They had been on the battlefield for some time now, shadowing their tracks and relentlessly launching surprise attacks on the Demon Race troops, causing one unit after another to completely collapse.

Among these Demon Race armies were powerful Great Demons, but they couldn’t withstand the assault from Carson and his comrades.

For the weaker ones, Carson and the other five directly overpowered them with brute force. For stronger and numerically superior enemies, Carson would deploy Stella Rios and Heath Wells to employ a decapitation tactic, striking and running away. Kellan Gentry clinked his glass with Carson’s, drained it in one gulp, and laughed, "These times have been too exhilarating, defeating one Demon Race army after another, making them flee in terror—so satisfying!"

Kayson Gross smiled and said, "We were just tagging along; it all depends on the two seniors!"

Stella Rios and Heath Wells were prodigies from ten thousand years ago, treated respectfully as seniors by Kellan Gentry and Kayson Gross. They didn’t belittle them just because they were servants of Carson Flores.

They were Carson’s servants, not theirs.

Carson smiled and said, "Indeed, the two of you have played an indispensable role. Let’s all take some time to rest here. I suspect that if the Demon Race comes again, their formation won’t be the same, and they won’t be as easy to deal with."

Kellan Gentry asked, "I’ve heard that there are quite a few Great Witches among the Demon Race now. These witches have contracts with Immortals, which allow them to use part of an Immortal’s power and reach a Realm beyond Hollow Void and even Tribulation Crossing. Is that true?"

Carson laughed, "Why, are you jealous?"

Carson said, "Whether it’s a Great Witch or a Demi Immortal, they have all sacrificed something in exchange for strength they shouldn’t naturally possess, essentially draining their potential."
