Qian Yixiu herself carried the backpack filled with tea leaves and picked up Monkey Sister. She had only taken a few steps towards the cave entrance when she saw Necklace Squirrel following them.

Qian Yixiu squatted down and said to it, "The outside world isn’t as safe as it is here. It’s better for you to stay. Perhaps we’ll come to see you again in a few years..."

Before she could finish, the squirrel suddenly panicked and darted away, quickly disappearing into the green mountains. The birds in the Peach Grove also panicked, screeching as they took flight.

In the moment of Qian Yixiu’s distraction, Monkey Brother, White Wolf, Dashan, and Benben all rushed to her front and began to shout fiercely.

A White Snake, nearly ten meters long, approached from the east. Qian Yixiu’s hair stood on end with fear; this was the creature she feared the most.

Monkey Sister trembled in her arms, whimpering softly.

Monkey Brother grinned and nodded his head.

She wiped her hands with a piece of the leaf and also wiped Monkey Brother’s hands. Then she plucked a few more leaves to put into both Monkey Brother’s backpack and her own.
