Chapter 561: Volume 14: Accumulate Thinly, Erupt Mightily, Chapter 5: Teasing_2
The fair and voluptuous body once again appeared before Komer, standing in the practice room, as he silently observed the Ice Dragon that had reverted back to its normal human form. Clearly, the Ice Dragon was not bothered by its naked state; it seemed that displaying its body in front of a human didn’t cause it any discomfort.
Previously, Komer had already cast his strongest Forbidden Spirit Magic spell on her: Soul Binding, a kind of mutated magic that could only be used on creatures with a potent combination of mana and magic power. It was an inspiration Komer had grasped after pondering bitterly for days and delving into the memories bestowed upon him by Kennifer III since he had captured the Ice Dragon.
Kennifer III had successfully sealed the opponent’s mana with this mutated magic during his showdown against the unparalleled overlord of the Magical Beasts—the Tailless Demon Ape, which were among the wisest of Magical Beasts, on the verge of standing shoulder to shoulder with the Human Clan and Dragon Clan. Their intelligence endowed them with a unique characteristic among Magical Beasts; they not only had the magic power and physical prowess common to their kind but also possessed a Psychic Magic power out of reach for others, repeatedly gaining the upper hand in conflicts with other species. Not only incredibly cunning but also endowed with mental magic, they could even cast some simple psychic spells, setting them apart within their race. In that battle, Kennifer III had for the first time unleashed his uniquely created Forbidden Spirit Magic—Soul Binding—forcing the opponent unable to launch attacks using magic power, eventually confining it deep within the Abyss.
This time, after careful preparation, Komer had cast this mutated magic on the Ice Dragon. Only by tightly restraining the Ice Dragon’s mana did he dare to confront it boldly and confidently. Komer had once asked Rebry, and learned that the Dragon Clan’s individual strength was significantly limited when they transformed into human form. In fact, they would only do so after sustaining considerable damage. Though still possessing relatively formidable strength in human form, it paled compared to their original dragon form. It was for this reason that Komer dared to present himself so composedly before the Ice Dragon after ensuring it was fully restricted in its ability to use mana.
Slowly waking from her slumber, the Ice Dragon flexed her body. Even in the presence of Komer, the young man, the naked woman displayed no signs of modesty. Probably accustomed to her body’s natural state, she seemed unconcerned about covering herself even in human form. With eyes as round and bright as soaked purple grapes, she curiously surveyed her surroundings, her gaze carrying a hint of curiosity but not a trace of fear.
This was the first time she had regained consciousness in her human form since slowly falling into a faint, and although the scene before her was peculiar, it didn’t matter; nothing could halt her.
Komer slightly furrowed his brow, realizing that this creature likely wasn’t accustomed to moving in a human form just yet, as it began to swing its arms nonchalantly, performing a couple of chest-stretching exercises right in front of him.
"Uh," Komer pondered for quite a while, unsure how to address the creature. Dragons were innately gifted with language and could understand the languages of all species on the Cang Mang Continent, so Komer wasn’t worried about being misunderstood, "Miss, could you please refrain from making such indecorous gestures in front of a male? It’s disrespectful to yourself and shows a lack of manners."
Only then did the Ice Dragon seem to realize there was a human in sight, like her awareness had just sparked. Her lips curled into a strange smile, her radiant face glowing attractively with a blush, and despite her bell-like voice being pleasant to the ear, her words were infuriating, "Who are you to wave your fingers at me? Miserable mortal, I don’t want to be angered, because you’re not worth it, but do not test my patience, or else I’ll turn you into pieces in an instant."
"Is that so? I’m so scared, please don’t do that; you’ll frighten me." Komer too wore a strange smile, shivering exaggeratedly, "Please, have mercy! I won’t speak such offensive words to you ever again. I am willing to swear loyalty to you."
Though the Ice Dragon wasn’t familiar with the nuances of human social etiquette, her sharp intuition immediately picked up on the sarcasm and mockery in his tone. Her purplish pupils dilated, and even her breathing grew heavier, "Damn you, you truly have offended me. I’ll make you pay for your ignorance and vulgarity!"
"Enough, Ice Dragon! I’ve no desire to continue this farce with you. If acting is what you truly enjoy, I’ll grant you plenty of opportunities to perform in the future, including on the bed!" Komer rudely interrupted, finding it increasingly difficult to contain his own emotions—if it weren’t for the rage-induced heaving of the opponent’s chest, he would hardly be able to stay focused. Such discomfort was unbearable. Komer was acutely aware of the drastic changes to his own physiological reactions. "But for now, listen very carefully. You are my captive. You will live if I wish you to live, and die if I wish you to die!"
"Ice Dragon? Captive?" the woman replied in shock and rage, suddenly bursting into derisive laughter, "Human, you are far too arrogant. Do you really think your lowly kind has the right to insult the dragon race?"
"Is that so? I have insulted the dragon race, and what exactly can you do about it?" Komer said, arms crossed and tone icy.
The frantic woman lunged and attempted to act but was horrified to discover that the mana within her body seemed shackled by an invisible restraint, utterly failing to activate. Flailing her arms and stamping her feet proved futile.
After several unsuccessful attempts to use her magic, the woman finally realized why he dared to stand so brazenly before her. Even though she had taken human form, her mana should not have disappeared; the only explanation was that this man was behind it. Even with her powerless magic, her physical strength alone was sufficient to hurl him into hell. She leaped toward him with this intent, only to be immobilized by Komer’s chilling gaze, his next words freezing her in place, "Have you forgotten the story of the Great Swamp so soon? Out of sight, out of mind, it seems. Does the Dragon Clan really forget so easily? Shall I remind you once more what it feels like to be bathed in thunder-based magic while in human form?"
"You? A Mage?" she exclaimed in shock and anger, "It was you who cast Elemental Magic?! You, you, . . ."
"What about me? Remember now? How could the noble and unconquerable Dragon Clan be forced into such a humiliating flight by wretched mortals, and now turned into this pitiful state?" Komer found it excruciatingly difficult to divert his gaze from the woman’s chest and abdomen.
