My journey had only just begun. There were still countless planets I hadn’t explored yet, each one waiting to be discovered. While the exact number of planets in this solar system remained unknown, I believed it would only be a matter of time before I explored them all. All I had to do was be patient.

Once again, I scanned the vast expanse of the dark sky, my eyes drifting over the stars as I searched for the nearest planet. After a few minutes, I finally spotted it.

That’s the nearest planet from here, huh? A sense of disbelief creeping in. Well, this one looks pretty far...

Unlike the moon and this red planet, which were relatively close, this time, the new planet I was planning to leap to was exceptionally distant. I figured it could take weeks or even months to reach it.

Welp, there’s no turning back now after coming all the way here. I couldn’t help but gulp, feeling slightly worried. One wrong jump and I could end up drifting off into the endless void of space, lost forever with no hope of rescue.

Well, unless I somehow attain a skill that allows me to propel myself and move freely through space, then I suppose it wouldn’t be so bad. But as of right now, I don’t have a skill that allows me to do so. It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is.

With unwavering determination, I fixed my gaze on the planet I was about to leap toward. Crouching low, I gathered every ounce of energy within me. Then in the blink of an eye, I launched myself forward, the sheer power of my leap creating a massive crater where I had jumped off from the ground.

This time, the leap was different from all the ones before. The distance to this planet was immense, and the journey would test not only my physical strength but also my mental resilience. The thought of spending months or weeks alone in the void of space weighed heavily on me, yet the desire for exploration and the unknown pushed me forward.

Space is undeniably beautiful, yet simultaneously terrifying. I can’t believe I’m actually flying in space right now; it truly feels like a fantasy dream.

Hours turned into days, and days into weeks. I floated through the cosmic sea, occasionally checking my course to stay on track. The journey became a form of meditation, well sort of, as I grappled with the vastness of space and the weight of my solitude.

Ugh, curse this overwhelming loneliness!

Loneliness, like a constant shadow, crept into my mind. Memories of the monster-filled planet and the empty moon felt far away, replaced by the quiet void of space. Still, I kept going, driven by the curiosity of what was waiting for me on this new distant planet. Ah, I wonder what kind of things I would discover this time.

As the weeks went by, I sharpened my senses, syncing myself with the rhythm of space. I couldn’t help but be in awe of the cosmic dance of stars and galaxies far away. What used to feel like torture turned into a quiet, almost peaceful connection with the universe.

Finally, after three long weeks, the distant planet loomed larger in my view. The excitement of discovering a new world surged within me.

While three weeks isn’t inherently long, the vast emptiness of space and the lack of activity made time drag on painfully slow. In short, those three weeks of waiting seemed to stretch on for years. Sadly, I did my best to stay patient, but time always feels unbearably slow when there’s nothing to do or do something that keeps me busy.

DESCENDING!

I finally entered the planet’s atmosphere. Intense heat began to build around me as I descended, the planet’s atmosphere causing friction as it met my body. I focused on calculating my descent, carefully adjusting my trajectory to ensure a safe landing.

"Ah! Hot! Hot! Hot!" I said.

Eventually:

BAAAMMM!!!

After falling a few hundred thousand feet, I finally hit the ground with a bone-rattling thud. I had tried my best to adjust my descent and land safely, but yeah... that didn’t exactly work out. For a moment, I just lay there, stunned and wondering if I’d broken anything. Thankfully, I was still in one piece—sore as hell, but alive.

Eventually, I managed to drag myself back up on my feet, feeling both completely wiped out and oddly exhilarated.

When I looked around, I was blown away. This world was full of nature—lush forests stretched endlessly, plants in colors I didn’t even know existed, and the fresh air carried a rich, earthy scent. Everything about this place screamed that life must exist here because no matter how I looked at it, it definitely seemed like a thriving planet.

Anyway, ah! It’s so warm here—it’s a welcome change from the extreme cold temperature of space. Phew! If it weren’t for my Infinite Regeneration skill and my SSS-Rank stats, I don’t think I’d have made it through the harsh conditions of space all this time.

With the existence of plants thriving in this world, surely there must be other forms of life here too, right? The thought of it filled me with excitement.

Wasting no time, I started exploring this vast forest. Less than a minute into my walk, I already spotted some small unknown creatures or monsters. Some were as tiny as insects, while others were about the size of rabbits.

Well, there are quite a few small monsters around here. Not a bad start I guess, and judging by what I’ve seen so far, this planet definitely looks like it’s teeming with life. Definitely seems like a lively world for sure.

However, while this might seem like good news, sadly it wasn’t enough to satisfy me completely. After all, my main goal was to search for intelligent life and civilization, not just small monsters. That said, I guess it was better than nothing for now.

After walking around for a bit, I quickly realized my pace was way too slow. That’s when it hit me—why not go for a speed run to explore this entire planet? Without wasting another second, I took a deep breath, focused, and in the blink of an eye, I shot forward at full speed. I was moving so fast that the wind whipped my hair back.
