Chapter 340: Chapter 217: Entering the Lost City Again! _2

...

Pan God, Hearthstone Witch, Boots Cat, Ice Witch, Milani, and Kristin, among others, dropped down. Soon, a light flashed in front of their eyes, and then they plummeted through the azure sky, above the clouds, next to the sun, amid flocks of birds.

They all saw the huge concentric circles of a city located on the plain below, bustling with traffic, towering buildings, each one dozens of floors high, and many cars on the streets.

The Hearthstone Witch was taken aback. "What on earth is down there?"

"I don’t know." Pan God said: "It feels like we’re in another world; it could be a world familiar to Ivita. Ah, now Ivita is summoning us. We’re getting closer to Ivita’s humanity."

Everyone landed on the ground.

They landed at a crossing, causing a traffic jam. A middle-aged traffic policeman with a head of thick hair came over, looking angrily at the group, and said, "You oddly-dressed people, why are you blocking the crossroads?"

"Move on, or I’ll arrest you."

That said, he touched the horn on Pan God’s head. Pan God squinted dangerously, scrutinizing this oddly-dressed man.

Pan God suddenly asked: "Where is this place?"

The middle-aged man in the police uniform grinned upon hearing this. "Funny question. Who doesn’t know where this is? This is the Lost City!"

Pan God’s gaze flickered. If it were someone else, this man would already be dead.

But this is Ivita’s mental world; he was uncertain what would happen if he killed someone here, given the precedent set by Jack Ripper Wilson.

Besides, while it’s normal for the mental world to be a bit odd, this place is too strange.

Where on earth is this place?

’Bang~’

Pan God looked back and saw that the Hearthstone Witch had indeed lifted a car that had hit her. Of course, the Hearthstone Witch was unharmed, while the front of the car was dented.

The Hearthstone Witch looked angrily at the young couple in the car. "Well, you two are attacking me, aren’t you?"

"Watch me shake you down!"

As she spoke, she started to shake the car, terrifying the couple inside, who started screaming.

The middle-aged traffic policeman was frightened and hurriedly crossed the intersection to the traffic police booth to retrieve his service weapon. He took out his gun and pointed it at Pan God and the Hearthstone Witch. "So you’re terrorists, huh? Haha, I’ve been a traffic cop here for years and this is the first time I’ve encountered people like you. Today, I’m going to arrest you."

As soon as Pan God and Boots Cat saw there was trouble, they hastily grabbed the shoulders of the Old Witch and dragged her away.

They all jogged away, to some unknown corner.

Pan God spoke to the Hearthstone Witch with dissatisfaction: "You’re too impulsive! What will happen if your actions lead to serious consequences?"

Hearthstone Witch folded her arms. "I’m the victim."

Pan God stated: "I know you are. But you’re still the Great Witch. You can handle things calmly; that’s the privilege of the strong."

The Ice Witch said to everyone: "This place now seems to be a parallel world, but it should be Ivita’s mental world."

"How do we find him now?"

Boots Cat laughed lightly, pointing to their heads. "Look, we got what we wanted without any effort. We’ve found Ivita."

"Since we can find Ivita by just running around aimlessly in this city, this means Ivita’s consciousness is also looking for us."

Everyone looked up, and saw Kristin and Milani reading out the name on the billboard above their heads.

"Lost Heart Psychological Counseling Office, run by the main therapist Mr. Ivita, a Harvard graduate, curing complex diseases like obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, etc."

They also saw Ivita’s portrait on the billboard, wearing a clean white outfit, confidently standing to one side.

The Hearthstone Witch’s eyes lit up. "We’ve finally found him."

"Let’s follow the arrow to find him, then take him back, so the Titan Giant Dragon in the real world will disappear."

"Let’s go."

Hearthstone Witch, fearing to expose how she summoned Ivita into the Magic Black Forest, took the lead and rushed to the fifth floor of the apartment building, following the address indicated by the billboard.

Because they didn’t know how to use the elevator, they all took the stairs.

As they climbed the stairs, Pan God admired the scenery. "The nature of this world seems to be under a more serious suppression. The hard stones and steel bars inside the stones make nature wail under the heavy burden. If this were not Ivita’s mental world, I would summon the Tree King here to destroy this horrific city made of steel and stones."

The Ice Witch responded, "Perhaps this is also a form of nature. Can’t nature also take the form of jungles and mountains?"

Pan God chuckled. The debate on the way forward doesn’t need an answer.

Because, to continue the debate would mean fighting to the death.

Soon, they were on the fifth floor.

All the rooms on this floor had been combined into one, housing the Lost Heart Psychological Counseling Clinic.

The young lady at the front desk, dressed in a black professional dress, looked perplexed when she saw so many people. "Ah, so many of you. Who is the patient?"

The Hearthstone Witch quickly responded: "We’re all patients. We’re all sick."
