Considering Tian Suqin’s attitude towards Xia Qingtian, Bo Jingyan offered some consolation, "She is just struggling to accept grandfather’s sudden death and is venting her anger out on you.".

She had just missed a day seeing him, but it seemed like the baby had grown even softer and cuter, much prettier than the scrawny little monkey he looked like two days ago.

"Jingyan, doesn’t our baby look cuter?" She couldn’t wait to share her overflowing warmth and joy with Bo Jingyan.

"Which one?" Bo Jingyan raised an eyebrow.

In this nursery room, there were only babies and he had no idea which one Xia Qingtian was referring to.

Xia Qingtian raised her eyebrows, "Don’t tell me you haven’t seen our baby yet?".

The baby was almost a week old now, she had assumed that Bo Jingyan had seen the baby before her.

But now, he didn’t even know which incubator their baby was placed in.

Bo Jingyan’s expression darkened, "I’ve been busy these days."

Xia Qingtian found this excuse to be a bit far-fetched. But she didn’t think about it much as he had indeed been busy these days.

So, she let this small matter slip from her mind and pointed towards their baby happily, "Look at that one. That one is our baby, isn’t he super cute?"

Bo Jingyan looked in the direction of her finger, and quickly found a thin-small child.

The child wasn’t far from the window, so he could clearly see his face.

He looked at the child carefully and found the baby didn’t resemble him at all, instead, looked more like Xia Qingtian.

"Newborns look like this, don’t rush into rejecting them. Give it some time and he will grow round and chubby, and super cute."

"I hope so." Bo Jingyan nodded in agreement.

As Xia Qingtian was watching, her mood suddenly dropped, "If only grandfather could see our baby, he would certainly be extremely happy."

Bo Jingyan pulled her into his arms, "Even though grandfather couldn’t see the baby, he was at peace when he passed away, he said that he saw grandma coming to get him."

Moving forward, Xia Qingtian didn’t dwell on their sadness.

Neither of them were good at naming, and they fell into silence when the topic of naming the baby came up.

In the end, they gave up.

The two could only agree to give the baby a nickname for now.

Giving a nickname was easy, Xia Qingtian quickly thought of one -

She didn’t have any other expectations for the baby, she just hoped that he could grow up safe, sound and healthy.
