Chapter 58: This Is School, Don’t Let Anyone See
It was no wonder. With such a beautiful woman as their teacher, even Jake would have trouble concentrating.
Moreover, his aunt seemed different today. She wore a black tight-fitting turtleneck sweater, her full and round breasts standing tall. If not for the restraint of her conservative bra, those perfect curves would have been fully revealed.
Her deep blue knee-length straight skirt was also exaggeratedly stretched by her ample hips. Only her slender waist connected the two, and her mature, almost ascetic temperament was like an internet addiction for boys in puberty. Once exposed, they couldn’t free themselves.
When Jake saw his aunt’s stunning legs under the straight skirt, he finally realized what was different.
His aunt, who usually disliked wearing stockings, had actually put on a pair of black pantyhose today. While keeping warm, the indescribable sexy allure infinitely amplified her enchanting charm.
With just one glance, a warmth surged from Jake’s lower abdomen, along with his heart. He hadn’t expected that his impulsive confession of liking stockings during the Thanksgiving holiday would lead his aunt to start wearing them. How could anyone not love such a woman?
No wonder her students would rather not recite their lessons than miss a glimpse of her beauty. Sometimes, Jake even envied them for being able to see his aunt almost every day.
Jake had no intention of disturbing her. He waited until everyone had finished reciting. Of course, those mischievous boys couldn’t avoid a scolding from his aunt. Even so, Jake noticed one particularly bold boy sneaking a close-up peek at his aunt’s black-stockinged legs, undoubtedly filled with curiosity.
Kids nowadays matured early, and with the rapid development of the information age, Jake didn’t believe they didn’t understand. But their actions were limited to sneaking glances.
Finally, when the classroom was completely empty, the sky outside had already turned completely dark. Only a few classrooms where boarding students were studying were still lit. On this floor, apart from Class 6, all the other classrooms were pitch black.
His aunt was still sitting at the podium, finishing up some grading. It seemed being a homeroom teacher wasn’t easy.
Jake carried a lunchbox and strode confidently into the classroom.
Taylor only felt a breeze at the door, followed by a familiar scent drifting past her nose. She raised her head and saw Jake smiling affectionately as he walked to her side.
"Jake, why are you here?"
"Of course, I came to visit my beloved Teacher Taylor," Jake lifted the lunchbox in his hand. "I guessed you hadn’t eaten yet, so I brought you some food. Teachers should take care of their health too."
Taylor’s heart warmed, though she pretended to scold him. "You could’ve just sent a message. There was no need to come to the school."
Jake casually pulled out a chair and sat beside his aunt, sensing her contradictory yet adorable inner thoughts. He grinned. "Oh? Then I won’t come next time."
"You..."
"Just kidding," Jake blinked at his aunt.
"Eat first. I made soup for you. It’s still warm," Jake carefully laid out a napkin and opened the lunchbox one by one.
Taylor also put down her grading pen. The remaining papers would have to be corrected at home.
Two dishes and a soup. Though the selection wasn’t extensive, the fragrant steam rising from the food was mouthwatering. Taylor looked at Jake, who had thoughtfully prepared the meal, and her heart softened.
She was touched by his actions. She no longer felt alone. She had someone who cared about her, someone who remembered her. Even though their relationship was forbidden by ethics, they still pressed forward without hesitation.
"Did you make all these?"
Shredded pork with green peppers, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and a bowl of corn and pork rib soup... Back when Jake had fried eggs for Taylor, she had teased him about his cooking skills. She hadn’t expected him to actually be good at it.
"Now you know my skills. Eat while it’s hot. I waited outside for a while, so I’m not sure how well the insulation held up. This lunchbox hasn’t been used in a long time."
Hearing this, Taylor was even more moved.
She took a small sip of the soup. The perfectly seasoned pork rib soup was rich with the flavor of corn. "It’s so good."
She couldn’t help but praise it.
Jake served her a bowl of rice and teased, "Where else could you find a man like me, who’s good in the kitchen and presentable in the living room?"
"Tsk, shameless." Taylor savored the dishes Jake had prepared. She was indeed hungry, but she didn’t forget to tease Jake a little.
"Of course, it’s far inferior to Aunt’s cooking."
"Hmph."
Taylor didn’t have a big appetite. She could only finish half a bowl of rice, but she drank most of the rib soup.
Seeing Aunt’s delicate red lips glistening with oil and a grain of rice stuck at the corner of her mouth, Jake couldn’t resist reaching out to pick it off. Then, under Taylor’s shy gaze, he popped it into his own mouth.
"Hey, this is the school. Don’t let anyone see." Taylor enjoyed Jake’s small gestures, but due to their relationship, she didn’t dare do anything too bold in public.
Fortunately, it was already past the peak time after school. Usually, only Taylor would be here at this hour. Nowadays, she was all alone. Sometimes, returning to an empty home made her feel uneasy, so she threw herself into her work.
Jake’s sudden appearance today brought Taylor a long-lost joy. After their separation during Thanksgiving, Taylor felt as if she had lost something. Now, she realized it was just Jake’s care and attention.
Kind-hearted and gentle, Taylor always felt that this would take away some of Mia’s love. But sooner or later, she would have to face it.
For now, she couldn’t think too much about it, hoping things would work out naturally when the time came.
"What’s there to fear? If we run into anyone, just say your husband came to visit you. Who cares about other people’s private affairs?"
"You’re really something, so shameless. Who said you’re my husband?" Jake was always like this—humorous and witty. Being with him made Taylor feel much younger.
"Who else could it be but me?" Jake chatted with Aunt while tidying up the tableware. He had already eaten before coming.
After cleaning the podium, he added, "Let’s head back early. We can go out for a stroll."
Taylor was still Jake’s flirtation when she asked, puzzled, "Are you on holiday today?"
"Yes."
"Ah, my memory is failing me. I even mentioned it to the kids today but forgot myself."
"Then wait a little longer. I just have a few more test papers to grade, and then we can go."
Hearing that Jake wanted to take her out, Taylor was overjoyed. But she didn’t want to delay the next day’s lesson plans, so she had no choice but to finish her work first.
"Alright, I’ll wait for you." Jake sat quietly nearby, accompanying Aunt as she graded the papers.
Taylor skillfully checked the answers, her delicate hand holding a red pen as she swiftly marked the scores on the test papers. Soon, one paper after another was graded.
"What about Mia? Don’t government employees get holidays?"
"She went abroad with her parents for a trip."
"Oh."
"How much longer?"
"Almost done."
