"What is it?"

"The Li Family’s real estate company from the provincial city approached me. They’re willing to buy our entire real estate project, including the second and third phases, for two billion yuan. The debt from the loans would be transferred to them as well."

Ji Yang said, "The first phase consists of 500 units, and they have a thousand units for the second phase, right?"

"Yes, the third phase is just a plot of land. Considering our original land acquisition and construction, we would indeed be selling at a premium with that amount of money."

Qian Huizhen said, "Given the situation here, there will definitely be a certain rise in value over time, and this place has a lot of potential for growth."

Qian Huifang said, "Based on the current market price, a single unit is around 250,000 yuan. If the entire first phase were sold, that would bring in over 1.2 billion yuan. The second phase has a thousand units, which could be sold for 300,000 yuan each when the time comes, bringing in another three billion. The third phase hasn’t started yet, but it should also have about a thousand units. If developed, that could mean another three billion. The value is around seven billion in total. "How do they intend to proceed?" Ji Yang became curious.

"I heard they want to develop a high-end residential area, so the next step would surely see a significant increase in value."

Ji Yang said, "Sell it to them. The families that have come this time are quite powerful. Besides, most of the first-phase units have nearly sold out, and their main interest lies in the development of the second and third phases. Together, you have made a good profit."

The community service center was now managed by Chu Chunhua. She was quite capable, having previously been with Chu Shuyuan, and now was part of the Chu faction.

Qian Huizhen sighed and said, "Actually, we could have made a bit more. But we don’t have the right connections and can’t compete with them. It’s good they are willing to pay this much. If they didn’t want to pay, and used some unique methods, we might not be able to keep up."

Ji Yang said, "You don’t have to worry about that. Many eyes are now on this place; they wouldn’t dare to mess things up. Causing trouble would bring them trouble.
