"What?" Seeing this, Qian Ying tensed up and the four Guardians by her side became alert. She quickly called back the other three Guardians, determined to hold their position at all costs.

Hai roared, "Ignore everyone else. Take down that woman."

"Try if you can," responded the four Guardians, following Qian Ying’s instructions. They took aim at an incoming electric scooter and kicked it powerfully, sending both the scooter and its rider flying.

There were only four Guardians, but they managed to defend all four directions. Several attempts to break through by Hai’s men ended in failure.

"Is this for real? She’s that formidable?" Hai was aware of Qian Ying’s capabilities from Gu Fan, but he found it hard to believe until he witnessed it himself. She was even more difficult to deal with than he had imagined.

Despite these setbacks, Hai did not back down. He pushed forward on an electric scooter. Seeing a kick from one of the Guardians coming his way, he jumped high off the scooter.

The Guardian kicked away the scooter but before he could draw back his leg, Hai was already in the air. Caught off guard, the Guardian was knocked flying by Hai.

"Good, break through!" Having breached the defense of one Guardian, Hai charged straight towards Qian Ying, who was focusing all her energy on casting the spell.

Another Guardian rushed over, launching a punch at Hai in an attempt to stop him.

"Nice try!" Knowing he can’t block the punch, Hai stopped, dodged quickly, then grabbed the Guardian’s arm, throwing him across his shoulder.

"This guy is pretty skilled," Qian Ying noted, aware that they had met their match. She still had two Guardians left, but besides holding off Hai, they had to fend off attacks from his men.

However, the rest of the Guardians had entered the fray, knocking Hai’s men off their scooters one by one, even grabbing some by their collars and yanking them down.

Through this round of clashes, no one was able to get as close to Qian Ying as Hai did, leaving Hai isolated.

But Hai showed no signs of concern. He trusted his subordinates. The fight was not over yet.

Soon enough, Hai’s men got up. Despite the pain from the falls, they believed they could win by sheer numbers.

"You think you can win just because you outnumber us? Let me show you how naive you are." Under Qian Ying’s direction, five Guardians attacked Hai’s men, while two continued guarding Qian Ying.

Hai had brought fifty men, pitted against five Guardians, ten to one. Yet, this numerical advantage had brought them no advantage whatsoever.

One sinister scream later, a man had his arm broken by one of the Guardians, then was kicked away, writhing in agony.

Two men attempted to restrain a Guardian, but failed. One even ended up taking a punch to the head, leaving him dazed and unable to stand.

"Unbelievable!" Hai was distressed by the sight. He hadn’t expected such a brutal defeat. Their only hope now was to take down Qian Ying.

Regardless of the strength of the two Guardians in front of him, Hai had no choice but to attack. After throwing a gorgeous combination of punches at them, the Guardians returned a chaotic flurry of punches, dismantling his offense and even landing a punch on Hai himself.

"God, such strength." Hai winced in pain, feeling as if he had been hit by his boss.

Behind him, the agonized screams of his men made Hai realize they were losing. They were being knocked down one by one and once all of them were down, Hai wouldn’t be able to deal with the seven Guardians alone.

At this time, Jie, Xu Haowen, and Du Jun also charged to support. They realized they had to act fast or they would suffer a stunning defeat.

"Everyone, attack together. We just need to land one hit on that woman." Jie bravely rushed out, but was promptly kicked off.
