In fact, Yang Yi could hardly tell the difference between the at least thirty guns he had handled.

They were either heavier or lighter, and some felt more comfortable to hold, but there wasn’t a single pistol that was uncomfortable to hold either.

But when it comes to professional matters, he trusted the most professional people.

Why are Brian and Paul the best among gunmen and special agents alike? It’s simply because they took every detail to perfection.

When every detail is just a bit better than others, the accumulated effect of all these slightly superior details is quite significant.

So Yang Yi simply stopped talking and decided to do whatever Brian and Paul said.

"Bring a few more rifles, no, better bring more bullets."

"Alright, what about the rocket launcher?"

"We won’t need it, but let’s bring it anyway, I feel more secure with it."

"What about grenades?"

"Two boxes should do."

"Definitely need to bring bulletproof vests."

"Right, what about the communication system?"

"The communication system isn’t really prepared, because I’m on my own, so it’s kind of redundant, but I do have some night-vision gear."

As Brian and Paul spoke, they began putting various weapons into bags, and quickly filled three large bags.

"Sorry, but can you really use all this? Are you preparing for World War Three?"

Eventually, Yang Yi couldn’t help himself, as the amount of weaponry Brian and Paul intended to carry was indeed overwhelming, too much for three people to handle.

Brian shook his head, "You don’t understand, we have this sickness where we can never have enough weapons and ammunition; not taking the chance to prepare more is a crime against ourselves."

Paul also said in a serious tone, "That’s right, you can never have too many bullets."

Seeing that at least two-thirds of the weapons were left behind and couldn’t be taken, Paul sighed with regret and then asked Brian, "Who should we find first?"

"Who is closest to us?"

"Hamilton, he’s in Dallas, both his company and his home are there."

"That is indeed very close."

After a moment of hesitation, Brian whispered to Paul, "Do you think we need to find Hamilton?"

Paul confidently replied, "Boss, if Hamilton knows you’re just a scapegoat, he will definitely rejoin the team, I guarantee it."

Brian nodded and whispered back, "Alright, then let’s go find him today."

Dallas wasn’t far from Kyleville City where Paul was located, both being in Texas, so Brian and Paul got straight to it. Having said they would reassemble Pandora, they immediately put their plan into action.

Paul had more than one car, and as he opened the garage door, Yang Yi understood why Paul had left the car he drove back from the church at the entrance instead of driving it in.

Paul’s garage housed a rather large off-road vehicle.

Having seen Paul’s off-road vehicle, Brian nodded, "I was worried your small car wouldn’t be able to fit everything we need to bring."

"Ha-ha, ha."

Paul laughed out loud twice before pulling the car door open and shouting, "Load up, get in!"

Yang Yi sat in the back seat, surrounded by stacks of ammunition; the third-row seats held rocket-propelled grenades and hand grenades.

The two men brought along enough weapons and ammunition for ten people, and that didn’t even include Yang Yi’s share.

As they drove the off-road vehicle out, Paul and Brian chatted while driving, and when evening arrived, they reached Dallas.

Driving into the downtown area, Paul said to Brian, "Now tell me about Hamilton, he started a company several years ago, a security firm, providing protection services for the wealthy."

"How has it been doing?"

"Back then, not so great, and later I lost track. It’s called Hamilton Defense Company, and I remember its headquarters were around here with just two or three people, whether it’s still here or not I can’t say."

Paul brought the car to a stop, pointing to a four-story old building, "He rented an office here once; I don’t know if we can find traces of him here. If he’s not, it may take us some time."

While they were talking, Brian suddenly leaned forward, eyeing a middle-aged man who had just walked out of the building.

The man was clad in a sharp suit and followed by two others, while an extremely luxurious sedan was parked in front of him.

Brian whispered, "Hamilton."

"Huh, that’s him. Seems like he’s doing quite well for himself."

No sooner had Paul whispered this than the rear door of the black Mercedes opened from the inside, and a little boy dressed in a Dallas Mavericks jersey scampered out.

Paul’s parked car was a distance from Hamilton, so they couldn’t hear what was being said, but they could see Hamilton indulgingly pick up the boy, who seemed to be seven or eight, and give him a kiss.

After Hamilton picked up the boy, another woman disembarked from the car, appearing to be in her forties and holding a hat in her hand.

Hamilton said a few words to the boy, then let him down, taking the hat from the woman and putting it on. They hugged and kissed, then separated, joining the bouncing boy to get into the car together.

Brian let out a soft breath, "Looks like they’re off to see the game together. Is there a Mavericks game today?"

Paul whispered, "Yes, there is."

With a slight smile, Brian said, "Let’s go."

Paul whispered, "I can take the opportunity to speak a few words with Hamilton, I won’t disturb his family. I just want to inform him."

Brian shook his head, "He’s happy, he has a family, it seems like his career is also successful. Paul, let him enjoy his peaceful life in quiet, don’t disturb it. His happiness was hard-earned, never disturb it!"

Paul expelled a breath, "What a coincidence today is, Hamilton is truly fortunate. Not knowing can also be a bliss. Alright, let’s not disturb him, let him have his happy life."

Brian gazed in the direction where Hamilton had disappeared for a moment, then said, "Charles likely isn’t so fortunate. Let’s go find Charles, where is he?"

Paul shrugged, "Los Angeles, I have his number, should we call him first or just go directly to see him?"

After a moment’s thought, Brian nodded, "It’s better to go directly, let’s set off now. We can take turns driving, to get there earlier."

Yang Yi had been quietly observing Paul and Brian’s reactions all along. When he saw Brian instantly making a decision upon finding out about Hamilton’s happiness, he suddenly felt very heartened.
