Chapter 501: Chapter 501: In the Land of Wind and Moon, There Must be a Path to Cultivation_1

Declining Yang Junmo’s offer didn’t seem right to Su Chengyu, so he chose two women: one tall and young with a beautiful face, the other curvy with a decent demeanor. They sat on either side of him, attending to him.

Yang Junmo, on the other hand, picked four ladies for himself, making Su Chengyu shake his head. He truly was an oddball in the world of cultivation.

"Let us drink!"

Yang Junmo lifted his wine glass while being hugged by the women. Two more girls came to dance provocatively as music began to fill the private room.

Su Chengyu and Yang Junmo, both handsome, were quite a sight for these women. Although it was just business for them, who wouldn’t want to serve good-looking men that were pleasing to the eye?

The dance in the private room grew more heated, and the two girls closest to the men even shed their clothes, tossing them at Yang Junmo.

Yang Junmo sniffed the clothes and went wild, showing no signs of the discipline expected of a cultivator.

With his drink in hand, Su Chengyu wandered over to Yang Junmo and asked, "The beautiful woman you mentioned... she isn’t the top girl here, is she?"

"Of course not! This place is more about staging a play to kill time. Whenever I visit a new place, I make sure to enjoy the local customs—it’s a different experience each time. Take the women of Jiangdong for example..."

Seeing that Yang Junmo was about to launch into another long-winded tale of his exploits, Su Chengyu quickly interrupted.

"Isn’t that just saying wherever you go, you resort to sex?" Su Chengyu looked at him contemptuously, without a hint of envy.

"Girls, my brother here is somewhat shy. Show him what you are capable of," Yang Junmo suggested.

The acoustics in the room livened up. The tricks these professional women could perform truly brought out the deepest desires of men.

It finally became clear to Su Chengyu why these places were so popular. If you had the money, who wouldn’t want to enjoy themselves?

This was the luxury of an emperor, something you couldn’t experience at home.

"Since I’m here, I might as well enjoy it! And besides, it was Yang Junmo who dragged me into this."

Once Su Chengyu shifted the blame onto Yang Junmo, he felt more comfortable with the situation.

After some playful moments, six girls in the private room continued their dance performance. Yang Junmo clinked his drink with Su Chengyu, slinging his arm around him and asked, "How do you feel now?"

Su Chengyu finished his drink in one go, deciding not to pretend anymore. "We should visit more places like this in the future, it’s beneficial for the cultivation."

"I knew you were a person of the same mind. How can you cultivate the supreme Dao Heart without experiencing the beauty of life?" Yang Junmo spoke earnestly.

"Brother Yang, you make sense! We aren’t here for indulgence but to cultivate the Dao Heart. Indeed, places of sensual pleasure are important for cultivation."

"Good buddy, truly, great minds think alike. You’ve fully comprehended the wisdom and it’s a pity we’ve only just met," Yang Junmo heartily laughed, clinking his glass again with Su Chengyu.

"Good buddy, To us!"

Su Chengyu felt as if he’d found a close friend, experiencing the feeling of having met a kindred spirit too late.

These two middle-aged hedonists, providing mutual support, justified their actions to each other until they were unassailable, forming the perfect pair of philanderers!

Su Chengyu and Yang Junmo spent over three hours at the nightclub, and Yang Junmo left with two women from the four he had chosen.

"Brother, I’ll go first. I need to show these two ladies the true path. You can take your time choosing."

Arm in arm with the two women, Yang Junmo took his leave.

"Brother Su, could you take us as well? Usually, we don’t accompany clients outside," the two women asked, one on each side of Su Chengyu, their hands gently roaming on his body.

"It looks like both of you are lost, I need to provide deep enlightenment," Su Chengyu said with a smile.

"We’re so confused! Please enlighten us, Brother Su."

Su Chengyu stood up and said, "Maybe another day. This is not a good time."

Su Chengyu paid the two a large amount of money and promptly exited the nightclub, fearing that he would not be able to resist taking them to a hotel for a philosophical discussion about life.

"Brother Su, be sure to come. We’ll be waiting for you." The two women looked at him longingly.

It began to rain outside, and Su Chengyu let the cold raindrops fall on his face, which barely extinguished the flames of desire within him.

He then understood why Yang Junmo frequented these kind of places.

Su Chengyu opened an umbrella and walked towards where he had parked his car. As soon as he entered the alleyway, he heard a familiar voice crying for help.

"Fang Yue? How did she get here?"

The alleyway was dimly lit. At that moment, Fang Yue was being harassed by four drunk men, cornered against a wall.

"Don’t mess with me! My father is Fang Zhenhai, the third-in-command in Jiangdong. If you dare to insult me, you’ll die a painful death!"

Fang Yue was terrified, her facial expression changed drastically as her clothes clung onto her voluptuous figure due to the rain.

All four men were drunk and had lost all reason. They weren’t afraid of Fang Yue’s threats.

"I don’t care if you’re the daughter of some bigshot. Tonight, you’ve come across us four. There is no escape."

"The daughter of the number three official, she must be someone important. If we could lay our hands on her, even death would be worth it!"

Amidst unrestrained laughter, the four men lunged at Fang Yue.

Despair overcame Fang Yue, and she crouched down, curling up into a ball and screaming for help.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Soon after, Fang Yue heard the sounds of the four men falling. Slowly opening her eyes, she saw the four drunk men lying in the rain, bleeding as the rain washed over them.

Fang Yue screamed again, jumping up in fear as she saw the four men dead. She noticed a man standing under the lights with an umbrella. However, obscured by the umbrella, she couldn’t see his face.

"Are you not leaving yet?"

Su Chengyu deliberately deepened his voice as he spoke.

"Thank you... thank you..." Fang Yue spoke, still reeling from the shock. Once she realized that it was this man who had saved her, she quickly walked towards the entrance of the alley. After taking a few steps, she suddenly realized something was wrong and quickly turned around.

Meanwhile, Su Chengyu had also turned around and was moving in the opposite direction.

Under the drizzle and the dim light, Su Chengyu’s silhouette stretched long. Fang Yue fixated on his figure, shouting forcefully, "Su Cheng?"

Su Chengyu paused, then continued walking.

"Su Cheng! Is it you?" Fang Yue continued to call out.

"You’ve got the wrong person," Su Chengyu replied.

Despite his denial, Fang Yue was convinced it was him. She ran towards him recklessly, halfway there she slipped and fell.

Su Chengyu, holding his umbrella, stood in place, his feelings complicated. Regardless of her pain and the abrasions on her knees, Fang Yue got up from the ground. She limped forward and tightly embraced Su Chengyu from behind.

"Su Cheng! I knew it was you. It had to be you! Why are you avoiding me? Why won’t you meet me? Is it because I disgust you so much?"
