Just then, his phone rang.

He glanced at the number and quickly answered, "You can rest assured, everything went smoothly. That Shen Donglin can only suffer in silence. His daughter compensated three million. They’re not going to have any good days ahead."

He tried to take credit, but the person on the other end hung up.

Looking at the one million that had arrived in his account, he stretched his limbs and went upstairs, thinking the beating was worth it.
