Chapter 1176: Chapter 1181: Dimensionality Reduction Strike
Brian’s interrogation went smoothly. Yang Yi learned several key pieces of information, including that Shahed controls at least two critical links in the organ trafficking network.
The hospital and the organ suppliers—Shahed has them both firmly in his grasp. Knowing this, the next steps became relatively straightforward.
Shahed has two private clinics capable of performing high-risk organ transplant surgeries. The skill level is exceptional, and the doctors are highly proficient. Although this is a resource Shahed only got his hands on last year, one has to admit he has done well.
This much had been extracted during the interrogation, but there was still a lot more to uncover. Yang Yi believed that if given time, he could dig out every last detail.
But Yang Yi didn’t plan to waste any more time.
Looking down at his watch, Yang Yi said to Danny, "Shahed should be at one of the clinics right now, where an organ transplant surgery is underway."
Danny nodded, then suddenly turned to Yang Yi and said, "We might be into shady business, but there’s no way we’d ever make money off something this cruel. I’d rather die than make this kind of money."
Yang Yi nodded and replied, "I know."
Danny stared at Yang Yi seriously and said, "What I need to add is that you shouldn’t ever make this filthy money, either. If you ever do, not only will I despise you, I’ll kill you. Even if I fail, I’ll make sure you end up dead!"
Yang Yi chuckled and said, "Relax. Even though the money I make isn’t exactly clean, money earned through atrocities disgusts me. At most, I’d go for black vs. black tactics, but I won’t harm innocent people to make money—that doesn’t appeal to me, nor do I need it."
Danny sighed a breath of relief and said, "Well, what’s next then?"
"Decisive annihilation!"
Danny looked a little puzzled. Yang Yi said calmly, "A new term—it means I’m going to show Shahed what true forces of nature look like."
After finishing, Yang Yi addressed Brian, "We know what Shahed’s business is. That’s enough. We don’t need to ask any more questions—we’ll find him ourselves. We’ll clean out all his people, one by one. They’ve lost the right to exist in this world."
Brian stabbed the knife in his hand forward and said flatly, "You got lucky."
Yang Yi picked up the phone and called Justin. Once Justin answered, Yang Yi calmly asked, "Quick question. Are you familiar with the organ trafficking black market in London?"
"Uh, kind of, yeah. It’s an important market at times."
"Shahed is currently the main supplier of human organs in London. He has two clinics. Do you know their locations?"
Justin hesitated for a moment, then said in a low voice, "The organ transplant market is small. There are only two clinics in London capable of offering such surgeries. Last year, the original controllers of these clinics were wiped out. I don’t know who took over, but from what you’re saying, it seems very likely it’s Shahed."
"Then give me the addresses!"
Justin hesitated briefly but ended up giving the addresses to Yang Yi. He didn’t want to ruin his relationship with Yang Yi over such a minor issue.
After ten minutes, Justin provided the intelligence. In a low voice, he warned Yang Yi, "Organ trafficking is often intertwined with wealthy elites and even high-ranking officials. You can go after Shahed, but try not to implicate too many others, especially those with considerable influence."
Yang Yi responded in a low voice, "Got it. Thanks."
Yang Yi, unwilling and unable to waste any more time, ended the call and turned to Danny. "Captain, there are two locations now. We don’t know which one Shahed is at, so I propose we split up. You take your team, I’ll take mine. Whoever’s luckier can deliver justice first. Sound good?"
Danny agreed firmly, "Deal!"
Yang Yi and Danny nonchalantly selected a location each. Then they split their teams and headed to their respective clinics.
Yang Yi kept a tense expression as he sat in the car, silent and brooding. Kate whispered, "Don’t get too angry. This world, this world—"
Yang Yi interjected, "This world is truly dark. I know. I even know organ trading happens on the dark web. But when it’s laid out right in front of me, I realize I still can’t stomach it."
"Because you still have a conscience."
Yang Yi exhaled sharply and said, "Yeah, a conscience."
There was no point continuing the conversation—it felt pointless, really.
Yang Yi looked toward Kate and said softly, "Don’t try to comfort me. I’m fine. I’m worried about you. After this is done, let’s take some time off and go somewhere to relax."
Kate whispered back, "Alright, but let’s first deal with those scumbags. I’m feeling a powerful urge to kill someone. If we don’t handle this perfectly, I won’t have peace for the rest of my life."
Even Kate shared such sentiments—what else was there to say?
Only one thing remained: kill. Kill all of these scum.
The clinic was reached quickly. True to form, Yang Yi was the first to step out of the car. This time, the members of the Pandora Box squad didn’t try to appear calm and composed like before—instead, each of them carried a palpable air of rage, ready to start a slaughter.
Yang Yi drew a deep breath and shouted, "Leave a few people outside to keep watch. Queen, you, Bonnie, and Iron Fist stay outside. Everyone else goes in. If it’s unnecessary, don’t rush to kill everyone. If it’s necessary, then kill without hesitation."
Xiao Ran protested instantly, "Why? Why do I have to stay outside? At a time like this, my sense of justice demands I kill every single one of those beasts."
Yang Yi thought for a moment, then replied quietly, "Alright! Let’s begin!"
What is ’decisive annihilation,’ you ask?
It’s like an ant biting away at a piece of meat, only for that meat to turn out to be someone’s finger—and the ant gets crushed instantly.
No, no, that’s wrong. Decisive annihilation is like an ant marching happily along its path, only for a finger to suddenly come down and squash it without warning.
Shahed may have truly built himself a network, and he may have assembled a decent team of capable men.
He may even have amassed an impressive fortune.
But it doesn’t matter what Shahed has accomplished or obtained—now he’s up against an outraged squad of spies, outraged special agents, the world’s former finest operatives.
If Yang Yi had wanted to wrest control of Shahed’s organ trade for himself, or if he had intended to make Shahed’s crimes public knowledge, things might have been more complicated.
But Yang Yi had decided not to vie for profits or consider the repercussions. He simply wanted to eradicate Shahed, physically and utterly. That is decisive annihilation.
A strike delivered by one of the world’s most elite covert teams against an organized criminal gang—grinding them into dust without mercy. What else could you call it if not decisive annihilation?
Yang Yi drew his knife, then his gun, and said fiercely, "Go!"
No need for calm demeanor or pretending anymore—Yang Yi simply wanted to vent his rage in the swiftest way possible.
And soon enough, Brian excitedly exclaimed, "Perfect! The target seems to be here. Looks like we got lucky!"
