Chapter 243: Chapter 243: Your Vow is Really Vicious_1

Carson Flores got off work, walked out of the company, and saw the familiar Bentley parked at the intersection, with Camille Rhodes leaning on the window, smiling mischievously at the factory exit.

Carson pretended not to see her, bowed his head to fish out a cigarette, lit it for himself, and blended into the crowd, walking to the side.

After a while, Carson breathed a sigh of relief, "Hey, she didn’t see me?"

He quickly pulled out his phone, turned it off with lightning speed, and then he finally relaxed.

"Heartless scumbag, pretending not to see is one thing, but even turning off your phone..."

The crisp feminine voice that suddenly came from behind made Carson’s steps falter, he glanced helplessly, and turned his head to see the Bentley quietly sliding on the road behind him, with Camille propped against the window, laughing happily.

The workers leaving work around them all turned their heads, fixing their gazes on Carson, with varying expressions in their eyes.

If he couldn’t hide, then he wouldn’t.

Carson walked to the Bentley, pulled the door open directly, "Get in for a second."

Camille obediently shifted her body to the side, Carson sat down, closed the door, and simultaneously rolled up the window, "Are you always this free?"

Camille hummed, "Isn’t it off work time now? Besides, I’m at least a rich second generation, even if I do nothing but eat and wait to die, isn’t that normal?"

After a pause, Camille said with a smile, "Seems like you’re quite afraid of your colleagues seeing this, huh? What, afraid your wife will find out?"

Carson didn’t answer her, but directly asked, "What wicked idea have you come up with to torment me today?"

Camille shook her head, "I just came to have dinner with you, hang out, our relationship, if I keep messing with you, it’s no fun anymore."

Carson stared at her, laughing, "What kind of relationship?"

Camille stared back at Carson, huffing, "Scumbag, dare to sleep but not to accept the consequences?"

Carson laughed, "I admit it, I’m just asking what our relationship is."

Camille propped up her chin with one hand, staring at Carson’s profile, "Indeed, what are we? Definitely not lovers, it doesn’t seem right to say lovers either, friends with benefits?"

Carson spread his hands, "You see, you can’t even articulate it yourself."

Camille laughed, "Is the relationship with your wife not so good?"

Carson asked, "What makes you think that?"

Camille answered with a light laugh, "If the relationship was good, the husband being picked up by a beautiful woman and then not coming home at night would be enough for wild imaginings, especially when you could have left in the middle of the night but chose to stay. Tell me, what other reason could there be apart from that?"

Carson answered cleanly, "Legs were weak."

Camille was taken aback, then huffed, "How come I didn’t squeeze you to death, it’d be good if you were dead, that would settle everything."

Carson laughed, without arguing with Camille, "For you to come and wait for me after work like this, it can’t be just out of boredom, right? Either you want to regain face, looking for a chance to get back at me, or you’ve taken a fancy to me. But being from Seashore’s richest family, and me being married, you wouldn’t, right?"

Camille laughed lightly, "So you’ve thought it over and over, and still think I came to take revenge on you?"

Carson nodded, "Indeed, that’s what I thought."

Camille held up three fingers, "I, Camille Rhodes, swear, my coming to you has absolutely no intention of revenge, and if I’m telling a lie, may my cup size shrink two sizes."

Carson’s eyes widened, can one really make such a vow?

Camille dropped her hand, smiling, "Do you believe it now?"

Carson’s gaze inadvertently fell on Camille’s chest, muttering, "I believe you, after all, women care a great deal about this. That oath is cruel enough, but if it shrank by two sizes, wouldn’t there be almost nothing left?"

Without bashfulness, Camille pushed out her chest, proudly saying, "With a solid foundation, even dropping two sizes, it’s still above average."

Carson steered the conversation back, "So where are you taking me to play?"

Camille smiled, "Car racing, have you tried it?"

Carson asked, "At a racetrack, or public road track?"

Camille laughed, "At the racing circuit, we do have those in Seashore, but they are not fun at all, not thrilling. What we play is Mountain Race Track..."

Carson laughed, "Mountain Race Track, accidents can lead to cars destroyed and lives lost, you rich kids aren’t afraid of that?"

Camille explained, "We like thrills, but that doesn’t mean we’re willing to gamble with our lives. Aside from a few who indeed enjoy extreme thrills, most participate for fun, and if someone does race, they hire a professional driver. After all, it’s not just about the thrill, it takes talent, and money alone doesn’t guarantee you can handle it."

Carson nodded understandingly, "That makes sense, a standard rich kids’ pastime. Since you have racing, there must be betting as well, right?"

Camille smiled, "Of course, definitely there. What, you interested?"

Carson shook his head, "I don’t like my fate in someone else’s hands, even if it’s destiny, it’s not okay."
