In the end, they decided to try one more night. If they still couldn’t find any leads, they would begin their search anew.

Hearing her explanation, Bo Jingyan silently resumed driving back to the hotel.

They arrived shortly after.

Xia Qingtian unbuckled her seatbelt and was about to get out of the car, but Bo Jingyan stopped her. "Stay in the car."

Bo Jingyan, after getting out of the car, walked over to the passenger’s side, opened the car door, bent over, and slipped his arm under Xia Qingtian’s legs, proceeding to bridal carry her out of the car.
