hard " Xiao Ling cursed making YanZhi baffled at such word from his mouth... he chuckled looking at Xiao Ling’s resentful gaze.
" little wife calm down, I trust you’ll be able to achieve it soon. You’re doing good already, since you’ve infused qi for a minute to two, open the fridge and take a look... it should be cold inside. " YanZhi comforted and advised, cold air hit Xiao Ling’s face as soon as he pulled open the door of the fridge which made him very stunned, the insides was very chilly and cold just like how modern world electric fridges were. The designs were exactly like how the inside of a fridge with the racks for arranging things you put in.
" Xiong Gong It really works... it’s very chilly and cool, I don’t feel the heat from the sun anymore " Xiao Ling said excitedly..
" yes, because of the cooling herbs it can stay mild cool for a very long time.. but if you keep infusing your qi to the right cooling temperature it’s very very cool but won’t freeze. And if you want to freeze something you infuse a lot of qi enough to freeze completely, so for the fridge which you want to stay just cool it only requires a little bit of qi and for the ice cubes maker it requires more qi to be able to freeze than the fridge. So check well when you’re infusing qi so not to freeze the stuffs you put into the fridge. " Xiao Ling nod as YanZhi explained...
" say Xiong Gong since the fridge becomes cool as soon as you infuse qi... so how long does it take for the ice cubes maker to produce ice when qi is infused? " he asked YanZhi
" it’s the same as the fridge, ice cubes are produced as soon as you infuse qi " YanZhi answered him... for the whole of the day Xiao Ling trained infusing qi into both the oven, fridge and ice cubes maker, when he started he could only achieve infusing for ten minutes with fixated concentration, then it moved to thirty minutes, then an hour and finally he achieved infusing for two hours straight without much concentration which YanZhi praised him well and advised Xiao Ling to keep practicing until he could infuse for a longer time without any concentration.... Xiao was pleased with his progress so he decided to train for the night and perfect his two hours infusing and achieve it perfectly without concentrating.

The next day they left the house early as Yue mounted her sword and Xiao Ling mounted YanZhi’s sword infusing their qi for flight.... YanZhi was the only one who was able to fly without using the sword but he made sure to stick close to Xiao Ling in case of any mishaps. They made their way to Yujia village to inquire about the milk, when they got closer to Yujia village they unmounted the swords and put them away walking for the rest of the way. They walked to the first house they saw and Yue knocked.... a young lady about the age of seventeen to eighteen opened the door and Yue cupped her hands to greet
" this young lady... please we’re here from big stone village and we’re here to buy some milk, might you know where we can get some? " Yue asked politely and the young lady stepped out of the house.
" ah if you want milk then go straight at the end of the last house on this lane there’s a curve, the owner of the first house on the curved road raises some two to three ewes which produce milk you can buy from her.... but if you want cow milk and ewe milk in large quantity then unless you go straight and farther, there’s an animal farm house right ahead. " the young lady directed making Yue watched far ahead where she pointed
" Yue... what’s the matter? " she ran back to YanZhi as he asked her
" Master she says it’s far ahead " Yue explained
" ask her whether she could lead us to there " YanZhi instructed and she returned back to the young lady
" this young.... my master asks whether you could lead us there? " she looked back and forth from Yue to YanZhi skeptically pondering on it
" ..... Hm " she nodded after a careful thought, Yue turned back to YanZhi and nod before they followed the young lady who was leading them in front. After about thirty minutes walking they arrived at a very large and big red brick house which had a certain length rised wall surrounding it but they could still see inside the yard since the wall wasn’t very tall..... she led them to the door of the house and knocked
" who is it?! " a manly voice sounded from within
" Uncle Fu it’s me Jia..... I brought some young masters who said they wanted to buy milk " the young lady named Jia said as soon as the door was opened.... Uncle Fu sized them up from head to toe,
" this two gongzi and young lady... come in " he cupped his hands and greeted when he noticed their expensive clothes, a very strong smell of animal dungs hit YanZhi’s face when he stepped into the yard making him frowned in disgust since all his senses were heightened more than usual.... Xiao Ling followed in suit as Yue grabbed hold of the young lady who brought them and left a five tael silver ingot in the young lady’s hand before she also stepped into the yard and uncle Fu shut the door closed.
Jia was shocked as she stared dumbfoundedly at the silver ingot which Yue had left in her hand... she stood still staring at the closed door thinking it was a mistake so Yue might come back for the ingot but the door stayed closed with no sign of opening, she happily cupped her hands and ran home feeling blessed.
" mother, father.... " she happily called as soon as she stepped into the front yard of her house
" A’Jia I told you to stop running around like this everyday... why are you yelling early in the morning " her mother warned rolling her eyes at Jia..
" mother I took two young masters and a young lady to uncle Fu’s house... the young lady gave me a silver ingot to thank me " her mother dropped the bowl she was holding as Jia stretched out her hand showing the silver ingot to her
" really?... silver ingot " a young man who looked like he was at the age of twenty ran out and asked excitedly
" ah look elder brother.. isn’t it real silver? " she passed the ingot to the young man whom she called brother
" ah mother it’s real silver... it’s a five tael silver ingot " her brother announced as he bit down on the silver ingot making sure it was real
" Jia where did those people come from and how can they just give out a silver ingot to you for just giving direction... did you thank them? " her mother asked
" they said they were from big stone village... I couldn’t thank the young lady because she hurriedly into the house right after she placed the silver ingot in my hand " Jia told her mother regretfully..
" when did big stone village start producing such rich people... ah well we’re grateful. Liang keep the money with you until your father comes back... we’ll find a day to look for them in big stone village to thank them for their generosity. " they all nodded in agreement.
Xiao Ling cupped his hands and greeted uncle Fu after he closed the door
" my surname is Xiao and given name is Ling, this is my husband Jun YanZhi, we’re from big stone village... we came here with the mindset of getting someone who raises milk cows and can supply us milk in large quantity for our shop. " Xiao introduced themselves and got straight down to business
" my surname is Fu and given name is Congrong... the milk farmed here I supply to the rich young masters in the county, so I don’t know whether I could spare some for you let alone in a large quantity. " he said to Xiao Ling
" brother Fu those whom you supply to pay for the milk right... we’re also going to pay you so how can you not spare some for us. If you’re thinking that we can’t afford it... how about we give you five taels as deposit for now and sign a contract. " Xiao Ling suggested as he really needed the milk... he didn’t know where he could get some again if brother Fu was to deny them.
" this young master... " brother Fu was hesitant.. he turned his attention to some jars which where neither big nor small and pointed them to Xiao Ling " a jar costs a hundred and fifty cents, how many jar do you need a day? I can’t promise many..... but I’ll see what I can do " he said to Xiao Ling making Xiao Ling almost jumped in jubilation
" how about five jars a day for now... i might increase it in the future " brother Fu thought hard as Xiao Ling mentioned the amount he needed
" okay.. then i can spare you that amount, let’s sign the contract then " brother Fu agreed
" okay that’s good.... as I said I’ll give you a deposit of five taels today, but I won’t be needing the milk yet until two to three weeks from now. I’ll have Yue come for them then... " YanZhi took out two sheets of papers from his sleeve which already had the contract details written on it, he passed it to brother Fu to read first and if he didn’t find anything bad with the contract then sign. Brother Fu readily pressed his thumb on the contract after going through and Xiao Ling did the same, one contact was left with brother Fu as a copy and YanZhi kept the other back in his sleeve..... Xiao Ling took out five taels and a hundred and fifty cents from his pouch which was embroidered by Yue and gave the money to brother Fu.
" brother Fu please sell me a jar of milk " he said as brother Fu was about to ask about the cents added... brother Fu nodded took a jar of milk and gave it to Yue... after finalizing everything they thank brother Fu and he walked them out of the house with a bright smile.

In Master Zhang’s Martial Arts School
A shadow dressed in black ninja clothes appeared in front of master Zhang who was leisurely enjoying tea in his pavilion, the ninja got down on one knees and cupped his hands
" master your slave has returned back from his mission " the ninja said respectfully.
" tell me what you’ve found out " master Zhang ordered bluntly.... the ninja nodded in understanding
" master there was not much I found out about master Jun... His name is Jun YanZhi the eldest son of a peasant family from big stone village... his mother died not long after he was born and his father got him a stepmother. At the age of six he ran from home because of the harsh treatment from his father’s new family.... there was nothing about him after he left home, he just came back home a few months ago. His family had bought him a slave wife from the same village, that was the ger he came here with... the ger was abused by his family since young age so he was timid but after master Jun came back the ger suddenly changed, and the disciple who came with them no one knows where she is also from because master Jun came without her. I have been following them for a week now but there’s nothing unusual about them, they bought a shop in town and they bought the mountain in their village, the people they meet up with are doctor Shi from Huichun and the carpenter who’s working for them. Master there’s basically nothing about them.... "
