"W-William?"

It was all too much and confusing, I really wanted to apologize for giving him something horrible but it seemed like I have overstayed my welcome, he wants to push me away after I told him I found comfort here with him... it was like dipping my feelings in mud and it hurts, I felt intoxicated ever since he walked into this room, my feet can’t move, my mind can’t think, I can’t bear to be away from him not now, not after days without him.

And now here I was caged in a space almost like he has been wanting to keep me in this position.

His eyes were so dark now and I could hardly see the gorgeous green color, it scared me but I felt more of restrain from it, he didn’t look like someone that would hurt me... he looked more like he was trying to fight something and I wanted nothing more than to help him... that is why I was stubborn when he dismissed me, I played my card of disobeying which was a risk, William didn’t like to be disobeyed, he was an assertive man that held power like a pen and wielded it how he sees fit... and yet I took a risk... to not leave but stay.

"This has nothing to do with that"

Then what? He didn’t seem like he was angry about the cookies but what? I can’t read his expression either.

"You’re testing my patience Ava" The further he speaks I could see his canine fangs that weren’t so less visible anymore, it seemed like they were grown in length, how was that possible?

I stilled when his hand moved and rested on my neck, a cold hold that signaled dominance, he was dominating the whole area and I felt like a mouse caught in his trap, his grip also gave an unknown feeling to my body, not fear but something that caused a friction to my core, it was like that day... when he mentioned what I was feeling was because I was attracted to him.

"Why are you aroused right now, Ava?"

I blinked confused. "A-Aroused?"

"Are you not afraid I might do something you do not like"

Does he intend to?

"And yet I can smell your arousal as thick as the air"

Confusion flushed my features and I didn’t know what to say now. I wasn’t just caught in a trap but curiosity.

"What is’ aroused’?" I asked him and he blinked and tilted his head to his side, he looked like he didn’t expect that question from me.

"So innocent and yet you’re capable of almost making me go mad"

I frowned. "That is not my intention I..." I didn’t know what else to say. I was still confused.

"Your innocent curiosity is what’s causing my undoing" he leaned until our noses touched and my chest rose and fell because of how close he was, he was making my head spin. "You’re ignorant to the things you’re making me feel... it makes it better because I want you to remain ignorant and not see the darkness"

What darkness?

"At the same time," he breathed. "I want to keep you inside it until you’re tainted..."

I subconsciously placed my hand on his chest and instead of making contact with his shirt I did with his chest, it was hard and firm under my hold, I suddenly felt William’s grip on my neck slightly tightened and I froze in the spot. I wasn’t afraid, I was entirely curious, in a normal case I should be terrified because his eyes were hunger-induced and looked like he would eat anything on his path and he even looked angry too, angry at me or himself? I can’t tell... because it was pure chaos in his eyes, one that was breaking every sense of reasoning.

"Tainting you is easy, you’re too much of a good girl"

"Only for you," I said before I could stop myself. Realizing what I said my eyes went wide, did I say that out loud? My cheeks instantly flushed, the heat caused me to panic too and my breath trembled.

"Are you now?" he raised an eyebrow and the entertainment sparked in his eyes. He didn’t look like he was struggling with anything now, he looks... comfortable? And lightly not aggravated but his dark eyes told me otherwise.

"I-I m-mean..." my words were a mess... I couldn’t even form the right words.

"Tell me Ava... are you still curious about the word ’Aroused’..."

I gulped. "Y-Yes"

I gasped when I felt his hand trailing my thighs and then stopped right at my intimate part more like cupping it with his large hand.

"What you feel right now is what it means to be aroused"

"I-It’s not just an attraction?"

"Yes... but you can only feel aroused when you’re attracted"

"Y-You make me feel this way"

He narrowed his eyes and I saw something I couldn’t quite explain.

I nodded.

And then an irresistible smile found his lips, it wasn’t a full-length one but it was enough to tell me he looked pleased with my answer.

"Tell me Ava" he gently rubbed me and I gasped. "How much do I make you feel?"

"W-When I think of you" I wheezed as his action continued, he was merely just rubbing me but it feels like he was doing something way more.

"When I remember w-what happened that day..." I moaned and shut my eyes but I flashed them open when he suddenly stop and I realized he has buried his face in my neck causing something to press on my abdomen, I knew all too well that was definitely not his knee, and it caused me to redden, if I understand correctly this means he was aroused too! He had such a heavy effect because of me and it made my heart flutter.

"You’re not making any of this easy, my sweet Ava" his chest vibrates along with his words, and I felt enthralled by his words and his manly essence, his scent filled my nose and caused me to feel hazy.

But the feeling of something sharp greasing my neck caused me to be on alert...
