Chapter 107: Chapter 107 This is a good idea
After hanging up the phone, Gina Lopez looked triumphantly at James Brown and said, "How about that, shouldn’t you thank me? I’m even providing you with a room, saving you the money you’d spend on a hotel."
James Brown gave a wry smile and replied, "Boss, don’t you see? Good intentions but bad outcomes."
"What do you mean, good intentions but bad outcomes?" Gina glared at James and said, "You think I don’t know how you men think? After you’ve had your fill, wipe your mouth and deny it all. Let me tell you, that won’t do. Sunny is my close friend, and she’s just been hurt. I won’t let you hurt her again."
"It was fine as it was, but with you meddling, this might actually hurt her."
"Enough with your smooth talk." Gina, always assertive and inexperienced in matters of love, didn’t believe a word James was saying.
After shopping, Gina paid the bill, while James was happy to reap the benefits. These clothes also counted as props, so it made sense for Gina to buy them. Besides, she chose rather expensive clothes; he couldn’t cover the expense with a month’s salary if he wanted to.
They took the elevator to Gina’s floor, and as soon as they exited, they saw Sunny Nguyen. Sunny was first surprised, then somewhat embarrassed to see them together.
"Sister Sunny, I apologize for making you wait." Gina greeted Sunny with a smile, unlocked the door, and invited Sunny in.
"Go put away the clothes; I want to have a word with Sister Sunny," Gina ordered James while pulling Sunny onto the sofa.
James shook his head helplessly and went into Gina’s room. The clothes were obviously meant for Gina’s wardrobe to show Emily Lopez.
Opening Gina’s wardrobe, James hung up the clothes and then pulled open a drawer, discovering Gina’s underwear, conservative and seductive alike. They were quite tempting to look at. He quickly placed his own underwear beside Gina’s and closed the wardrobe before exiting the room.
Sunny saw James entering Gina’s room, and she was quite surprised. She noticed James was holding men’s clothing. If he had put them in another room, that would’ve made sense, but they were going into Gina’s room—it seemed fishy. Could it be that James and Gina were already in... that kind of relationship?
Gina, noticing Sunny’s confusion, said with a smile, "Sister Sunny, don’t overthink it. My sister is visiting for a few days, and I need to put on a show. That’s why I bought some clothes for James and put them in my room, so my sister won’t notice anything."
Sunny replied awkwardly, "I wasn’t overthinking anything. Besides, what happens between James and whoever doesn’t concern me. I won’t interfere."
Gina immediately said, "Sister Sunny, don’t think like that. Honestly, I find James to be a decent guy, and since you’ve been intimate, it would be nice if you got together."
Sunny shook her head and replied, "That’s impossible. I’m not considering a relationship for the time being. With him, it was just a way to alleviate loneliness, or perhaps just a temporary emotional crutch."
"Alright then, as you wish. But I did bring him here today—you should thank me for that, shouldn’t you?"
Sunny was extremely embarrassed and chided, "Gina, you shouldn’t make jokes like that."
Gina laughed heartily, making Sunny even more embarrassed, but part of her couldn’t help feeling excited. Although she had only been with James a few times, each was so enthralling, and his company always made her forget the wounds her divorce had inflicted.
James came out from the room then, and Gina stood up, laughing, "You two talk; I’m going to take a shower. I’ll go to bed early tonight, so I don’t stay up late and disturb your sleep."
"Gina!" Sunny called out, flustered.
"Ha ha..." Gina laughed joyfully again, retrieved some clothes to change into, and went straight into the bathroom.
James sat down next to Sunny, who immediately gave him a stern look and said, "It’s all your fault!"
James Brown chuckled and said, "I had no choice, she insisted that you come."
Sunny Nguyen twisted James’s arm, feigning annoyance, "You sure know how to play innocent." Since she was already here, and having stayed over once before, Sunny wasn’t feeling particularly uncomfortable. Sitting with James, she couldn’t help but display the demure charm of a young woman.
James felt very relaxed with Sunny. He knew she had a mature mind, and there would be no emotional entanglements between them. He then wrapped an arm around her shoulder while his other hand caressed her thigh gently and said, "It’s been a long time since we’ve been together."
Sunny tugged on James’s hand softly and glanced towards the bathroom door, whispering, "Don’t start anything, Gina is still showering."
"What’s there to be afraid of? She won’t come out naked," James chuckled, turning his head and kissing Sunny’s earlobe.
Sunny’s body instantly softened as she turned her head to meet James’s lips, and the two of them passionately kissed.
"Giggle..." Laughter suddenly came from the bathroom, startling the two and prompting them to quickly break apart.
"Carry on, I’m really taking a shower now," Gina laughed even more boldly. Her demeanor was truly identical to Emily Lopez’s, showing that the twin sisters were indeed very similar. Although Gina usually kept her rebellious nature hidden, it only surfaced in moments like this.
"It’s all your fault..." Sunny twisted James’s arm, but her lips were sealed by his once again, and she quickly drowned in an endless surge of excitement.
By the time Gina emerged, James and Sunny were sitting upright in the living room, dressed neatly. However, the blush on Sunny’s face was a giveaway that she and James hadn’t been behaving.
Gina didn’t point it out, and said with a laugh, "I’m off to rest; don’t worry, I won’t come out again. Whatever lovebirds’ bath you two are taking, I won’t interrupt." Then without waiting for Sunny’s rebuke, she dashed into the bedroom and slammed the door shut with a bang.
"That’s actually not a bad idea," James said with a sly smile to Sunny.
"Stop it, no!" Sunny hastily refused.
"What’s there to be afraid of? She can guess what we’re doing anyway, might as well be open about it."
"Don’t wanna..." said Sunny, clearly moved by the idea and finding it exhilarating. She had always been proper with her husband and had never let herself go. But with James, every encounter made her lose herself, making her reflect on her own indulgence.
With a light motion, James swept Sunny up in his arms, and her heart began to race. Not only was she about to take a lover’s bath with James, but it was in Gina’s house, and Gina was home – such a thrill was almost overwhelming.
Gina truly meant to sleep early, but being accustomed to working at home late into the night, she struggled to find sleep. Although the soundproofing at home was decent, Sunny’s moans were loud enough to be heard clearly.
"My God, Sister Sunny, did you have to go that far?" Gina couldn’t believe her ears. Sunny was usually so meticulous at work and careful in her personal life. Gina had seen Sunny maintain propriety even when elite men flirted with her at events, never giving them a chance.
But with James, Sunny’s vocal expressions were unimaginable.
As a modern woman accustomed to surfing the web, Gina had seen adult films and always thought the loud cries of women at the height of pleasure were fake, just for show. How could any woman vocalize like that without embarrassment? But now, she began to doubt her assumptions. It seemed a woman really might cry out during such moments, and quite loudly at that.
Could it be that the act really excited a woman to such an extent? Suddenly, Gina became very curious about the whole affair, her own desires beginning to stir.
"My God, why am I thinking about this guy?" Gina startled herself with the thought, "Could I be falling for him too?"
After pondering for a bit, Gina quickly rationalized it. Her interactions with men were minimal outside of work, except for James, with whom she had the most contact, especially since they had lived together. And now, thinking of James was triggered by the excitement he and Sunny had stirred.
"That damn guy, he’s unstoppable, like a bull. Why isn’t he finished yet? Aren’t men supposed to be done in a few minutes?" She calmed down, but the noise outside had yet to subside. Sunny’s cries seemed to be taking on a different tone, and who knew what shape James had twisted her into.
