Chapter 1452: Chapter 1452 Ouyang Feifei’s Opinion

"Why do you say that?" Luo Ziling was taken aback for a moment and then asked in response.

"Do you dare to deny it?" Ouyang Feifei looked at Luo Ziling with a hint of grievance.

Luo Ziling thought for a moment before answering honestly, "I’m indeed dissatisfied with some of the things you’ve done, and I also don’t like your personality!"

Unexpectedly, Luo Ziling spoke so frankly that Ouyang Feifei froze in place.

"Yeah, my personality is really unlikeable; even I don’t like it myself," Ouyang Feifei said quietly. "But this is just who I am—there’s no way to change it. If you don’t like it, there’s nothing I can do."

"I thought you might gradually change if I didn’t like it. Isn’t that how it’s always portrayed in TV dramas?"

Ouyang Feifei glared at Luo Ziling but said nothing.

"Alright, stop acting like a bitter woman complaining all the time. Let’s get back to business!"

"Fine," Ouyang Feifei said grudgingly, "but I still haven’t gotten a satisfying answer from you!"

"What answer?"

"Stop pretending to be clueless—the question I just asked you!"

"I forgot what you asked me." Luo Ziling deliberately feigned ignorance.

Ouyang Feifei didn’t push the issue further but instead moved on to an earlier discussion, which was about Qingniao Media: "I haven’t had much experience in the entertainment and media industry until now, but I’ve always wanted to venture into this area. This incident serves as an opportunity."

"I’m all ears." Previously, Luo Ziling hadn’t had much discussion with Ouyang Feifei on this topic, so hearing her bring it up made him curious about her perspective. "I think you must have thought about it far more than I have."

"Investing several hundred million isn’t a big deal; the key is doing it well!"

"Ah, so that’s how the wealthy think—hundreds of millions aren’t even considered much," Luo Ziling joked sarcastically. "Unlike us common folks, negotiating with a street vendor just to knock a few bucks off our late-night snacks makes us giddy with joy."

"Can you not be so disgusting? Do you even realize how much wealth your mother controls?" Ouyang Feifei shot an annoyed look at Luo Ziling. "Stop acting like we’re on totally different levels. Your status and position require a lot of people to look up to, you know that, right? Including me."

"I know—since I’m taller than you, whenever you look at me, you have to look up," Luo Ziling quipped.

Ouyang Feifei was caught off guard by Luo Ziling’s remark, and though she was amused, she didn’t dwell on it. She continued discussing Qingniao Media.

"Let me share my thoughts with you regarding Qingniao Media," Ouyang Feifei said as she sat down on the sofa.

Luo Ziling also sat beside her, waiting for her to state her case.

"After taking over Qingniao Media, there will need to be significant personnel changes. The core leadership must consist of people from our side; the original management team can only play subordinate roles—otherwise, things will get messy." Once the conversation turned serious, Ouyang Feifei’s demeanor shifted to one of focused determination. "If Wuyue or Li Jing takes the lead, they can handle the main affairs. Others can just assist them."

Ouyang Feifei paused before continuing, "You want Luo Yuqing to take charge of this, I understand your intention—you’re very clear about it, and your mother knows it too. Since your mother accepts your arrangement, I will certainly support it. However, Luo Yuqing doesn’t have much experience in this area yet and still needs to hone her skills. Therefore, someone with substantial experience must take the lead. On my side, I’ll assign someone to oversee things. But ultimately, your mother’s appointed personnel will have final say."

"Go on, I’m listening!" Luo Ziling smiled at Ouyang Feifei as he encouraged her to continue.

"Fang Dongxun’s girlfriend, Chu Ming, hasn’t been officially accepted by the Fang Family yet. Fang Dongxun hasn’t formally introduced Chu Ming as his girlfriend to the family. He plans to use this opportunity, the Qingniao Media deal, to settle these matters."

After hearing this, Luo Ziling chuckled and commented, "He wants to use this event to evaluate Chu Ming while changing her status. Seems like this guy does view Chu Ming as marriage material."

Ouyang Feifei shot Luo Ziling a glare, disagreeing with his opinion. "You’re oversimplifying. Fang Dongxun has had plenty of women; this one is just a bit more serious than the others. Every woman he gets tired of eventually receives some compensation. Chu Ming might end up the same way."

"I understand," Luo Ziling replied with a slight smile, avoiding further debate.

"Do you agree with my approach?"

"I agree," Luo Ziling nodded without hesitation. "I think your considerations are very comprehensive."

"You can accept it?"

"Of course," Luo Ziling continued nodding without pause. "I fully accept your arrangement. Although I’m not a big fan of your personality, I do truly admire your competence. You and my mom share strikingly similar traits; you’re both bold and decisive in handling things."

Ouyang Feifei narrowed her eyes at Luo Ziling in mild displeasure. "Are you teasing me or complimenting me?"

"Take it however you like," Luo Ziling said, standing up. "You’re heading to the company today, right? If you want to go, then just go."

Ouyang Feifei stood up as well. "What about the promise you made to me?"

"Which promise are you referring to?" Luo Ziling countered.

"I haven’t fully recovered yet!"

"If I have time tonight, I’ll come over again!"

"Alright," Ouyang Feifei sighed lightly and didn’t say much else.

As Luo Ziling was leaving Ouyang Feifei’s villa, he received a call from Luo Yuqing.

"Ziling, where are you?"

"I just finished talking with Ouyang Feifei about matters related to Qingniao Media."

"What did she say?" Luo Yuqing’s curiosity was immediately piqued.

Since Ouyang Feifei was someone she envied and wanted to compete against, Luo Yuqing was eager to learn Ouyang Feifei’s stance on Qingniao Media.

"I was originally planning to go see Mom and discuss the matter with her," seeing Luo Yuqing’s interest, Luo Ziling quickly changed his plan, "How about you join me for coffee instead? What do you think?"

"As long as you’re footing the bill—your pockets are deep."

"No problem!" Luo Ziling readily agreed.

Half an hour later, the two were sitting in a cozy coffee shop.

After hearing Ouyang Feifei’s thoughts, Luo Yuqing fell into deep contemplation.

"Her considerations are very thorough," Luo Yuqing sighed softly. "As expected of a highly praised businesswoman—she accounted for everything. No one would raise objections to her suggestions. If Mom is okay with it, then let’s proceed as planned. Although I very much want to prove myself, I also understand that it’s crucial to approach this kind of thing cautiously; otherwise, the outcome might backfire."

"Just keep working hard," Luo Ziling patted Luo Yuqing’s shoulder. "Maybe someday, this company will be handed over to you completely."

Luo Yuqing was a little surprised. "Is that your idea or Mom’s idea?"

"It’s my idea, but I don’t think Mom would object!"

Feeling touched, Luo Yuqing said, "You really are good to your ’discounted’ big sister!"

"You’re moved, huh? Then think about how you’re going to thank me!"

"How should I thank you? By offering myself to you?"

"Go to hell," Luo Ziling retorted, "How dirty does your mind have to be to come up with that?"

"Haha..." Luo Yuqing chuckled smugly and left it at that.
