After finishing his words, Yang Yi waved his hand and said to Kate and Xiao Ran, "Let’s go."

"Stop! You’re not allowed to leave before the police arrive."

Kate asked curiously, "Pray? Why should we pray for her?"

Yang Yi said seriously, "Because... you see."

Kate didn’t even want to look back; the sight of that woman infuriated her more than those thugs.

But when Kate couldn’t help turning her head back, she saw that the woman was being dragged by the two thugs into a dark alley.

After a moment of stunned silence, Kate said, "But... but that’s not right."

As the woman began to scream and cry, Xiao Ran’s satisfaction vanished, and she just said coldly, "You asked for it, you got it."

Xiao Ran laughed and said, "Just a moment ago you said these people were abetting crime, and that no matter what they suffered, they didn’t deserve sympathy."

"You’re omitting the last part. Mostly, don’t you find those little punks utterly detestable? If we just walk away like this, wouldn’t you feel disgusted?"

Kate nodded vigorously and said, "Yeah! I don’t care about that woman, but I can’t stand the thought of letting those bastards off the hook just like that."

Xiao Ran hesitated before responding, "That’s true, I’d feel sick just thinking about it later on. And it’ll be harder to find them if we let them go now. But I really, really want that woman to be punished. What should we do?"

Yang Yi checked his watch and suggested, "The thing about ’doing that and then killing’... it’s relatively rare, so let’s wait a bit longer before we go over. It’s better for everyone who deserves punishment to get what they deserve."

Xiao Ran nodded in agreement, "I agree."

As for the woman, she lay motionless on the ground.

Yang Yi and the others quickly closed in. By the time the five punks realized Yang Yi had returned, it was too late, and none of them had the courage to reach for a knife this time; instead, they turned and ran.

The three caught up and, after knocking all five down with punches and kicks, Kate leaned down to check the woman and then announced, "She’s not dead, just passed out."

With a satisfied smile, Xiao Ran said, "You reap what you sow."

Yang Yi took a switchblade from one the punk’s pockets, wrapped the handle in a tissue, and with a smile, said, "You might want to turn your heads. I’m about to perform surgery on them."

Kate asked curiously, "Surgery? What kind of surgery."

After a pause, Yang Yi finally replied, "Castration."

Kate paused for a second, then nodded and said, "I think that’s a good plan. Go ahead and castrate them all!"
