Gu Fan breathed a sigh of relief; he didn’t want to lose any sleep over this issue.

Glasses Man handed Gu Fan a map, "This is the map you asked for. It shows Dark City’s street routes and the distribution of all surveillance cameras."

"Alright, thank you!" Gu Fan took the map and glanced at it, noting the high number of surveillance cameras and thinking that completely avoiding them would be a bit impossible.

Glasses Man added, "We’re helping you because you’re friends with Ouyang Jin. Don’t get us implicated. If you’re discovered, you know what to say. After all, this house is registered under my friend’s name. If Organization X traces it back to my friend, it could lead to me."

"Don’t worry, I’ll handle it that way. I’ll say I moved in upon finding the house unoccupied," Gu Fan replied confidently, then added, "You should also prepare, find some witnesses to prove you haven’t been living here for a long time, so if I have to flee, Organization X will question you."

"Thank you for considering my situation!" Glasses Man seemed much reassured, then handed Gu Fan a bag, "This is a week’s worth of food. I hope when I come back, you haven’t starved to death."

Gu Fan smiled, took the bag, and looked inside to find just a small amount of rations.

Glasses Man showed a troubled expression, "Resources here are limited. Water and food are more expensive than gold. It’s already hard to obtain some, even to share with you. You’ll just have to hope Ouyang Jin can secretly bring in more next time, or you’ll run out."
