Chapter 51: Chapter 51: LINGREN VILLAGE

After journeying day and night, the convoy finally arrived at their final destination, Lingren village.

Hearing the news that they had finally arrived, Zara felt very emotional.

Her first step to securing her cure was finally within her means. As long as she managed to get what she came here for, then everything would move perfectly. Who didn’t want to live longer?

"Miss, let’s get you outside!" Emma smilingly said as she stood by the bedside watching Zara as she set aside the book she had been reading.

Zara raised her head to look affectionately at Emma before responding, "Sure. I am quite curious what’s so special about this place," with a smile on her face.

Seeing that Zara was ready and eager to explore, Emma professionally scooped Zara out of bed and carried her carefully, without any sweat, outside where the wheelchair was ready for her.

Zara was placed in the wheelchair and Ava came to prepare her as always. With this being her first time being in Lingren village, she wasn’t even sure how good the ecosystem was and whether the air was good enough to not allow anything bad to happen to her.

So, to prevent any unforeseen troubles, Ava geared her up.

Zara, wearing her mask, looked around with an invisible smile, admiring the beautiful sun rays of the sun that were about to set.

They had arrived just before dusk, so there wasn’t much for anyone to see.

Fortunately, when she prepared for the journey, her accommodation had already been settled. So, they didn’t have to move around aimlessly looking for a place to stay but simply headed towards the house where they would be staying in the following days.

Under the excuse of recuperating and becoming one with nature, Zara’s people were able to convince the village committee about Zara’s stay in the village.

So, when they arrived, Zara didn’t need to go and greet the village chief but simply got wheeled to the house. The others would take care of the unnecessary trouble for her.

That night, there wasn’t much for her to do except sort her thoughts out as she pondered where exactly she would find the ring.

She had the picture with her and even sketched it. The only problem that was now there was that the book didn’t specify where she would find the ring. She was simply told where to find it but where exactly, she would have to put more effort into it.

That was simply something that was supposed to keep her awake at night. Fortunately for her, however, she slept peacefully and soundly. And it was all thanks to the potent medication Ava always gave her before she went to bed every single night.

The next morning, she woke up feeling refreshed and after taking a drop of water she didn’t take it yesterday as she spent too much time thinking and then just dozed like that. She felt even much better.

After the morning bath and a change of clothes, Zara gathered with her inner circle of people, ate breakfast and lastly showed them the ring she was looking for.

"Princess, what is this?" Quinn asked curiously as he looked at the ring sketch that Zara had shown them.

"That is what I am looking for. The reason why we are all here. In the coming days, you need to use any means to find this ring!" Zara solemnly said as she looked at everyone.

Upon hearing that, Quinn flashed a bit before calming down and asked, "Is this really important?"

Zara raised her small face and looked at Quinn, the younger brother who had always been by her side ever since she was eight and answered, "I will die in two months if I don’t get it!" her expression was very solemn, leaving no room for doubts.

Surely when the others heard how serious Zara sounded, they all looked at her, worry, disbelief and concern visible in their eyes.

"Since it’s like that, then we will do everything to look for it!" Quinn answered without questioning her any further.

The others also nodded in response and just like Quinn, they didn’t ask further what she meant by what she said earlier.

Zara was relieved, however, seeing that no one was curious enough to ask her further about what she wanted to do. She didn’t know how she would answer them if they asked, so it was better that way.

After breakfast, Zara instructed for the livestream to officially start. Since those who should know about her real purpose in Lingren already knew what she wanted, she didn’t mind showing her fans and viewers the Lingren Village.

It could also be considered as advertising and promoting the village so that everyone would know about it.

[Going LIVE in 3 ..... 2 ... 1 .... ON]

As soon as the countdown ended, Zara smiled helplessly as she watched the barrage of comments flooding into her room.

"Good morning, everyone!" she cheerfully greeted with her mask lowered.

After spending a few hours outside the previous day, Zara determined that it wasn’t that dangerous in the village at all.

Unlike the big cities where there is smoke, smog and all other hazardous things polluting the air, water and land, villages were entirely different.

They were peaceful, surrounded by nature and above all, due to few people staying there, there wasn’t any damage done to the environment. So compared to Kuville City and Lingren Village, it could be said that Zara was safe there when it comes to her immune system.

There wasn’t anything to be worried about at all.

[Good morning, PRINCESS!]

[You look lively today. How are you feeling?]

[What did they make for you today?]

[I hope that it wasn’t porridge again.]

[Are you getting better?]

[Who is she?]

Like always, Zara felt warm as she read the comments on the tablet she was holding. Every time she went LIVE, her fans would greet her, and ask about her health and what she had eaten. It had become more of a tradition, and it was one she really liked.

As she did more and more streams, she started realizing that there weren’t a lot who felt that pitiful for her and treated her as if she would drop dead any second.

They were concerned about her but not exaggerated, which was something that she truly liked.

After all, who would like to be reminded about such an awful destiny of hers?
