Chapter 401: Chapter 401: Fierce Battle on All Fronts

The man sighed, then retorted, "Well, what do you want? You plan to regain your dignity by shouting insults at me, thinking I’ll come back to you? Don’t be so naive. We’re through. There are so many men and women who have broken up in this world, and we’re not even married, are we?"

Upon hearing this, Su Hui, and plenty of others, sneered. Yes, breaking up as a couple is one thing, but they were engaged, and she was even pregnant. They were far more than a simple couple now.

"You scumbag!" Unable to bear it, the woman slapped him.

Being slapped in the face in front of everyone, the man felt humiliated and infuriated. He slapped her back, knocking her to the ground, then harshly admonished her: "I beg you, stop bothering me. If you can’t get over me, go find someone better."

Tears flowed down the woman’s face as she got up, seethed with rage, and with all her strength, pounded on the man. However, she was no match for him and was pushed back to the ground by him.

Su Hui couldn’t stand to watch any longer. Her face darkened and she was ready to intervene. Meanwhile, Gu Fan, Lu Yi, and Jie were already feeling sympathy for the man.

Out of concern, Gu Fan advised, "Sister Su, just try to stop them. Remember your status. Don’t be too harsh."

"I don’t need your reminder, I can control myself," Su Hui responded just as she saw something incredible happen. Out of pure determination, the woman rushed the man again. But this time, she sent him flying with a palm strike.

"What’s happening?" The crowd was shocked, unable to comprehend how the woman suddenly had so much strength to knock the man off his feet.

"You annoying woman," the man hissed, his face burning from another slap. He was humiliated and stormed towards her, his fists clenched for retaliation.

However, the woman did something astonishing. She caught his punch with a stoic look on her face, stopping him mid-motion. The man couldn’t believe what was happening, until he suddenly felt a tremendous force catapulting him into the air.

"No way!" Everyone gawked in disbelief. The woman only grabbed the man’s fist, and the sheer strength she exhibited was enough to hurl him through the air.

The man crashed into a wall and dropped to the ground in agony, unable to get up.

"Nobody can save you today, I assure you," the woman said, picking up a weightlifting dumbbell with the seeming intent of smashing the man.

Petrified, the man quickly shielded his head, curling up. The next moment he was hit by the iron weight, hollering in pain.

Bewildered, Gu Fan watched the scene unfold. Even if love had transformed into hate, this seemed a little too extreme. The woman was effortlessly lifting a weight with a single hand. Could hatred truly enhance physical strength?

The man was unable to get back up due to the pain. Seeing that the woman was still relentlessly attacking him, a few of his friends stepped in to intervene.

"Anyone who gets in my way today dies," the woman declared. She instantly knocked one down with a punch and kicked another flying. It looked as if she was playing around with two strong, burly men.

Seeing the scene, nobody dared to intervene. The woman walked over, stomped violently on the man with her high heels, making him bleed and howl for mercy.

Unable to bear it any longer, Su Hui decided to step in. "Sister Su," Gu Ling commented, "That man has already been beaten up enough. There’s no need for your help."

"Su Hui isn’t going over to help beat up that scumbag," Gu Fan shook his head, "She’s going over to save him."

Reaching out to hold the woman’s shoulder, Su Hui calmly said, "Stop it, if you continue, someone will die. You’re still young; it’s not worth it to do this for such a man."

The woman coldly shot back, "Mind your own business, or I’ll hit you, too."

"I’m doing this for your own good," Su Hui had just finished speaking when the woman turned around and swung a punch at her.

Reacting swiftly, Su Hui blocked the punch, but she was taken aback by its strength. Her arm ached from the impact.

"Get lost, don’t get in the way," the woman launched another knee strike with extreme force. Su Hui valiantly blocked it with her own knee. The blow sent Su Hui staggering back, wincing in pain because her knee really hurt.

"How can this be, she must have trained," Su Hui thought, signaling to others to quickly take the man away. Even if he was a scumbag, he still had the right to live.

Lu Yi and Jie quickly tried to pull away the head-bleeding, barely-conscious man.

"I’ve told you that no one can save him today," the woman shouted, rushing towards them.

Gu Fan immediately intervened, his impressive combination of punches forcing the woman to step back, even landing a punch on her.

"Damn it, all of you men deserve to die," the woman roared, beginning her counterattack with powerful fists.

After barely deflecting one of her punches, Gu Fan grimaced in pain. "Is this even the strength of a normal woman?" he thought.

Even though she possessed great strength, she lacked technique. Gu Fan watched her movements carefully, grabbed her arm, and tossed her over his shoulder. She crashed hard on the ground, and he silently prayed she wasn’t hurt too seriously, fearing the cost of potential medical expenses.

Noticing something was wrong, Su Hui shouted: "Gu Fan, be careful! Lock her down quickly!"

"What?" Gu Fan hadn’t fully figured out what Su Hui meant when he felt his arm gripped tightly. The woman on the ground had a firm hold on his arm. With a sneer, she used all her might to toss Gu Fan into the air.

"No way, she’s too strong," Gu Fan stumbled as he tried to regain his footing. His head was spinning. After pulling himself back up, he saw the woman charging at him again, not even pausing to catch her breath.

Left with no other options, Gu Fan prepared to block her full-force attack. The woman sprinted towards him and with a powerful knee strike, sent him sprawling on the ground.

After knocking Gu Fan down, the woman dashed toward Lu Yi and Jie, yelling, "Anyone not wanting to die, stay out of it!"

At this point, Lu Yi and Jie were quite intimidated. The woman was terrifying, even more so than Su Hui, they contemplated whether they should leave the man and flee for their lives.

Just then, a few bystanders couldn’t stand by any longer. They mustered their courage to assist and closed in on the woman from all directions.

"Get lost!" the woman roared, sending a flurry of punches and kicks. The men couldn’t even put up a fight as she knocked them down one by one. The ferocity was downright terrifying.
