Chapter 1191: Chapter 1191: Not Just You Hiding Strength

Lin Yue felt his chest, the kick from Sister Hong’s high heel had really hurt, but he didn’t have much time to rest, as the enemy’s attacks were coming at him once more.

Lin Yue didn’t hold back, his punches and kicks were blocking left and right, his movements flowing like clouds and water, dissipating ninety percent of the enemy’s attacks. He still took a hit, though, not very painful, yet quite irritating.

If there were a comparison to be made, each of the ten bodyguards under Sister Hong was a notch below Su Hui, but three together could definitely take Su Hui down.

"Seize him!" Sister Hong commanded, and the ten bodyguards fought with even more vigour.

Lin Yue knew he couldn’t outfight them, so he began to run and fight, forcing the enemies to chase after him. But the speed of the ten bodyguards varied; some were faster, others slower.

Lin Yue ran to the next floor, and upon looking back, indeed, as he expected, only two of the ten bodyguards had caught up with him, leaving the rest behind.

"That will do!" Lin Yue began to counterattack, charging at the two bodyguards. He put in his full effort, clashing his fist against theirs, breaking their arms and then landing another punch that knocked them out cold on the ground.

After dealing with one, then another, Lin Yue launched a ferocious assault, leaving his opponent unable to parry, not knowing how many punches he took to the face. Finally, the guard spun around three times before collapsing on the spot.

The remaining eight bodyguards came at him, one after the other, but Lin Yue was alert, quickly making his escape, never giving them the chance to outnumber him.

Sister Hong watched as Lin Yue ran from one side to the other, followed closely by the eight pursuing bodyguards. But whenever one lagged behind the others, Lin Yue seized the opportunity to severely pummel them.

Sister Hong snorted coldly, "Lin Yue, if you keep running like this, don’t blame me for not being gentle with your sister."

"Don’t mess around!" Lin Yue became anxious and immediately stopped running.

Seeing Lin Yue both angry and helpless, Sister Hong and the eight bodyguards cheerfully closed in, ready to bind him.

Just then, after several screams, gang members stumbled into the area, and Su Hui had already reached this floor, just in time to see Lin Yue surrounded and said nonchalantly, "How about it, need a hand?"

"You’re that policewoman, Su Hui!" Sister Hong’s brow furrowed, then she signaled two bodyguards to intercept.

The two bodyguards understood and walked straight toward Su Hui, their bearing so fierce it was as if they had already captured her.

A sharp gleam flickered in Su Hui’s eyes as she landed a punch that dazed one bodyguard, who then collapsed on his knees before her, and finally fell backward to the floor.

With one punch, she floored one; such was her strength that Su Hui quickly subdued the other bodyguard, their skill and power utterly shocking.

Su Hui challenged Sister Hong with a look that said, taking you on one by one is boring, come at me all together.

Lin Yue saw that Sister Hong and her crew were extremely nervous, their attention fully on Su Hui, so he took the chance to run toward the fifth floor, shouting loudly, "Sister Su, leave this to you, I’m going to save my real sister."

"Catch him!" Sister Hong ordered, and the remaining six bodyguards energetically pursued Lin Yue.

Lin Yue was clever, running directly toward Su Hui. He could pass her by, but Sister Hong and the six bodyguards couldn’t—they were stopped by Su Hui.

"If you want to try, come and see, I will surely entertain you to the end." Su Hui exuded an intimidating presence just by standing there, putting significant pressure on Sister Hong.

Despite breaking out in a cold sweat and feeling that Su Hui was not to be trifled with, it would be better not to provoke her. Sister Hong, hindered by face, led her subordinates and braced herself to step forward.

At this moment, Lin Yue had run back to the fifth floor, only to be stunned to see several more people on the floor.

Several vampires were standing beside Chris, including a formidable one from Xue Jun, blocking Lin Yue’s way like a wall.

However, there was another person facing this wall together with Lin Yue, a person with hands on hips and a helpless expression. He was Gu Fan.

Lin Yue stepped forward and asked, "Gu Fan, when did you get here?"

To this, Gu Fan shook his head, "Now is not the time to talk about that. Let’s first rescue your sister." After saying that, Gu Fan rolled up his sleeves, ready to fight.

Lin Yue panicked and quickly stopped him, "Gu Fan, don’t be reckless. They are not ordinary people, you can’t beat them. Leave it to me to handle."

"Leave it to you, can you handle it by yourself?" Gu Fan looked doubtful, while Lin Yue’s expression was also very grim. He wondered how he was going to defeat so many vampires alone.

"I have to, no matter what. I caused this mess." Lin Yue gritted his teeth, then took on a stance as if he was about to charge. His target was Lin Xi.

Lin Yue then said, "Gu Fan, please step aside, and don’t be surprised by anything you see."

"Okay, fine!" Gu Fan did as told. He had just taken three steps back when he saw Lin Yue push off with his feet, dashing forward like an arrow leaving a bow.

Chris merely watched Lin Yue charge over with a disbelieving stare, considering Lin Yue to be nothing more than an ordinary person who posed no threat. So, he snapped his fingers, "Kid, I really admire your courage, but it’s good, I need your self-surrender."

Suddenly, a swift figure burst from the darkness and the unexpected momentum knocked the unprepared Lin Yue flying, causing him to crash into the wall at a distance.

It was a vampire who, following Chris’s order to take down Lin Yue quickly, hoped to make Lin Xi submit obediently.

"Damn, I knew it wouldn’t be so easy." Lin Yue felt dizzy for a moment, slightly discomforted. As he was getting up, he saw the vampire vanish on the spot after a cold sneer.

Gu Fan wanted to give a warning, but seeing that Lin Yue’s eyes didn’t show a trace of panic or defeat, eyes that were not what ordinary people would have in such a situation, he decided to wait and see what Lin Yue could do.

Although the vampire’s speed was fast, darting around, Lin Yue’s sharp eyes caught the patterns of the vampire’s movements. He made the correct judgment, and threw a punch directly to the right.

He hit the target square on. Lin Yue’s punch landed solidly on the vampire’s face, knocking the vampire flying, this time crashing hard into the wall.

"You, you’re not an ordinary person?" the vampire, hit by the punch, looked at Lin Yue with eyes filled with disbelief.

Both Gu Fan and Lin Xi’s eyes widened in shock, "What, he actually hit the vampire? My God, I never expected this kid to be hiding his strength."
