Chapter 341: Chapter 339 Reporting a Complaint

Just when she was unlucky enough to have been punished, and had only just finished, she had arrived at the cafeteria to eat. She had gotten her meal and had hardly taken a few bites when she heard someone calling out her name.

"An Hao, come out here!"

Yan Ye seemed to find the name An Hao somewhat familiar, but couldn’t remember where he had heard it.

An Hao had heard Guan Kexin calling her, but she really didn’t want to deal with her right now, so she chose to ignore it and continued to eat her meal without moving.

Guan Kexin’s voice was loud, audible throughout the cafeteria. People turned their heads to see, yet An Hao remained unmoved.

"Look at her, that’s her attitude," Guan Kexin said angrily.

"Your attitude isn’t much better," Yan Ye commented as he glanced down at her and walked toward An Hao with his hands in his pockets.

As he passed, a wave of admiration from the girls followed, whispering to one another, "Wow! He’s so handsome!"

"I heard he’s the youngest professor in our college! Supposedly a medical genius!"

"I really wish he would teach one of my classes this semester!"

Yan Ye ignored the girls’ chatter and walked straight to An Hao, sitting down opposite her.

An Hao was eating when she suddenly felt a shadow looming over her.

She looked up, and her gaze collided with Yan Ye’s in midair.

"Yan Ye!" After a momentary daze, An Hao blurted out his name.

Wasn’t he the customer in the clothing store the other day?

If she remembered correctly, he also had a sister named Yan Huan.

So, he was a teacher at this university.

"An Hao?" Yan Ye called out her name.

Clearly, he recognized An Hao, too.

An Hao nodded, smiling and said, "The world is really small, I didn’t expect to see you here again. Are you a teacher at this school?"

"Yeah. Kind of!" He had just returned last semester, taught less than three classes, then had to leave again because of a temporary issue. This semester, he was officially employed at this university.

"Hello, Professor Yan!" An Hao cheerfully greeted him, "Did you need something from me?"

"What ’Professor Yan’? It’s ’Professor Yan.’" Guan Kexin, seeing that Yan Ye was actually chatting with An Hao, angrily approached and slapped the table. "Yan Brother, she’s the one, she’s the one who bullied me!"

"So... you’ve come to settle scores with me?" asked An Hao.

"To understand the situation," Yan Ye corrected An Hao’s phrasing.

"What’s there to understand?" Guan Kexin said angrily. "Yan Ye, don’t waste your time with her! Come on, help me get even."

Yan Ye hadn’t even had a chance to speak when An Hao stood up with her meal tray, looking down at Guan Kexin with a scornful smile: "Such a child raised in a honey pot, born with a golden key in her mouth, so spoiled that her brain isn’t working properly. How do you expect him to help you get even? Hit me? Scold me? Or fire me? Give me a major demerit?"

After speaking, she turned and left without even giving Yan Ye a second glance.

By default, she put him in the category of those with high IQ but low EQ.

After An Hao left, Guan Kexin hadn’t snapped out of it: "What does she mean by that?"

Yan Ye looked meaningfully at An Hao’s retreating figure for a long while, but ultimately he didn’t say a word and stood up.

"Yan Ye... why won’t you help me?"

Yan Ye stood up: "And how do you suggest I help you? Hit her? Yell at her? Or what?"
