The Ger's Contract Marriage [BL] -
Chapter 236: You Want My Man?
Chapter 236: You Want My Man?
The scene unfolded in dramatic fashion, like a play from a twisted drama of jealousy and rivalry. Sun Ming Hua, a small and delicate ger, collapsed onto Xuan Yang, a man of abnormally tall stature with a scholarly appeal.
Xuan Yang exuded an aura that seemed to originate from outside of Yilin Town, hinting at a greater background and significance. Sun Ming Hua appeared to be making a desperate play for Xuan Yang, someone who might be taken away by Xu Feng, adding a layer of urgency to the situation.
In the middle of the turmoil stood Xu Feng, the central figure in this bizarre spectacle. He was the "ugly" ger, taller than any other ger in the crowd, with striking silver hair that flowed like liquid silver.
A deep, dark red mole adorned the center of his forehead, captivating the attention of men in the crowd, who couldn’t help but stare unconsciously. Despite his height and unmistakably masculine presence, Xu Feng was an androgynous beauty, his attractiveness undeniable.
Xu Feng was dressed in a reserved but elegant manner, his appearance maintained by the talents of Xu Si and the resources they had access to at the beginning of the marriage—the betrothal gifts that were reclaimed. He appeared bewildered by the unfolding drama, yet his sultry allure remained intact.
On one side of Xu Feng was Xuan Jian, who seemed more icy and unapproachable than ever before, with an unknown ger hanging off him. The additional ger was well dressed but clearly out of his league compared to Xuan Jian, who exuded an aura of untouchable charm.
He appeared as though he could fling the small ger away at any moment, his handsome features untouched by the chaos around him—detached from the scene in a strange and eerie way.
To the back side was Xu Hu Zhe, positioned only a foot behind Xu Feng, his face etched with shock. As a dedicated companion, this was a situation he hadn’t anticipated, and it was unclear what thoughts raced through his mind.
Regardless, the three men—Xu Hu Zhe, Xuan Jian, and Xuan Yang—were all tall, well dressed, moisturized, and handsome figures, their auras telling stories of their own.
As the surreal scene continued to play out, Xu Feng felt as if he had been thrust into a twilight zone. The day had started so well, but now he was entangled in a drama he had not scripted, a drama of jealousy and resentment and accusation.
Conflicted emotions surged within him, as he wavered between watching the unfolding spectacle and wanting to rip the two men away from the other gers. He wasn’t typically a jealous person, but there were limits to his patience.
He wasn’t jealous...right?
Sun Ming Hua, however, remained in character, his performance masterful and his intelligence evident. He angled himself favorably not only to Xuan Yang but also to the watching crowd—still striking poses as he continued.
As he aimed to bring down Xu Feng, he couldn’t resist showcasing his own beauty, portraying himself as the true object of admiration. In his mind, Xu Feng was undeserving of the attention he received, as his mole and hair were fake, and his bloodline was a sham.
A light went off above Xu Feng’s head, but something shattered within Sun Ming Hua. The young ger couldn’t comprehend how it was fair for three handsome men to orbit around someone like Xu Feng, who he believed was faking his beauty.
Sun Ming Hua saw this as just retribution for Xu Feng’s actions, a poetic justice that had been a long time coming.
Even as his plan played out, Sun Ming Hua remained committed to his role, his cunning and determination making him a formidable opponent in this unexpected drama.
As the shocking revelations tumbled out of Sun Ming Hua’s lips, Xu Feng was left momentarily stunned. Internally, he was fighting to maintain his composure and not betray the status he now carried as the young mistress of the Xuan family, even if it was only in name.
Outwardly, he appeared shocked yet composed—an ethereal figure who was standing tall and unemotional—trying to find the right words to respond.
Sun Ming Hua, however, showed no mercy as he continued his merciless assault, all while maintaining the façade of innocence. He disclosed, "I’ve seen him with brown hair and a dull mole during the recent Xuicai exam. During that time, he couldn’t parade around in pretense and showed his true colors."
The crowd’s interest was piqued by this new revelation. So, this scholar was not only focused on beauty and vanity but had also attempted to conceal his true appearance outside of the exam hall.
They found it perplexing that a married ger was only now participating in the Xuicai exams, adding to the intrigue. If he was married, shouldn’t he stay in the backyard and raise his family? Even if he was a concubine, he shouldn’t be out and about trying to tempt unmarried men.
The murmurs among the crowd grew louder, increasingly favoring Sun Ming Hua’s version of events.
Xu Feng found himself at a loss for words, unsure of how to begin defending himself in the face of this onslaught. Sun Ming Hua, however, was relentless and ready to deliver the final blow.
"I’ve even seen him dallying with others of other sexes in public places," Sun Ming Hua continued, his tone laced with embarrassment as if the ugly ger’s scandal had somehow tarnished him personally. "The last time, he was newly married, with fresh ear piercings, and he was with another man, not one of you three."
Sun Ming Hua paused, letting the implication of his words hang in the air. He insinuated that Xu Feng had not only deceived his three companions but also his own husband, if this other man was indeed his spouse. Sun Ming Hua left no room for Xu Feng to retreat or defend himself.
Throughout this ordeal, Xu Feng’s composure remained intact, his expression unchanging, and his pulse even. Yet, beneath the surface, he seethed with frustration, watching as Sun Ming Hua got dangerously close to Xuan Yang. Even after Xuan Yang had pushed the ger away covertly with tact, Sun Ming Hua continued to "fall" into his husband’s arms, clutching at his clothing as if it were a lifeline.
