After a short wait, Tang Guo said to Yang Yi and Mike with a smile, "He can sell it to us for two million US dollars."

Mike took a deep breath and said, "Two million dollars just for software? That’s quite expensive."

Tang Guo still smiling, explained, "This software was developed with a government grant from the United States, which invested two hundred and sixty million dollars into it.
