He forced himself to sit upright, cradling the nucleus in trembling hands. With great effort, he concentrated on absorbing its energy, feeling the warmth and vitality flow through him, gradually restoring his strength and steadying his queasy stomach.

The cold sweat on his brow began to recede, replaced by a renewed sense of vigor. It was like nausea begone!
