The Supreme Wild Young Master
Chapter 31: Gangsters Attack_1

Chapter 31: Chapter 31: Gangsters Attack_1

Zhu Qing and Mu Cheng were quite frightened when they saw the underlings’ butts catching fire.

They were already surprised that Zhang Xian could set Ge DaBao’s butt on fire without doing anything, but everyone else received the same treatment, even from a few meters away. What on earth was going on?

Was this really a magic trick of Zhang Xian’s?

"Let’s go!" Zhang Xian chuckled, put his hands in his pockets, and started walking forward with a smile on his face.

Zhu Qing looked at Zhang Xian’s retreating figure, feeling extremely curious. This man looked good, but his methods were abundant and incredibly mysterious.

Suddenly, she realized something: their family didn’t have a relative like Zhang Xian, so why was he staying at their house? Her grandfather’s hospitality seemed a bit excessive.

"Zhang Xian, is this really a magic trick?" Mu Cheng began to have doubt.

"Yes! It’s a magic trick." Zhang Xian grinned, "But, my magic is too strange. It’s not something that just anyone can learn."

"Really?" Mu Cheng asked uncertainly.

By asking, she was suggesting that she wanted to learn, to use as a form of self-defense. As far as the level of deterrence went, this method was far superior to physical strength.

"Really, ordinary people can’t learn it." Zhang Xian didn’t want to inadvertently take on a disciple he couldn’t teach, especially one who gave off a witch-like vibe.

Mu Cheng was a bit disappointed but quickly laughed again, "Since I can’t learn it, I’ll have to ask for your help. You’re my boyfriend now!"

"No... I’m not..." Zhang Xian exclaimed: "Elder Sister Cheng, when did I become your boyfriend?"

Zhu Qing was also looking at Mu Cheng in astonishment, her mouth wide enough to fit an egg. Even if their relationship was going fast, it shouldn’t be this fast, right? Less than three hours, and they were boyfriend and girlfriend?

"What? You’re looking down on me?" Mu Cheng quickly glanced at Zhu Qing and saw the surprise and worry on her face. With a slight smile, Mu Cheng looked at Zhang Xian and said: "Listen here, Little Xian Xian, I’m a considerable beauty, and there’re enough guys chasing after me to form a long line. Being your girlfriend is doing you a favor. What’s more, you’re the one who needs something from me, so it would be best not to make me unhappy."

"This..." Zhang Xian glanced at Mu Cheng and walked over with a smile: "Elder Sister, I only perform but don’t offer myself."

"You..." When Mu Cheng saw that Zhang Xian had figured out her facade, he was somewhat taken aback. As soon as she regained composure, she was too angry to stand it.

What did he mean? What was he implying? Was he saying that he was too good for her as if it would be him losing out if they ended up together?

She glared at Zhang Xian and swung her stunning hips as she stormed forward.

Of all the shameless people she had met, no one was as shameless as this. Oh, God! God, why don’t you strike this cold-hearted man dead with a bolt of lightning?

"Hey, what were you talking to my cousin about just now?" Zhu Qing furrowed her brows and stepped closer to ask.

She knew exactly what kind of person Mu Cheng was, typically only on the receiving end of discomfort. Yet today, her wicked cousin was infuriated by Zhang Xian. How could she not be curious?

"I didn’t say anything; I really didn’t say anything." Zhang Xian shook his head.

"You’re fooling a ghost? My cousin is obviously angry." Zhu Qing grabbed Zhang Xian’s arm: "I don’t care, you have to tell me."

"Do you really want to hear it?" Zhang Xian asked.

"Of course, you must tell me." Zhu Qing nodded emphatically.

"Actually, honestly, I really didn’t say anything." After saying this, Zhang Xian quickly ran forward.

"Ah... Zhang Xian, you cruel man, stop right there..." Zhu Qing was furious. She gritted her teeth and ran after him, "If I catch you, you’ll see what I’ll do to you."

...

That night, Tiandu City, Sishui Street, Humanity Clinic.

Zhu Wen was sitting in the shop, with not much business, he was watching a rather frustrating movie on TV.

Not long after, several people in suits entered the clinic. They were wearing sunglasses even at night and exuded an aura of cold and violent intent.

The middle-aged man who seemed to be the leader was even more formidable, carrying an air of superiority as if he were the best in the world.

"What are you doing here?" Zhu Wen quickly stood up and asked, curious.

"There should be a Divine Doctor here, right? Where is he? We have some business with him." The middle-aged man glanced at Zhu Wen, settled himself into a chair, and said coldly.

"Are you here for a consultation? Who’s the patient? Maybe I can take a look." Zhu Wen asked with a smile.

"Enough with the nonsense, call him out. We need to see him." The leader was apparently getting impatient.

"Oh, he’s not here." Zhu Wen shook his head.

"Not here?" The leader sprang up, grabbed Zhu Wen by the collar and sneered, "Old man, be smart and call him back."

"You...you..." Zhu Wen was shocked. It seemed that these guys weren’t here to see a doctor but to cause trouble.

Looking at the way these men dressed, he finally realized. These fellas, why do they increasingly resemble gangsters the more I look at them? Each of them even had tattoos on their bodies.

This line of thought almost scared the life out of him. When did Zhang Xian make an enemy out of the underworld? Judging by their aura, these guys were not just some street hooligans.

"What are you staring at? Still not hurrying up and calling? I don’t have much time." The leading middle-aged man threw Zhu Wen away.

Zhu Wen, in his sixties, couldn’t resist the force of the middle-aged man and was thrown onto the ground.

He struggled to get up, gasping for breath, and said, "Err, gentlemen, I do not have that Divine Doctor’s number, he’s not from here, I can’t reach him."

"Shit, are you asking for death?" The leading middle-aged man once again grabbed Zhu Wen’s collar, yelling, "Before we came, we already did our research, that guy belongs to you guys, there’s no way you don’t have his contact. Are we some kind of three-year-olds to you? Or do you think I’m very gentle, never daring to touch an old man like you?"

"No... no, I really don’t have his contact, your investigation must have been wrong, he’s not from here." Zhu Wen quickly replied with a smile, "You should think about it, I’m just a small clinic, he is the famous Divine Doctor, why would he deign to work for me? Previously he was simply buying some medicine here, it was just as simple as that."

"Less fucking crap, hurry up and call him back." The middle-aged man didn’t believe him, "We’ve already investigated clearly, dare to pull any tricks on me again, be careful I teach you a lesson."

"I... I really don’t have..." Zhu Wen shook his head with a bitter smile.

However, before he could even finish his sentence, the middle-aged man slapped him across the face, yelling, "Fuck, it seems you won’t weep until you see the coffin."

Zhu Wen received a slap, stumbled a few steps backward, fell on the floor, and looked up infuriated.

Having lived for so many years, today he got slapped by a young punk. But he didn’t dare show his anger, so he simply retreated slowly.

Exposing Zhang Xian wasn’t an option, as he was not the type to betray his friends. Zhang Xian was Master Gui’s disciple, and Master Gui was his lifesaver, he would never betray Zhang Xian even if it meant death.

"Old man, are you challenging my patience?" Seeing that Zhu Wen still didn’t make a call, the middle-aged man went up to him furiously, ready to strike again.

Zhu Wen slowly retreated, trying to think of a way to handle this situation.

"Ah... what are you doing?"

At this moment, a pleasant figure rushed into the shop, running to Zhu Wen she asked, "Grandpa, are you alright?"

"Who are you guys? Who dares to make a scene here?" Zhang Xian followed Zhu Qing into the shop, his face extremely grim, "Do you know what respect for the elderly and care for the young means? Do you want me to teach you?"

"Qingqing, Zhang Xian, how come you guys are back?" Seeing Zhu Qing and Zhang Xian, a bitter smile appeared on Zhu Wen’s face.

"Grandpa, what happened? Did they hit you?" Zhu Qing asked with tears in her eyes.

"Ahem..." Zhu Wen coughed once, shook his head, and said, "Ah, Qingqing, grandpa’s fine, don’t worry."

Zhang Xian looked at the slap-mark on Zhu Wen’s face, his already cold expression turned as chilling as a Siberian cold front, emitting a wave of icy murderous intent from his eyes.

Even though he’d never killed anyone before, he wasn’t some saint due to the influence of his ancient heritage. If not for the law, the suited thugs around him would already be dead.

"Little Thief, so you’re the so-called Divine Doctor." The leading middle-aged man looked at Zhang Xian, saying coldly.

"So? It seems you guys have come looking for me?" Zhang Xian turned his head, looked at the middle-aged man, and asked, "What’s the matter, say it and let me get to work."

"Right, you’re pretty arrogant, no wonder you dared to go against our young master. But I wonder if you’re as capable as you pretend to be." The middle-aged man smirked and stepped back, "In today’s world everything’s lacking except for reckless fools. In my eyes, you’re just one of them, thinking that because you’re a bit resourceful, you can act without restraint across the world."

"Is that so?" Zhang Xian turned around, staring at the leading middle-aged man.

Just then, several suit-clad men charged out in fury, hurling their fists ferociously at Zhang Xian.

"I’m not in a good mood today, having someone to practice on isn’t too bad." Zhang Xian scoffed, and instead of retreating he moved forwards. Two slaps sent two of the younger men flying.

Then, he slipped through the gap in the crowd, walked over to the leading middle-aged man, and landed a few hefty slaps on his face.

"Slap, slap, slap..." the sound of slaps echoed.

The leader’s head was shaking like a drum, several bloody teeth cheekily bounced out of his mouth, scattering on the ground.

A few moments later, a burning pain spread across his face, but he was still in a daze, unsure of what just happened—why he had just been slapped a few times.

"Slap..."

Another middle-aged man was slapped away, crashing into a chair embarrassingly.

"Bang..."

A middle-aged man tried to sneak attack, but it was unsuccessful. He was kicked squarely and flew into the wall like a cannonball.

In just over thirty seconds, seven middle-aged men already lay on the ground, unable to get up.

Zhang Xian clapped his hands, his gaze swept over the few middle-aged men, and he scoffed disdainfully, "I must say, you guys aren’t worth my attention, just a bunch of nobodies."
