Chapter 1491: In Theory?

Chapter 1491: Chapter 1491: In Theory?

"Because Boundless Prison doesn’t have a protective magic of a high level, it can’t compete with protective magic," Caique candidly said, "Of course, this only applies to you, Master, and no one else."

In this magical realm, the protective magic was born to safeguard the master; it would always rush out to protect the master at the first sign of any attempts at punishment within the magical realm.

Therefore, no matter what, the master simply couldn’t return to Boundless Prison again.

"You mean to say that not just this time, but even next time, and the time after that, no matter when I make a mistake, I won’t be able to return to Boundless Prison again?"

Lin Caisang asked sharply, raising her voice.

"It seems, possibly, maybe that’s the case?" Caique chuckled twice, nonchalantly.

Lin Caisang: "!!!"

She had finally found a way to learn more, but now protective magic sprang up, abruptly strangling her beautiful wish. What kind of situation was this?

It was like a fat man who, after being hungry for several meals, suddenly sees a large table filled with exquisite delicacies not far away.

Then, after laboriously dragging his weak steps to the table and just about to start eating, someone pours a big bucket of cold water over him. He opens his eyes in despair, listening to the person splashing the water while gritting their teeth telling him:

Wake up, you’ve had enough dreams; it’s time to get to work!

Why must reality be so cruel, especially a reality that tells her: I’m doing this for your own good, you should thank me!

"What about the knowledge I want to learn?" She ground her teeth in frustration and asked Caique.

"Knowledge? What’s so great about that ghostly thing?"

Caique dismissed it with disdain, snorting with contempt.

"Master, let me tell you, protective magic has things far more interesting than those useless things; things you’ve definitely never seen. Come with me," she urged.

Lin Caisang watched, wide-eyed, as Caique flew off into the distance.

She pouted, unable to help thinking to herself, what could possibly be more important than learning more knowledge? She didn’t believe in such nonsense.

But, since she couldn’t leave and had nothing else to do, she reluctantly followed Caique to take a look.

...

Several hours later.

Lin Caisang had to admit that what Caique referred to was indeed more important than reading more books for her current situation.

Stepping out of a clear barrier, she raised her hand to wipe the sweat from her forehead with her sleeve, making her way to Caique’s side.

"Caique, is this place only accessible to me?" she inquired.

As it turned out, the fun place Caique mentioned was actually a waterfall, and as soon as she entered it, she could feel danger from all directions bearing down on her.

The water, which had been falling straight down, suddenly transformed into various water figures wielding sharp weapons, pressuring her from all directions.

She was forced to defend herself and fought the watery figures off in all directions.

This place was definitely the best for combat training!

But such a great place meant for training by herself alone would be too boring. If she was going to Illusion Continent with Sui Zimo in the future, then both of them needed to make progress together.

"This... theoretically speaking, protective magic allows only the master to enter," Caique began.

"Theoretically speaking?"

Hearing these words, Lin Caisang blinked and looked at Caique.

"What about from a practical point of view, is it possible to bring someone else in then?"

She asked.
