Chapter 63: Wendigo Part 1

"So, what’s your name?"

"Amaya. And what can I call you, handsome?" She wrapped her arms around his own, and her tail also brushed his back.

"You can call me Kai, Kai LuForia. I usually don’t give out my last name, but for you, I can make that exception." He brushed his finger under her chin.

The moment he said his name, the receptionist instantly recognized it. Right as she was about to ask if he was THE Kai LuForia, he made a ’shush’ motion with his fingers.

She nodded and sat back down, grinning like a child who got their favorite toy.

’Damn. News travels fast around these parts. I gotta be more careful when revealing myself.’

"Are you a noble?" She wondered

"Nah, at least not that I know of. I’ve always had a family name." Kai decided to use his last name from his previous life because he liked the name LuForia.

’Fuck, now that I think about it, I’ll have to add this last name to my Mom and Sister.’

"Well, I don’t care if you are, you’ll still be handsome anyway. So, are you ready to go?" Amya asked, gripping his arm tighter.

"As ready as I’ll ever be! You ready, Gwen?"

Gwen, feeling slightly jealous, grabbed Kai’s other arm, gripping it so tightly that it sank into her large tits. "I’m always ready for you, baby." She kissed him on the lips to assert her dominance.

Amaya scoffed, and Gwen stuck out her tongue. The two of them then had an intense staring contest with electricity sparking between their eyes.

’Am I missing something?’ Kai wondered.

"Make sure you guys pack some snow gear because we’ll be traveling up those mountains." Amaya pointed to the mountain range that sat behind the town.

"Also, a carriage can only take us halfway there, so we’ll have to walk the rest of the way after the halfway point. So, better pack some warm things. I don’t want to hear complaining when we hike up there." She side-eyed Gwen.

Gwen popped a vein. "Bitch, got something to say?"

"Oh, nothing. It’s just that I wouldn’t want a mage to slow us down, you know, since you guys lack any physical training." Amaya grinned

Gwen blasted the cat with fire.

"Nyaaaa! Are you crazy?! You almost burned me to a crisp!" She yelled, jumping on Kai.

"Yeah, that was the point! Now get off my man!"

"Mmmehhh, make me, fat tits!"

"Oh, it’s on!"

"Girls, girls! Relax. We have a quest to take care of. If you wish to fight, then wait until after we’re done. This way, you can fight to see who will get fucked by me first." Kai laughed.

"I’m down for that. I don’t know about Miss Mittens over here, though."

Amaya blushed. "W-W-What are you talking about?! S-Sex? I’m good at sex! I’ve had a lot of sex before!"

Kai and Gwen looked her up and down, then looked at each other. Nodding, they silently agreed that Amaya was just saying bullshit.

"Hey! I have! Don’t look down on me! Watch, I’ll ride you for a whole day without stopping!"

It didn’t take long to reach the area where the Wendigo lived.

Since Kai had recently modified his carriage, he thought this was a perfect time to use it again. So, he took it out of his inventory at the utter shock of Amaya, and then they rode at super speed to the mountain.

Once they reached a part where there were no more roads to travel on, he activated the flight feature and flew all the way to the top. Or at least where they would start their quest to search for the Wendigo.

During this time, Amaya wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing Kai’s carriage was and praised him for being awesome. Of course, he took this opportunity to hypnotize her because, why the fuck not, she will be saying in his party anyway, and make her one of his girls.

This didn’t change her personality, not that he wanted her to change, and she continued to bicker with Gwen.

"So, is the Wendigo around here?" Kai asked, stepping out of the carriage. He was completely immune to the cold thanks to his [Perfect Body] and felt great, as if the temperature was a nice warm summer day.

Gwen was able to heat up her mana to warm her body, blocking her from the cold.

And as for Amaya, she wore winter clothes, and because of her being a beastkin, she had higher immunity to the cold than others.

"Not right here necessarily, but around here. We need to find a cave. Wendigos usually are in their homes around this time of day unless they’re out hunting." Amaya pulled out a map and showed the two of them the path they were going to take.

"Sweet, let’s get moving."

If there was one thing that Kai hated, it was Leo. But if he had a second thing, it would be snow.

’Snow fucking sucks! I hate it so much! If I could get rid of all the snow in the world, I would. You got fucking heavy snow, powered snow, packed snow, slushy snow, monkey tail snow, and.....Wait what? Monkey tail?’

Kai looked down and saw a pissed off monkey baring its fangs at him. When he saw why, he backed up and apologized.

"I’m sorry, sir monkey. Please don’t be angry that I stepped on your tail. Here, take this banana."

The monkey grabbed the banana and ran away.

"Kai, did you just step on that monkey’s tail?" Gwen asked, slightly worried.

"Yeah, but it’s okay. I gave it a banana." He smiled

"No, you fool! That monkey just went to alert its friends! That’s a frost monkey! They live in groups, and when you piss one off, you piss all of them off."

"Gwen, relax, I read online that if you give a monkey a banana, it will forgive you."

"What the fuck are you talking about?"

"Uhh, guys," Amaya shouted.

"What?"

"We have company." She pointed up, and a whole army of frost monkeys was running down the mountainside, screaming in anger.

"Shit! This is why you never trust anything you read online. You guys ready?"

Gwen slammed her staff on the ground. "Ready as I’ll ever be."

Amaya drew her sword from her hip as she carried her sheath horizontally. "I fucking hate monkeys!"
