Leaving the banquet, Zara and a few family members headed back to the mansion where Zara found a group of doctors waiting for her already.

With them there, even though she didn’t want to go through any check-up that night, she didn’t have a choice.

With her grandparents and her beloved ones watching, she could only leave her fate to the men in white.

She didn’t know how long the procedure took, but all she knew was that she woke up the next day and everyone around her wore happy smiles.

Looking at that, she could insinuate that everything went well, which was a huge relief for her as well.

As she had slept without checking the gifts, the next day after breakfast, Zara turned on her livestream and, without talking much, gathered Quinn and the rest to help her check the gifts.

Gifts from the family weren’t included there, as she wanted to check them on her own without the rest of the world watching.

It wasn’t like she was showing off or something, but the fans yesterday had emphasized greatly how they wanted to see the gifts.

Believing in making her fans happy, Zara did that for them, which made the viewers go crazy and placed Zara on the trending search.

It took everyone a while to open the gifts. By the time they were done, Zara was tired and had to take a rest for a nap.

Later that evening, Zara joined the whole family at the mansion and, wearing her grandparents’ little cotton jacket, she sat in between the two and had a great time.

When dinner came to an end, she was quite surprised to hear about the family meeting. What were they going to talk about this time?

She just hoped that it wouldn’t be about her. If she gets confronted again the way Selena did back then, she doesn’t know how she would even react. Family meetings were not that appealing after all.

Unfortunately, she couldn’t flee, so she could only sit obediently on the couch, surrounded by warm blankets and cushions.

At the family meeting, all generations except for the children were there. Grandma, grandpa, father, mother, first mother (Selena) who always appears during occasions like this despite being divorced ages ago was there as well, and all seven children of the Hansleys.

Starting from Bradley, the eldest followed by her sister Brexley, then Denzel, the son of Cade’s first mistress, followed by Mitchel and Raize, daughters of father’s second wife.

There was Ashely, the daughter of the second mistress and lastly, Zara the youngest and daughter of the third and probably the last woman Cade would ever have.

All the kids and the wives and husbands weren’t invited. More of whatever was going to be discussed wasn’t any of their concern at the moment.

At the meeting, Zara didn’t utter a single word. All she did was listen, blinking her eyes cutely once in a while, acting pitiful and at times sulking whenever Selena acted on her antics.

At the end of the meeting, what Zara summarized was that she could go to Athary on the 10th of July, which was twenty-four days from that day.

Since she needed to go to Athary no matter what, the family didn’t dare obstruct her from leaving, but all complied and agreed to it, no matter how dissatisfied they were with her decision.

Secondly, Quinn wasn’t going to be the only person in charge of her safety. Rather, several teams were going to be sent, whether open or shadow guards. That allowed her siblings to have time to find trustable subordinates they could send to keep an eye on her.

No matter what, she was still an heiress and anything can happen. Keeping an eye on her now that she was getting better was reasonable, and she saw nothing wrong with that.

She wanted to live longer and make her siblings realize that despite being loved so much like that; she wasn’t interested in the family business, which would save her future worries.

What she hated the most was the fight between siblings because of inheritance. When she was dying, she was barely a threat, but now, her position was a bit awkward.

Despite the smiles and encouragement, she understood pretty well that it wasn’t the case at all.

Maybe her father saw that as well, so he let everyone go wild. At least before going, she would know who and who would be going with her.

On top of the several guards going with her, the number of people serving her increased as well. This time, instead of taking Emma and Ava with her, they were going to add at least four maids and a female doctor, just in case something happened.

Ava was a nurse, so her knowledge was limited. She didn’t find anything wrong with that. Who knows what craziness can happen during the trip?

A translator was going to be added to the group, this way they can communicate smoothly with others. Zara wasn’t omnipotent, so apart from her country’s vernacular language and universal language, the other languages, she was blank. So, she greatly appreciated that suggestion.

Zara was allowed to do her continuous livestream and this time around, her family suggested plainly that she do a 24/7 one. Zara was a bit startled when she heard that, but when she heard her family’s concerns since they wouldn’t be there with her, she acquiesced.

Since she wanted to take part in the entertainment industry for the moment, Lena had already scouted for a manager, someone who would help her in these aspects and let Emma and Ava do their jobs rather than be concerned with that. So, another person was added to the group. And according to Lena, Zara would be seeing the manager pretty soon.

Thinking about the manager, she couldn’t help but wonder who the other person was.

Last but not least, the accommodation issue took a while for everyone to agree. Others argue about staying at a hotel, resort and so forth. After all, apart from attending the auction, Zara still needed to tour around and have fun. So where should she stay?

After a long argument, it was decided that they either book a family villa at a resort or rent a villa temporarily. Staying at a hotel with the whole group wasn’t appropriate.

So, someone was going to be in charge of that issue and find the perfect place that Zara could stay during her trip to Athary.

That was how the meeting was concluded, allowing Zara to finally return to her villa for a good night’s rest.
