“You were amazing, Lorelie,” Becky said with excitement as she jumped forward to hug Lorelie as soon as she entered the room where her friends had been waiting for her.

“Hehehe, it went better than expected,” Lorelie replied with a giggle as she returned the hug.

“Hehe, Better than expected? That’s putting it mildly.” Rowena said with a chuckle.

“It was certainly an enjoyable show,” Malacross said with a smile.

“It was amazing,” Tephe said as she happily bounced up and down.

“I’m honestly surprised your mother, Pevaphio, allowed you to stay for the show.” Malacross began. “When she turned up before it started, I expected her to drag you back immediately.”

“So did I, but it seems that Empress Victoria managed to persuade her to let me stay for the show.”

“Apparently, Aunt Victoria invited Senator Pevaphio for a meal,” Becky informed them.

“And she accepted?” Malacross asked in surprise.

“Yup, apparently she was unable to refuse after Aunt Victoria mentioned that they would be serving God’s Oasis.”

“That explains it, my mum loves that stuff,” Tephe said in understanding.

“Along with most of the universe,” Malacross stated.

“It’s a shame Tessa Kirkmeld couldn’t join us, however,” Rowena stated.

“Unfortunately, her duties only allowed her to assist me in chaperoning you up until we arrived at the location of the concert; after that, she had to attend to the concert's wider security,” Becky replied.

“Is that so?” Rowena said with her signature smirk and mirth in her eyes before she turned to Lorelie and asked, “So are you going to tell us how you came up with such music?”

“The streamer, after he saved me, gave me a copy of all the music from his world,” Lorelie replied.

“The streamer? Wait, you still don’t know his name?” Tephe asked in surprise.

“No, he said that if we ever met again, he would tell me then.” 

“Do any of you know his name?” Tephe asked, to which the others all shook their heads.

“I believe my granddaughter does, however, whenever it seems like she mentions it, the stream mutes it for some reason,” Rowena said.

“Speaking of my darling, he’s currently alive,” Becky said as she checked her uniband.

“I guess he didn’t get to see my performance,” Lorelie said with disappointment.

“I’m sure he has his reasons.” Rowena replied in a comforting tone before turning to Becky and asking, “Your darling?”

“Yup, he’s the man I plan to marry.” Becky boasted proudly with her chest out before remembering something and saying, ”Oh, right, we need to get ready to head to Trillion.”

“You're still planning on going there?” Tessa suddenly said as she entered the room before turning to Lorelie and saying, “Even though I had to work, I thoroughly enjoyed your performance.”

“Thank you.”

“Of course I’m still planning to go there, you and Lorelie are coming with me too.”

“Oh, can I go?” Tephe asked.

“Sure,” Becky replied.

“No.” Malacross replied before adding, “Your mother would never allow it.”

“Boo,” Tephe said in disappointment.

“You do remember we are supposed to report back to the Imperial Down tomorrow, right?” Tessa asked with a sigh.

“So we’ll take some vacation time,” Becky said dismissively.

“Think this through, Becz, do you really think he will still be on Trillion by the time we get there?” Tessa asked.

“Mmmmm, good point.” Becky mussed before saying, “Why don’t I ask him?” After which, she opened up his stream on the console in the room they were in, causing a large holographic screen to appear so that they could all watch.

“Why is he sitting across from a tattoo faced guy who has his hands pinned to his knees with kitchen knives?” Rowena asked curiously.

“A better question is, why isn't the man screaming his head off in pain?” Tessa added.

“He looks like he’s out of it. Look at how his eyes are out of focus as he stares up at the ceiling.”

“Party Time,” Becky said in disgust.

“You mean the drug?” Malacross asked.
