The Unkillable Godlike Cosmic Player -
Chapter 32: Nonstop Training
Chapter 32: Nonstop Training
Ding!
[Game over! You have died!]
...
...
When I opened my eyes again, I had lost track of how much time had passed. The first thing that greeted me was a hologram screen displaying:
[Your body is regenerating. Please be patient...]
[HP: 78/750]
It was at this moment, I finally grasped how my regeneration skill works. While I had a vague understanding of how I came back to life the first time I died in the past, this time, however, I’ve definitely confirmed it with my own eyes. It appears I am truly unkillable after all.
So, it looks like even after I die, I can still regenerate back to life, huh? Interesting. I didn’t think my regeneration skill would be this overpowered... It’s kinda wild to believe, but it seems this is actually happening. Well, at least it’s good to know that my suspicions were right after confirming it for the second time.
Anyway, looking around, it seems like I’m back in this vast, colossal garbage hall again. The only body part I have right now is my head, with my neck, legs, body, and arms still missing.
I suppose I’ll have to wait about a few weeks to fully recover and regain my entire body. While this regeneration skill of mine is powerful enough to bring me back to life, the one thing I wish for is a faster regeneration speed; a few weeks feels a little too slow.
Hopefully, in the future, I’ll be able to upgrade or evolve my regeneration skill to make it stronger and boost its regeneration speed.
Hold on, now that I think about it... the alien leader mentioned something interesting about humans from another planet. He talked about a world where magic exists or where people practice martial arts similar to cultivators. Hmm, this suggests that Earth isn’t the only planet inhabited by humans; there are other worlds out there with their own versions of humanity.
Initially, I was skeptical, but it doesn’t seem like the alien leader was lying when he said that. It must’ve been true after all that humans exist on other planets beyond Earth. It’s fascinating; I never expected to gain such information coming from the alien leader.
Hmm, wait... if those humans from the world of magic or those cultivators from the world of martial arts still struggled against these aliens, it makes me wonder just how strong this alien race is. And most importantly, how much more powerful do I need to be in order to defeat these blue aliens?
Honestly, I have no idea what other powerful weapons they possess, but that barrier shield alone was incredibly strong; my attack barely made a dent. With my current strength stats, I could easily demolish a small building, yet my attacks still do absolutely nothing to those shields. Sigh, it seems like I still have a long way to go before I’ll be strong enough to challenge those alien soldiers.

A few weeks later...
Ding!
[HP: 750/750]
[Congratulations on your recovery! Not only has your body fully healed, but you’ve also triggered a significant boost: your Strength and Agility stats have each increased by 10 points, enhancing your overall physical power.]

Finally, I’m fully recovered and can move around more comfortably. However, I still need to be careful; even though I can’t die, I fear that if those aliens were to discover my regenerative power, who knows what experiments they might conduct on my body. The thought of it makes me gulp in fear.
Another thing that worries me is that if they discover I can’t be killed, then there’s a possibility they might just throw me out into space. The thought of drifting endlessly in the vastness of the universe doesn’t seem appealing. While I don’t fear death, thanks to my regeneration ability, the idea of being lost in space alone for what feels like forever without any direction sounds like pure mental torture to me.
Well, for now, I’ll just focus on getting through my daily quest first while waiting for the next Main Quest or Side Quest to pop up. I really need to get stronger fast if I want to get the hell out of this filthy place quickly.
Just as I was about to start my daily quest exercises—something caught my attention—I noticed a red can lying near my feet, kind of buried under some trash. Out of curiosity, I picked it up, cleaned it off a bit, and to my surprise, it was a can of Coke. Haha! Nice! Now that’s what I’m talking about! I’ve been craving for some sugary food, so this is perfect!
This sugar-filled Coke is exactly what I need to give me the energy boost to get through my workout smoothly. Too bad I only found one Coke can. Man, I really miss those snacks from the cargo station—the salty chips, cup noodles, candies, cookies, beverages, popcorn and chocolate bars that made everything a little more bearable. But I guess I won’t be heading back to the cargo station anytime soon—not until I’m strong enough to face those alien soldiers.
Alright, let’s not think too much right now. One step at a time. With that said, without wasting any more time, I began my daily quest exercises right away.
Push-ups! Sit-ups! Squats! High Jumps! Running!
Push-ups! Sit-ups! Squats! High Jumps! Running!
Push-ups! Sit-ups! Squats! High Jumps! Running!
"Raaaaarghh! Huuuuraaaahh! One, two! One, two! One, two!"

A few months later...
Ding!
[Daily Quest Completed!]
[STR: 68 >> 77]
[AGI: 69 >> 78]
Ugh, I’m exhausted! I need food so badly... Damn, I miss those snacks again... Should I try raiding the cargo station to get some? I guess I could, but I don’t even know where it is. The quest arrow marker only shows up when the Main Quest is active, but now that the Main Quest is over, there’s no quest arrow marker anymore.... Seems like I’ll have to find the cargo station on my own this time.
