He wasn’t ready to retire just yet.

"It’s simple! Your store’s clothes are of good quality and reasonably priced, but the faces of your sales clerks are all frosty! Customers don’t get the respect they deserve here! "You mean we should improve our attitude?" Were they, a state-owned enterprise, supposed to beg lowly for customers to shop there?
